I did have to purchase another 6 session package for my bikini line because Im not seeing huge results yet (just finished #5), but Ill update my review once I see the final results. Wow! I’ve gone to multiple laser spas for my chin and the hair never really subsides and always grows back right away. BUT since I found Bella Derma Beauty their laser services are untouchable!! I initially got the chin laser package and after the 3rd session I didn’t see any hair growth at all! Which lead me to include both Brazilian and legs and the same effects after only a couple sessions! I love this beauty spa.. and everyone is very nice and professional!

Caroline is excellent and very accommodating; so pleasant to interact with. I only have one comment, there have been a few instances where I have experienced difficulty reaching the office by phone. Nonetheless, she always tries to expedite the process at the salon to reduce waiting times, yet does not compromise the quality of the work they do. Free parking is available after 5 pm, and the parking code provided by Bella Derma is good because you only pay few dollars for couple hours. Despite having to reschedule appointments on a couple of occasions, Caroline has always been very understanding and accommodating. I would definitely go back because how easygoing and accommodating they are.

I purchased a laser hair removal package consist of 6 treatments. The staff was friendly and welcoming. This was my first time doing any kind of laser treatments so didn’t know what to expect. The first treatment was okay ( I had no experience to compare it with), didn’t notice a difference in the area of treatment for about 2-3 weeks but started to notice the hair started to grow slower and thinner after about 3 weeks. Went for my 2nd treatment on 23rd of August, and Caroline performed my session. She was awesome. Very attentive, explained everything and took her time to do the procedure. That’s when I realized my first session was done very quickly without any precision. So I requested her for the rest of my treatments as well. I would highly recommend Caroline. She’s great at what she does.
