Had a great experience with Kayla getting my brows tinted and waxed! Waxing is my least favorite thing ever and she was really gentle and great paying attention to the small details to ensure perfection. I’m also a natural blonde so my eyebrows are non existent, but she did a really good job deciding on a color that I wanted while still looking natural. Can’t wait to come back!

I went into Ulta to do a little bit of shopping and saw that they offered lip wax service. The technician Breana was booked but I asked her if she could possibly fit me in. Fortunately she was able to fit me in and let me tell you..she did an amazing job. Breana was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Breana for any brow and wax services that you or a friend would need!!

I know. I am ashamed to admit it. Today was my first day ever Inside an Ulta Beauty location. I brought my daughter to celebrate her 17th birthday . We both love makeup, but we are no experts . My daughter asked about having a makeup session, something she had never experienced . When we arrived we were greeted by Breanna. Can I just say that she far surpasses what it meant to leave a lasting impression on our experience but a first we will never forget. When my daughter walked out of that store I saw a new young woman standing before me. It was not just about the makeup that Breanna so beautifully crafted on her sweet face. It was the fact that she was recognized for her beauty inside and out . It is rare to walk into a business and have every employee parade around with genuine care , passion, kindness & warmth. I felt this throughout your store today, and I hope you all feel good about the first impressions you make because you knocked it out of the park. ☺️
