I did my brow lamination and shape today with Bianca and she did an excellent job as usual. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for excellent brow lamination and shape service. I see a big difference in my brows after brow lamination and shape service with Bianca. She really is a brow artist!

I had a great experience getting a brow tint and wax from Jeremy! He’s really personable and took his time to make sure I had a perfect match for my brows and hair color. This Ulta has a spacious brow bar, much better than other locations that just have a section. 10/10

I have went to 2 other ulta stores in the Orlando area and had horrible experiences. The customer service was horrible and its like everyone had a bad day or something and I had given up on the store, until I went to the ulta at Waterford lakes. It started rough then I met Mrs. Doris and she single handedly restored my faith in ulta beauty she went beyond to help my niece and I . She has the sweetest personality and one of the biggest heart warming smiles ever. Thank you maam so much for your help and I will only shop at this store

Many thank yous to Jeremy who waxed my brows. They left them shaped and full. I had to hurry to my salon appointment or I would have asked for a tint.
