    I just want to start by saying Ana has been my best Brazilian wax experience, I’ve come to this place a couple times and the service has always been amazing but Ana today really took care of me she made sure I was comfortable at all times and obviously it’s a wax. It will hurt, but she made it hurt less her technique is amazing. She has good hands for it.I will be coming in consistently now!! Thank you Ana

    My new favorite wax place! Ana was the best waxer I’ve had, I thought she was the owner that’s how much effort and care she put in! She made me feel absolutely comfortable. The place was clean, the wax was just the right temperature and everyone was so nice! Don’t look anywhere else, this is the place!

    Went here today because where I usually go called me to cancel my appointment and I am so happy they did because if they didnt I wouldnt have found this place. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, as soon as you walk in they are smiling at you. My technician was a sweet heart and made sure I was comfortable the whole session, had a great conversation with her. The studio is very clean and the whole experience was amazing. I really hope to go back despite this being far from where I live.

    This spa provided stellar, quality service at great value. I booked an impromptu appointment while I was out of town. The facility was well maintained, clean and professional. Their website is easy to maneuver and book. I will be back again when given the opportunity.

    I was in search for a new wax place and I’m never leaving here ! The prices are great and the staff is lovely. Kaelyn waxed me and did amazing!! She was very quick despite me having multiple services but I left feeling pain free. She also educated me on routines and products I can use. I had a great experience and can’t wait to be back.

    I had been running late and rescheduled my appointment twice for later in the day and the receptionist was so kind, caring, and understanding of my situation! The check in and out process was very very smooth and the entire staff was so nice!!Notably, Cris made me felt so comfortable and safe throughout the entire time! She was very clean, thorough, professional, and thoughtful about my sensitive skin and did not double-dip as I had requested! She was very considerate and helpful with post-wax advice on how to keep my skin healthy and free of ingrown hairs! Lovely experience, 10/10 would recommend!!!!

    Ive been coming to this Brazilian wax salon regularly, and I always have a great experience. Delma, who usually takes care of me, is consistently professional and thorough. She makes the process as comfortable as possible, and the results are always spot-on. The salon is clean and inviting and staff are very friendly, and I can always count on Delma for exceptional service every time.

    I am seeing stars, but definitely not any hair! Lol. Luana was wonderful - she was professional, and delicate with sensitive areas. I could tell (and appreciate) that she took pride in her work. I would highly recommend Luana as your skin specialist. Also, shout out to Alissa at the front desk. Very friendly and hooked me up with some great products for after care. Thank you!

    What a special place! Every time I go there it is always amazing! Fantastic customer care, everybody is so sweet and happy. Marcela is an amazing professional, I did again my favorite, Hydrofacial, which you feel so fresh, and brand new after is done. She explains what happens during the whole process, making sure I felt comfortable and happy to be there. I definitly recommend this place for everyone. The location is also great, located near the Outlet, near Walmart. Plus they always have great deals.

    The service was excellent! The manager Anna is a super sweet and professional woman and knows exactly what shes doing! She made me feel very welcome, and was efficient and skilled with the service. The prices are also unbeatable in Orlando. I highly recommend coming here.

    I was traveling to Orlando and decided to do some self care and get waxed . I came across Brazilian Wax and Span and decided to book here because of how affordable it was. I was serviced by Ana and the whole experience was amazing. She was quick , knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. She did not let me leave with a single hair and was so gentle and quick. I plan on returning for business and will wait to get wax til I return!

    Janaina completed my first Brazilian wax and it was awesome! She made sure I understood everything from step to step and made me comfortable. She even gave me tips to continue to keep my intimate places with a beautiful healthy appearance. I am from NC but will be back just bc of her and this experience. She was wonderful!

    So this our 2nd day in a row visiting this spa and Janaina was great! She made me feel comfortable by it being my first time getting a wax service. She is so down to earth, cool and funny. She has excellent customer service and her choice in music made us feel right at home. My wife and I were singing and vibing! It’s hard to find good people that represent your brand the correct way and y’all have truly found a gem with Janaina! We will certainly be back from NC to visit her and get serviced!

    I wholeheartedly recommend Claudia’s! Today was my first time coming to Claudia’s for a Brazilian wax and it was amazing. Janaina did a phenomenal job on my Chocolate Brazilian wax( I highly recommend, it smells delicious, and I’m very satisfied with the results). Janaina Is super sweet and professional, she included me in the process and made me feel comfortable. From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The staff is friendly and personable. The decor is perfect and I definitely will be returning! Thank you all so much! See you all next time.

    Definitely found my Esthetician for waxing . Clarisse was literally amazing . It’s been over a month and a half since I had a wax and I walked out pain free. Did breathing techniques and just was overall awesome . Definitely will be back

    I just dont get it why some people gave this place 1*. This is the BEST brazilian wax I’ve done in my life, for real! The ladies are super polite, fun, and caring, great customer service, they all make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed.Isbel and Janaina are super sweet ladies, and they make sure all your hair is out, even after wax, they go with a tweezers to take the smallest hair out, another plus is that they offer a mirror for you to see if its how you like it. Literally AMAZING!Thank you for all you do! Will recommend this place to everyone I know!Can I give 10 ⭐️ ? (Lol)THANK YOU AGAIN!
