Lidiana was AMAZING! She was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable with her bright and vibrant personality! I was a bit nervous, but she helped calm my nerves and checked on me throughout the entire waxing process to make sure I was okay! She was gentle, EXTREMELY thorough and very intricate ensuring that she removed every hair! She was also very clean and hygienic!She took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied before concluding the waxing session. She gave me tips and advice on aftercare and how I should proceed moving forward. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with her service AND the wax results! She was an absolute pleasure to be around! HIGHLY recommend! 10/10!

I came for the first time to try their Brazilian. I was very impressed. Renata at the front desk and Tisha the esthetician were amazing. The prices are very affordable. The establishment is VERY clean. I even paid attention to refilling, she had a separate container for me only. Great place. I finally found my permanent waxers.

I was looking for full body waxing and I found Rio Wax. I’m thrilled that I found them because every esthetician that I’ve experienced was great and very knowledgeable. My favorite esthetician is FRANCE she’s amazing and I love her!! Once I started seeing her I was locked in! She’s fabulous! She has a great personality, great sense of humor, she’s fast and very efficient! I relocated and I no longer live in Orlando. However, I drive an hour and a half for her to do my waxing service! If you’re looking for a great esthetician or a great place to get a wax don’t hesitate to give Rio Wax a try!

I should have been left this review, but France has been my waxed for 2 years and she is BEYOND AMAZING. The first time she waxed me was after I had a bad wax experience by someone else there. Ever since then, I have booked with France every time. I will not get a wax unless it’s with her. She’s fast, efficient, and her attention to detail is amazing. I am literally 8 months pregnant and have relocated to NC, that did not stop me from waiting to visit Fl this week and the first thing I did was go get waxed by FRANCE ! Book her every time you won’t be disappointed!

I have much more experience with France so if you’re looking for a quick but thorough job France is the one for you. If you are looking for more easy paced but just as effective work, Leticia is your girl. Yall LISTEN...COME HERE! I needed an emergency wax, and I had no appointment. I simply called and asked if they accepted walk-ins, and told them that I was 15 mins away. The wonderful receptionist, Luciana, said yes and got me scheduled right away!When I walked in, my wait time was only 2 mins (still on schedule). Luciana warmly greeted me, and offered me drinks & snack options yall!My waxer, France, was amazing! She was sweet, accommodating, clean, considerate and extremely fast--two services done in 15 mins or less (on 6+ months of growth). Didnt faze her one bit; her work is impeccable!Book with them yall; theyll take care of you. The establishment is clean & peaceful. Also, pricing is fantastic! Frances is wonderful! She works very fast and makes my experience amazing. She makes sure I am comfortable and truly tries to make everything as painless as can be. I go back very month to do the cocoa full body special. I was recommended the cocoa wax and I will never go back to regular wax. It hurts less and doesn’t leave a lasting pain for the rest of the day like regular wax does. Also the prices are unbeatable! $90 for full body special with cocoa wax. Just freaking amazing.

As a male, I was very hesitant to even get any waxing done on my body. Got my first a Brazilian Wax here nd the experience was amazing! Making the appt was super easy (and very last minute as I did it at 1am same day 😅). When I got there, the place was super clean and the staff was very welcoming. I had France nd I appreciate her so much. She made the entire experience so much better. She informed me of the different waxes offered as well as how each type of wax affects the pain levels. Of course I went with the cocoa wax which was $10 more but how scary I was, I am willing to pay for less pain. Now the actual process was hilarious. Poor France kept her professionalism and positive attitude as I jumped nd almost kicked her multiple times. (Don’t judge me🤣🥴) She was very patient and made a few small jokes to lighten the mood. The entire process was super quick (literally had my appt before work). Definitely going back and France will be my go to!
