Ive been going to European Wax Center since 2018. From Kentucky, to Chicago, and back to Orlando, Ive tried tons of European Wax Center Locations. The one in Lake Nona is my favorite because they have Zuleny! Zuleny is so skilled, professional, friendly, and most importantly when it comes to waxing... QUICK! She is the only wax specialist I have gone to since moving to the area, and I highly recommend her to anyone whos looking for a new specialist! I’ve been going to EWC for years and never had a bad experience. This was my first time at this location and I loved it. My specialist was Dianella who was incredible. I made the mistake of going somewhere else last time and they ruined my brows, she was so willing to listen to what I wanted and provide it while making me feel comfortable and understanding how important brows can be to someone!No one loves getting a bikini wax but she made the experience as comfortable as possible, distracting me with great conversation and making me laugh at some of my insecurities or worries rather than focusing on them. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else moving forward and will always request Dianella though I’m sure others are wonderful here too!

I have tried 3 waxers there and by far the best one here is Ivy. Like many of you who are new I was on google reviews trying to find which waxer to book with for full legs, brazilian and butt. 2 of the ones I booked with were based on a lot of good reviews. But I ended up meeting Ivy when one of the waxers left me with so much hair all over so Ivy spent time fixing all of the patches.Ivy is very detailed oriented and will make sure you’re leaving hairless. I grow hair fast and it’s a combination of thick and thin so it’s important I have someone who can catch all the hairs. I came back again today for Ivy and once again she did an amazing detailed job.You’ll be happy with your results in her hands!

I had no idea youre not supposed to get waxed if youve been using retinol cream! She recognized it immediately and told me all about it. Now I know I should discontinue usage of the product for at least 10 days prior to getting waxed. Learned something new!

This EWC is very clean, friendly, and efficient. Doria has been my waxer consistently for a few months now and she makes it her goal every time to ensure I leave with the best quality service. The check-in/check-out service has always been quick to allow me to get in and out in a timely manner. I have visited other EWC locations, and have never had issues, but this Lake Nona location has really improved over the years and I plan to visit for a long time.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Zuleny who did my brazilian. I had a previous bad experience at a different salon but she literally made me feel so comfortable. I unfortunately due to my traumatic experience was the difficult customer this time around because of how scared I was. But she was super patient with me and kind. I just visited this new location recently, and fell in love with it. I used to visit the Waterford Lakes location, which I was not fond of the management, therefore I decided to make a switch.This new building was very clean and well kept. Front desk staff was kind and enthusiastic. I believe I met the manger that day, she was of small stature and long hair. She was delightful. I can tell she had a true passion for what she was doing. My waxer jojo, was phenomenal and very professional . Overall an amazing establishment! Will be coming back soon.

I have transfererd from the Winter Park wax since this is closer to home, mind you the staff may or not be experts in the field as it usually takes at least 5 years experience to do waxing without hesitation, but the times I have been they have been efficient and welcoming. If you call before 10:30am you may be able to speak someone live (other than hetting answering machine during the day which is nono). Also, the staff does seem to be very chitchatty when in the treatment room, perhaps because of nerves, but I feel sometimes I am being interviewed about my life. Im having hair ripped off my body and Ive been stuck in traffic for an hour... Id rather be in silence trying to relax. I dont like the waiting in car issue, the texts dont get through since theyre right by a 5G tower, so wait by the door and make sure and not be a minute late, in fact be 5 minutes early so they figure which room you;ll go, and lastly, their product line is AMAZING! So, if you sign up, its worth the VIP feeling when you go in, if you don;t sign up at least look at their product line because as an Esthetician I can tell you its top quality.
