    I always appreciate the accessibility and flexibility of making my own appointment on the app. I chose someone new due to making a same day appointment and had a great experience. The waxer was calm, friendly, and efficient. One thing I noticed that could be an area of improvement, which never has been an issue before is the greeter/front desk person was on a personal phone call when I walked in, stayed on her personal call (through ear piece) while checking me in and continued her personal phone call while I was waiting in the lobby for the waxer. This isnt professional and alters the environment to one thats less than desirable/relaxing.

    I trust NO ONE with my brows. I have naturally thick brows and I needed someone who really knew what they were doing. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and my girl Deana is best of the best. My pain tolerance is honestly not that high and she does an amazing job at ensuring that my waxing sessions run as smooth as possible. She is very gentle and meticulous and gave me some greater aftercare recommendations which have honestly made my waxing sessions significantly less painful. If she has an opening , book her. You won’t regret it.

    Kat was absolutely amazing! i come to visit Orlando often and usually am fearful to get a wax while im here because i do not have a regular tech here. Kat made me feel like i was her regular from the moment i walked it!     Every staff member here is incredible. I have not met one person here that has been unkind or has made me feel uncomfortable. The staff are very knowledgable and patient in helping you make the decisions that are right for you and in choosing products. I schedule with Megan every time. She is absolutely incredible. She is great at making her clients feel comfortable and welcome. Her space is clean and ready for every appointment. She only takes 20 minutes and she talks you through the whole thing. She moves so quickly that it doesn’t even hurt. You’re going to love it here.

    I’ve been getting waxes at EWC since 2020. It’s been a great experience every time. I truly believe everyone should go to EWC once. The best thing about EWC is the waxers, and the front desk staff. The Waterford Lakes location is ALWAYS so kind and welcoming once you enter through those doors. I moved to Orlando in Dec 2021 and landed on Amanda (Waterford Lakes- EWC) and have been with her since. She is by far one of sweetest young lady i’ve met her in Fl. It’s almost like I get to visit a friend every 4 weeks. She is easy to chat with and makes me feel extremely comfortable. Shes amazing at her job and such a sweet young lady!     I’ve been going to this location since I moved to the area for 3 years now and I’m super sad that my regular aesthetician, Elizabeth, is leaving! She is gentle, yet quick and efficient and she does a great job every time I’ve been here! I really enjoyed getting to know her, and I think wish her all the best though I will miss her!The front desk girls have always polite and friendly! I am looking forward to trying out a new aesthetician and see all of the other friendly people that work there!Update: service is still just as amazing!     I honestly don’t know why i haven’t done this sooner. when i started getting waxed at this location it did not have good reviews and i NEVER understood why. i adore this place. the staff is always welcoming and friendly. so easy to start conversations with. the place is always so clean and smells incredible. i’ve been coming here for about eight months and i’ve only ever seen Elizabeth. i wouldn’t have it any other way. she is kind and friendly, nonjudgmental, honest, so great at calming you down, and just an overall amazing waxer and person. you can tell she knows what she’s doing. her personality is amazing and she somehow manages to make me look forward to getting waxed. i would highly recommend her to anyone for any service. love this place and Elizabeth so much.

    I enjoyed my experience at the European Wax Center! I had my first appointment and chose the any option in booking my eyebrow appointment. I ended up seeing Mollie, and she was very kind and respectful of my wishes for eyebrow preference. I like to keep my brows full, but with a very nice defined shape and clean lines. She did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the work.The place had many separate rooms for appointments, and the estheticians wore sharp, nice, bright scrubs. I hadnt been in a place that had such a work uniform, and it was professional while still having a relaxing atmosphere. This place does offer nice package deals for the different services. The eyebrow ones had several separate options, with I think the first level being about $47 for 12 sessions. You pay for 9 at a discounted price with the package and would get 3 months/3 sessions free. It is a great long term option, unfortunately I wasnt able to at my first session but will chose this when I am able to in the future.

    I’ve been coming to this location consistently for nearly 10 years and have only had 3 bad experiences. Generally all technicians do a fantastic job…I recently began requesting Yelitza or Elizabeth because I had 2 bad experiences with Amanda. Amanda’s eye borrow waxes were sloppy and subpar so I avoid booking an appointment completely if she’s the only option….I also had a bad experience with a specialist who has been fired so I there’s no need to go into details about that experience.I am not a fan of the aggressive “upselling” for wax packages. I should be able to say no politely one time without being asked repeatedly!
