    I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal, and I would definitely do it again.I walked in extremely nervous because I listened to my friends who had this service done. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile, and she reassured me that it was not as bad as Im thinking. I REALLY appreciate her because her conversations eased my anxiety tremendously.Delilah was my professional, and she was just that professional. She was fairly new to the establishment but not new to the business. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. She talked me through every step and every move she did.I would definitely recommend this place. Words of advice: dont listen to others. Do it and you wont be disappointed!

    I had a Brazilian Wax with Amber and I couldn’t be happier. She is great, the service was fast without being rushed, she was careful and very attentive to details.     The staff are super friendly. The environment is relaxing soft music playing in the background which I love. Jenny is amazing very friendly she talked to me during my 1st brazilian wax, so I wouldnt be nervous. I highly recommend this establishment the price are fair while providing good quality work. Also, they have a great maintenance program 10% off regular priced treatments.

    I am now on my third treatment of laser hair removal and I am in love with this spa! The equipment and facilities are clean and tastefully decorated and the staff is always very friendly and professional. Christina V was amazing at explaining the whole process and she is very efficient, making the whole experience quick and relatively pain free. I saw almost no hair growth after my last treatment (2 of 6 total) for my underarms and what hair did end up growing was so fine you couldn’t even tell it was there. I have been so impressed with how great this place is that I am starting to add other areas of the body. If you are on the fence about getting laser hair removal or are unsure about which spa to go to, I highly recommend you go for it and choose Flawless Med Spa to do it!

    Truly flawless! I saw Raquel and will never switch! She was amazing and very thorough. Im a larger woman and often find even i get home, that the are patches of hair that arent removed. Raquel asked me to look and inspect her work right there to ensure i was happy. Lastly, she was able to do a better job in a hour and a half than most places that take 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend Raquel.

    Had a great experience. The front desk is very professional. I had Denise and she is amazing very knowledgeable and she makes you feel comfortable! The place is clean and looks relaxing as well. Their monthly maintaince is really good, compared to other places. Prices are great as well.

    This was my second time coming to this spa and I absolutely loved it! I had a little issue the first time I came but the owner was extremely helpful and kind and made sure my second time here was perfect. I got waxed by Jenny which was an amazing experience, she is super sweet! I am glad I gave this spa another shot because this will be my go to place for a very long time.     AH-MAZZZZING! This place is so beautiful and serene, and extra extra sterile and clean. I made an appointment with Victoria. She was super sweet and professional. She explained the waxing process and had the time and patience to make me feel comfortable during my 1st appointment.She took the time to speak to me about the other services the spa had to offer.. without the pressure of the hard sell.     I think I’m in love with this place. I’ve had acne scars for 8 years now. In and out of dermatologist office and nothing was working. I’ve been attending here for a month. I’ve had two treatments of the glycolic peel and I see major results already. My first was with Maria and she was amazing. My second Maria wasn’t available so I was indecisive of having a different person. I had Denise and she was just as amazing. I definitely recommend. Can’t wait to try other things that the offer.

    I never review any services I receive; however, I HAD to come share how amazing my experience was at Flawless Wax & Spa.     Ask for Jenny if you go for a wax, she’s the best. I’ve been going to her consistently for almost a year now. She’s super sweet, knowledgeable, fast and of course minimal pain. Jenny gets 5 stars, the only reason I gave 4 is because they’re kind of stingy with the wax like European Wax Center. I wish they cared more about getting you smooth than taxing for every follicle outside the designated wax zone. But overall I’ve been happy with their service.

    I originally researched many wax spas and felt like this place would be the perfect one for me. I purchased a Groupon and it was well worth it. Nay was my wonderful and sassy wax lady. She was incredibly comforting and helpful as this was my first time EVER getting a Brazilian! She was so sweet and made some light conversation to distract me from the temporary pain, which honestly was not as bad as I imagined seeing as she was so quick to do it. She let me know exactly what to expect and answered all of my questions regarding after care and such. She definitely made the experience less painful than I anticipated and I am forever attached to her now! I will definitely be signing up for the monthly membership. Thanks Nay!

Very friendly even though I was slightly nervous she made sure I was relaxed and she made small talk so I wouldnt focus solely on the waxing.     I did not have an appointment, I just walked-in. Front desk lady was very sweet, welcome me right away. I was nervous the whole time because it was my first time doing brazilian wax. But Jenny is excellent and very fast, (It took her less than 15 min). It was change shift time so at the end there’s was another girl at the front desk and she also was great and professional answering all my questions. I recommend Flawless and I highly recommend Jenny. I’m defenetly coming back in 4 weeks.

    I went to the Flawless Wax & Spa for a Brazilian wax last week. Everyone in there was really sweet and friendly. The girl who did my waxing was professional and does a wonderful job at it and she even made my waxing very comfortable. I’m definitely coming to this amazing Flawless Wax and Spa for all of my waxings from now on. They also have beautiful music playing in the rooms.     I first started going here to get Brazilian waxes which have been quick and easy visits. I also began doing facials including the glycolic peels and LED light treatment. They have a monthly maintenance program for waxes (must come back every 4-6 weeks) and for facials (every 4 weeks). This makes the monthly visits super affordable. Everyone here is very nice and professional. Definitely recommend Flawless Wax and Spa!

    Ive done laser hair removal in the past. This Candela YAG is the first machine Ive encountered with so little discomfort (no numbing cream needed). Theres a cooling sensation after each zap which makes it even better. I would grade the pain/zap as 0.5/10. I can also confirm this machine works well for dark skin types. No irritation, burns or scary stories to share. After session 3 I stopped seeing any new hair growth. Super warm and professional experience with my aesthetician (Paola L.) and the front desk admin.

    Great service, and the people are always very friendly. I am doing laser hair removal treatments and I would definitely recommend them for that. The only issue I have with them is in regards to communication. I’ve been trying to call and for the past week and no one answers. I’ve left voicemails and got no response. My issue was solved online, but I wish they were better at answering phones. They weren’t always like that, so I hope this will be fixed soon.

    UPDATE: After my experience here, I was delighted to see that the owner reached out to me with her concerns and wanted nothing more than to show me the quality service she felt the spa could provide. After coming back for another service with a different person, Andrea, I have decided to increase my star rating. Andrea was friendly, professional, and proved skillfull. I had no remaining hair and for the most part she made it as comfortable as possible.Very wonderful atmosphere and nice people but will not be returning. I had a groupon for two brazilian waxes and I wish I had just spent the money to go to my usual place. It took the girl about four pulls to get the wax strips off, which made it rather painful, and then at the end didnt take tweezers or anything to get the small hairs left. I didnt realize how much hair I still had until I got home and looked. I was bright red all over, still had to shave, and had big patches growing back in about two weeks. The hair when I went in was plenty long enough so there shouldnt have been any breakage.

    Used a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. I think my technician was Sylvia. Its was my first time (ouch!). Place is nice and clean and staff is very professional. Still have hair where there shouldnt be any. So I guess Ill be twizzing those myself (which is why I have it 4 stars). I plan on going back to give it another try before deciding if I should try a new place.

    I just recently started using wax services. Now I only went to one other place before coming here but this place is wonderful. Dont let the outside fool you. Its nicely decorated inside, very relaxing. Everyone I have come in contact with so far has been helpful and professional. They use hard wax here and its been great for me. Obviously not totally painless but its more of a sting for a few seconds. If youre considering trying wax, I would highly recommend it. And you should absolutely check out Flawless. I got the results I wanted and the price is right!

    I received my first Manzilian (Brazilian) by Ambure and it was an amazing experience! I’m a very hairy man so I went in thinking the pain was going to be unbearable but Ambure comforted me and talked me through all the steps which made me calm. I’m definitely coming back!
