    Tre’Aisha was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My appointment was straightforward. Arriving was a bit confusing but I figured it out quickly (it’s in a suite in a building with many other suites). Google maps took me to exactly where I needed to go to park. I appreciate Hello Sugar for their services, and what Tre’Aisha did for me. I can see myself returning if needed. Thank you!

    I went to Sierra because my regular waxer was out of town, and I was not disappointed. The booking process was easy enough and she got me in the same day.     I was nervous to get this wax for a few reasons. 1. I went to a chain before when my Esthetician was booked (EWC) and it was terrible. My worst experience ever. So seeing this was a chain already had me on edge.2. When you have a regular esthetician it’s tough to switch. But because of my across state move I had to find someone and ASAP3. I haven’t waxed in 3 months and I’m 9 months pregnant. 🤰🏾😳 IYKYK. With all those fears I couldn’t have chosen a better esthetician, Sierra was as gentle and reassuring as she could be. Thank you girl. I will be back on your table soon 💕

    Update 6/1: I would like to say second time was the charm. Jayda was right on time for my service and was amazing. She was thorough and made me feel super comfortable. I also appreciate that management did reach out to make sure my initial experience was corrected and that I was taken care of. They took accountability for the miscommunication and followed up with me on my concerns. I will be returning to use HelloSugar.5/25: I am really disappointed by the lack of communication from HelloSugar. My esthetician was unavailable for my appointment(life happens and that’s okay). This issue is I did not receive any communication indicating that. No emails or texts. With this company only being available via text I did not speak to a live person until after 45 minutes of waiting. When I spoke to the representative they just kept saying sorry we told you we texted. I have no text or email to confirm hey heads up you need to reschedule.

Hello Sugar has a ton of different services they offered, I was really impressed! They should be able to cover your needs + more!Only thing I would say is I wasn’t expecting it to be a small studio.     Let me starts by saying that I’m not from the area, I was in town on vacation and I found a waxing spot when I’m in town. She was absolutely amazing. Sometimes it can get weird and awkward when getting a Brazilian wax but her personality was so cool. We talked and she made me feel so comfortable that my mind wasn’t in the pain. It didn’t even hurt and it’s been a while since I got waxed. The room was super clean. When I’m in town, this will be my go to waxing spot.

    I saw Jacklyn and she was amazing. Very professional and educated me on the do’s and don’ts with sugaring and how the process works. She explained the process and went over the type of results I could expect.After my initial consultation, I decided sugaring was the best option for me.     My experience here was great! The location is a bit confusing so be aware if you’re showing up before 9am. The confusion and slight frustration was all taken away after meeting the lovely team member who made me feel calm and comfortable during an experience that could have been painful and nerve wracking. I opted for sugaring which is well worth the money as the effects have lasted at least 2 weeks with no redness/bumps.
