The Booksy reviews led me to try this spot for my first ever Brazilian wax and they were spot on! Ana was so conversational, comforting, and professional. She talked me through the entire process, letting me know when I needed to take a deep breath in, when it wouldnβt hurt as much, and let me take as many breaks as I needed. I highly recommend!! Oh and it was CHOCOLATE WAX! It smelled so yummy. She has a new lifelong customer. The office waiting area as well as the wax room were decorated so cute! -

I have been to Santana for massage therapy (so cant speak to their other services). However, Roberto, the massage therapist, is excellent. I have been to other therapists who seem to slather you with oil and simply spread it around, but I feel like the massages I have received from Roberto have actually been therapeutic. He does a great job of using multiple techniques to work on problem areas (I have chronic back pain). One thing I really appreciate is that no massage is ever the same. I have been to some places where after the 3rd massage, you know whats coming next because theyre following the same sequence each time. For me, its refreshing to have something different each time, even if its slightly different here and there in terms of the massage technique or time spent using a technique, etc.In terms of their office, it always seems clean and the other staff have been friendly in my brief interactions with them. The building that houses their spa isnt the best laid out, and I dont recall Santana having their business name in the registry area that usually shows floor/office numbers, but, to get there, just go through the buildings front door, straight on to the elevator, up to the 2nd floor, and turn right when you exit the elevator. Their office door is on the left (I believe its the 2nd door).
