Working with One Life Health and Performance has transformed my life in the most positive way and I have finally seen the results I have been trying to attain for many many years within less than six months of working with Diane (health coach), Dr. Winnard and his team of patient care coordinators. I have transformed from the inside out and feel that working with this team has equipped me with the ability to make the right lifestyle choices from nutrition, workout, supplements, mind and body, sleep, hydration, etc- all around- From the initial consultation the team continues to work with you to monitor your progress and adjust their guidance accordingly - truly a customized, holistic experience. If you are on the fence - just go for it!Of course I had to commit and do the work, but One Life was the #1 key enabler to me getting there and making the necessary changes. There is so much confusion out there about what is “good and bad” and the team really provided the clarity I needed and I have now seen amazing results. -

I have been seeing Dr Ken Winnard since they’re opening in 2021 and the changes in my weight, fitness, endurance, and well being has changed my life.When I started with Dr Ken, I weighed 238 pounds and after one year he guided me on a regiment to be able to bring my weight down to 182 pounds. During this time he decreased my body fat to 18%. I now go to the gym and be able to do two hour workouts five days a week and continue to work on Decreasing my body, fat and Increasing my strength and Endurance that I was never able to do before.Dr Ken specializes in preventative diseases that face all of us! The semiannual blood panel that One Life Health & Performance implements to their patients provides a guideline to promote success to his patients.His demeanor will by far will exceed your expectations. Dr Ken’s staff is exceptionally proficient and attentive to their patients. -

Upon turning 40 It was time for a little bit of self care and preventative health. One Life Health and Performance is everything I was looking for and Dr. Winnard exceeded my expectations In patient care, medical knowledge and his calming bedside manner. I went in for my first touch of Botox and was thrilled with my results. He assured me I would always look natural in his care which was a big concern to me. I felt refreshed and more confident after my apt. We also discussed hormones and IV hydration therapy to help me feel better regarding some of my other health concerns. The IV hydration was wonderful and their high tech massage chairs were really the icing on the cake. I left feeling strong and looking forward to my next IV treatment. His staff is wonderful. They really make an effort to get to know the patients and it is a very personalized experience for the patients at One life! Almost like a family environment. Did I mention the office? It’s absolutely gorgeous! What a wonderful place to receive medical care from Dr. Winnard and cosmetic treatments such a botox, dermal fillers, and skin care services. The office is modern and state of the art. The staff is warm and caring. Dr. Winnard clearly has a passion for preventative health care and for helping his patients look and feel their best. He takes his time with each patient and the entire experience at One life is unlike a typical doctors office experience. I look forward to working with Dr. Winnard and his excellent staff in helping me have the very best 40’s I can have. I trust One Life and Dr. Winnard and highly recommended this practice if you are concerned with your health and improving the way you look and FEEL! WOW!! I had an organic facial with Autumn and it was absolutely AMAZING. She was very thorough with her service, explanations and helping me with a daily skin care routine to work on to combat the fine lines and sun spots. Hands down the best facial I have ever received. Great staff and clean and inviting office too. I highly recommend and will definitely be back! -

Let me start off by saying I’ve been to a lot of different places for facials. Autumn did my facial at OneLife and it was the best facial I’ve ever gotten. I was having some issues with my face and after I saw Autumn my face cleared up within days! She made me feel so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail! The beautiful front desk girls Brooke and Ashley were also so welcoming and friendly. I absolutely love this place, I will continue to go here for all my facial needs 🙂 -

OneLife Health & Performance Helped me get my body back on track. I was suffering from chronic pain and inflammation throughout my body. OneLife helped me get educated on what a balanced diet truly consist of and designed a workout routine to help me burn body fat while building lean muscle mass. Through OneLife I went from 195lbs. to a healthy and lean 175lbs. I feel better in both mind and body having used their program. Their preventative approach on Health and Medicine is amazing and I am extremely grateful for having gone through their awesome program. Two thumbs up!!! -
