    This was my first time here and I had a great experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and the first time client package was great! Brittney took care of me and was super professional and caring the whole time. There was not one time that I felt like I didn’t know what was going on and she put up with all of my silly questions!     My first time going there and was super happy with the experience and results! The entire store was very clean, the front staff was nice and greeted me. Brittany was my tech and she was very nice, professional, told me everything that was happening and explained after care to me. I will definitely be going back!

    My stylist was Brittney and she was fantastic. Ive been to other shops and I now think that those other shops were rough on me because Brittney was absolutely gentle with me. I love all the privacy things in place. I felt safe and private yet the studio was clean, inviting, and open. This is my new shop! Get a Groupon and give this ladies a try. Men, you need to try this too. They also offer unlimited waxing for $44 a month. I used to pay that just for one visit. So this is great!

    Love Kira my wax tech- she is super efficient and gentle. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Don’t love the corporate customer service structure which requires calls/emails to a center instead of handling memberships in house.

    I have been waxed by Ebony and Shia and they are both great! They are personable and professional and quick. The staff in general is always very friendly. The only thing I dont care for is the room set up. They have one private room but the other rooms are open to the rest of the building (meaning that the wall of each sectioned off room doesnt go all the way to the ceiling which allows everyone in the building to hear what is going on in the room) and I think it would be better if each room was private (completely closed and private rooms).Edit to my original review: After they called me for the third time in recent months to try and rebook my appointment, I told them to forget it and cancel my membership. I need a place that is reliable. It appears they have good hours and staff but it definitely was not working out for me.

    Mallory was so nice, comforting and helpful. This was my 1st Brazilian wax and she explained everything before she started and let me know everything she was doing during the wax. I felt so comfortable with her. She makes you feel so welcomed. I was so scared at first, but laying in there getting waxed while she talked to me made it so much more easier. I will definitely be a regular and can’t wait to go back and get the best Brazilian done by Mallory. If I could give her 1000 stars or more I would because she definitely deserves it!!!

    KIRA ♡♡♡ Shes got a light hand, shes quick, efficient AND plucks as she goes so youre not left with little stubble hairs that the wax didnt get at the end. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Kira has definitely mastered her craft and I will ask for her every time I come here. This is my go to spot and Im so happy I found my favorite esthetician.

    I went to Brazils Waxing Center for the first time after only ever doing sugaring for the past 4 years because I wanted to try something new. I was not disappointed! Kira did an amazing job and all of the staff were super helpful. The shop was super clean, it was a nearly painless experience and I will be back! They even called a couple days later to check in on me, ask how my experience with them, and how my skin was doing. Great customer service!

    They have a very welcoming team! My technician Tatyana made me feel comfortable through the whole session, and I really appreciated their step by step process to prevent pain and discomfort. She was very thorough and gave me recommendations for after care as I am still new to the waxing world. Will definitely be going back, thank you!

    I was in need of a quick wax, and wanted to see if anyone had openings on that same day. I called Brazils Waxing Center and Matt answers the phone. He is pleasant and kind. He says that they have an opening and he is the only technician available that day! Awesome!I walk into the studio and its gorgeous. It smells amazing and you can tell that they constantly strive to upkeep a beautiful atmosphere. Tina is at the desk and is super sweet and helpful. She has a great personality and she was working hard. She explains to me about signing the new client form and then explains where the bathroom is in the event I need to use it. When its time for my appointment, Tina directs me into the room and explains that new wax is used for each client and other things to expect for my visit.Matt is ready for my appointment and directs me into a very clean and pretty room. He asks me questions once again about my visit and thoroughly explains the full waxing process and each product he is using on me. I felt comfortable and he was fun and easy to talk to.The checking out process was super easy and once again, Matt and Tina explained everything to me including packages to look into if I came back for another visit. I definitely plan on returning! You cant find places like that everywhere. Theyre a gem!

    I have had numerous Brazilian waxes in my lifetime. Matt at Brazils was so professional, personable, & GREAT!!! He was the most gentle waxes I have ever had! Normally I would leave feeling raw and uncomfortable but Matt made sure to explain every step and was very through- paying attention to his results!     My God is this place amazing. Customer service 10/10. Experience 10/10. The establishment itself 100/10. I had the pleasure of having Matthew as my technician. Ugh so in love with him. He gave such great tips about aftercare. He gave great conversation and he has the most gentle touch. The results are soooo worth every penny. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. This is the place you want to be.

I have been all over the country and have been getting waxed for years, please believe me when I tell you Mallory is a true professional . She listens and takes her time. Simply awesome.     I got a Brazilian and underarm wax here. The staff was very professional and courteous from start to finish. The facility was clean. They were very timely. The services, prices, and maintenance were explained very well. The pain was minimal. The tech made it as comfortable as possible.The pricing is great. I loved everything about my experience here. I will be purchasing the monthly membership. A week after services and my skin is still smooth and ingrown bump free. I definitely recommend.

    I got a brazilian from Miss Shia a couple of months ago and ooh she worked some magic! She was friendly and extremely thorough. I’ve been getting waxed for years, and I swear on my mother’s life this was the longest lasting wax I’ve ever had. It’s been over 2 months and barely half of the hair has grown back.
