    This store has had its ups and downs over the years with mixed stylists coming and going, however over the past year, Rachel has become a regular, and her experience, demeanor, and talent shows. I have been very pleased with her work, and the professional atmosphere she brings to Great Clips. It is quickly becoming Palencias best kept secret.

    Usually just 1 person available to cut but making the appointment on the app is useful. Always get a great cut, doesnt matter who has been there. Clean and super nice!

    I have been hunting stylists in the past six months. Tried multiple expensive personalized studios in both riverside and St.John area and cant find the perfect one until I found out this GEM great clips. I had been here twice and Monica was my stylist. Both experiences were perfect. She is patient, very detailed and followed instructions based on my needs. I highly recommend her!!!

    What a refreshingly positive experience! There was no wait time and Adam gave me a fantastic cut. Everyone in the salon was friendly and professional and the location at Palencia is so convenient to my grocery shopping at Publix. I will definitely be back.

    I loved that you can go online. Check in. If they say 40 minute wait. Go there in 50 minutes and you will be the next person they serve regardless how many people are there waiting. All my haircuts were done correctly with no issues.

    I had an amazing haircut here today, even though there were people waiting to have their haircut and she was the only one, she didn’t rush to cut my hair which I liked, she took her time and she cut my hair with patience and made sure she did a great job. I was going to get her name but I forgot to ask. So I can’t give her recognition but thank you for the amazing service

    If you need to mow your frow, this is the place to go.I had no wait time which was nice.Haircut was average, but it was $20, you are not going to get any 8-10’s with a $20 haircut. If you are ok with less than a 8, go here.
