Cannot recommend this salon more! From scheduling (seamlessly online), to being welcomed with coffee/mimosa/and even Brazilian bread, the wonderful ambiance (small but cozy with relaxing music), and last but not least a fantastic hairstyle every time from Marcelo, it makes me look forward to every haircut knowing Im in great hands.

I visited the new and beautiful Salon MM in Palencia today and just had to share my experience.The staff pampered me from the moment I arrived and I left feeling absolutely beautiful. Marcelo is an amazing hair artist, and takes time to learn about your style preference, asks questions and listens. He’s a true master of his craft and creates an easy casual environment to complete the experience.

I love this new salon on Market Street in Palencia. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the stylists are superb. I have been growing out my gray, and got a new haircut and some coloring and highlights to blend what I already had with what is coming! My stylist was Camille and she did a great job! I highly recommend them.

I moved to Jax 5 years ago and have probably been to 8 different hairstylists, never being completely satisfied until a friend recommended Marcelo at MM Personal hair. All I can say is WOW! I don’t even have to tell him how I want my hair, he has a magic touch and everything he does makes you feel like a million $ - he’s amazing at what he’s doing! It doesn’t hurt that he’s such a sweet person and he really makes you feel at home.I will never ever go anywhere else, there is no better hairstylist than him in Jax! If you haven’t already scheduled your appointment, do it now!!!

Marcello is a hidden gem in the hair community. When it comes to balayage, its an art, and he has mastered it. Marcelo takes his time to look at the placement of each section/color and envisions how it will look finished on your face. I have been to many stylists in the surrounding area over the last several years and he is truly the only professional I have found that is a master at color and cut. He takes his time and is a perfectionist, which I highly appreciate!
