    Consistently good! Traveled to town on business and needed a blow out before an event. They got me in within an hour and the stylist was wonderful, she even trimmed up my bangs quick. Its great to have a reliable place to go when you travel that you know you can get in quick!

    I have had pretty good experiences in the store every time I’ve ever shopped. I want to commend Ruby!! I think she has a wealth of knowledge and I just love working with her! I’m sure the store loves her too because she always gets me to buy something lol 😂 I rarely give reviews anymore, but I really wanted to come on here and thank her and make sure Ulta knows that she rocks!

    Ulta St Augustine US highway 1I am always welcomed by name by Chelsea R. (Best Elite stylist ever) when I go into the salon or even if I happen to go into the store for general ulta beauty needs! Everyone is always ready to help when I am shopping but not over whelming. Store is always clean and well stocked. Store has plenty of employees to attend to all customers in the store! I personally have suggested several friends and family to visit ulta for all their beauty needs! Ulta has never let me down!

    Update: Once again a cosmetic that went viral and cant be found anywhere, I found at this Ulta! Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and well organized store and they even had a product that was sold out everywhere else.The lady at the register really went the extra mile and helped me get the most out of my point.

    Savannah is a newer member of management. Shes a supremely resourceful, welcoming, beauty products and services expert! She always remembers her clients names, favorite brands, and is on-point with whats trending. Most impressively, shes more authentically charming and service-centric than many more well seasoned beauty aficionados years her senior. She creates a very warm environment and friendly shopping experience for all. Bravo, Savannah!👏

    Awesome place they helped me find my right shade for my concealer. Also had great sales! 47 scents for lotion and lip crayon. $9 for a 40 piece eye shadow palette. Cant beat that.

    I would like to say that Im not a huge make up person, but with rosacea. I needed a foundation. I went in to ask for assistance finding a good one to suit my skin and needs. I asked the first associate I saw, and let me just say.. she was not a very nice person. Huffed like I was bothering her and she said she would find someone to help me as she was too busy. At 10am.. when they had just opened.... yeah.. Well, my daughter and I decided to walk around the area and see the funny names that Nars has for their product while we waited and were pleasantly greeted by Marissa. She was a absolute sweetheart and went to work right away finding me the perfect foundation. Everything about the experience with her made up for the rudeness of her coworker!

    The store was kind of dirty and the tester products looked kind of gross. Some test products were smeared or sprayed onto unopened products, shelves and the test bottles themselves. The store seemed understaffed, but overall friendly. Mostly, I want to shout out to Marissa! She was working the check out counter by herself with a huge line waiting. She still managed to quickly check everyone out, take the time to make each customer feel special, and turned my experience into an exceptional one. She complimented the items I was buying and made me feel like I was purchasing quality products. Marissa is exactly the type of employee that encourages repeat customers!

    Kashanda at the brow bar is awesome! Ive never gotten my brows done before, but she made it a really comfortable process. She maps out your brows and shows you along the way how it looks to make sure youre satisfied. Ive been to her twice for my brows now and I cant imagine seeing anyone else! She also fit me in for a chin wax even though I was only booked for the brows. She didnt hesitate to add on the service for me. I give her a 5/5 stars if I could rate services separately.The reason for four stars instead of five is for the ear piercing station. I went here not realizing they used a piercing gun. I should have gone with my gut and left but I went through with it anyway. The heart shaped earrings used were WAY too small to pierce an ear with, and gave no room to accommodate swelling. The earring became so tight and nearly embedded in the ear that I ended up having to go elsewhere to get them all replaced with proper flat-back studs with long bars. Looking at the length of the heart earrings from ulta, they were shorter than even a standard size earring, as if they were child sized. Far too small for a new piercing. Please do not get your ears done here or any place that uses a gun. Its worth the extra cost to go to a reputable piercer who uses a needle and high-end jewelry made for piercing. I may also need my ears re-done again in the future to fix placement issues as well. The girl who did them was very nice and its nothing against her, she was just doing her job, but a piercing gun is just bad news all around.

    I hadnt worn makeup for many years but I was going to be attending a very special event so I went to Ulta. I was immediately overwhelmed when I walked into the store and saw everything that was available until a beautiful young woman greeted me. She listened and helped and was so very patient. She didnt push any high priced items, she didnt push any 2 hour make up techniques that are so common these days...lol She coordinated an affordable, simple neutral makeup kit that enhanced my features while she made me feel rather lovely in my plain, aging, bare skin. Definitely a positive experience.

    Went for something specific, lovely girl helped me. She was knowledgeable and precise about how to use the product. What put me off was at the cashier someone else, asked my phone number and I said no thank you I dont want to give it out, she placed both hands on my products and said Because I dont want to give my phone number I wont be able to return any of my products!! What kind a shop is this?

    Chelsea is amazing at cutting and coloring hair! She takes great pride in her work, and is both experienced and knowledgeable on hair and make up. She is a definite asset to Ulta Beauty and the reason I always return!

    I was one of the first shoppers at the Lake Grove, NY store and still have my Ulta card. I now live in Fl and shop at the St. Augustine location. LOVE IT! The staff is always pleasant and helpful. On my last visit, I was looking at eye liners for a specific one and a manager came to me to help. I then began to bombard her with several questions about other products and she introduced me to Taylor who she said could assist me better. Not only did Taylor help me with my needs but she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with our selections. Some say Ulta is expensive but I say the wonderful customer service is well worth it. Thank you for holding your staff to high standards.

    Ive been having my hair done at Ulta for a couple years now... color, highlights, lowlights, styles, whatever. When Anita moved away I was nervous about trusting my hair to someone new, but I threw caution to the wind and accepted the appointment with Chelsea.Chelsea was a pleasure to visit with, but better than that, I loved my hair when she got through with it! Ive just had my 3rd visit with her and am immensely satisfied 😁 Chelsea pays close attention to detail, and she notices any imperfection in her work to fix it before I leave. I love that she remembers me... things we talked about at previous visits, hair color I mentioned wanting to try. I dont understand a whole lot about hairstyling (other than what I think looks good), but when I describe what I want, she helps me turn it into a look that works with my hair.As much as I worry that giving a good review will make her schedule busier (to busy for me? I hope not! ), I cant pass up the opportunity to recommend her. But I know how hard it is to trust someone with your appearance in such a long- lasting way, so I do recommend Chelsea.BTW, the lady having her hair done across from me looked fabulous when she left, so theres more than 1 talented person working at this Ulta.

    Tori in the salon is just absolutely amazing. Very lovely young lady with a good head on her shoulders. Very knowledgeable and confident in her skills. She did an amazing job and I will definitely come see her again. First time at Ulta and I needed a lot of help. 🤣 I couldnt be more happier with her work. 💗

    My mom and I visited Ulta for the first time yesterday. We werent sure what makeup my mom needed for her age and skin type, but she wanted to feel good about herself after a long illness. We received the best help from the sweetest woman named Trish. She assisted us in finding the right blends and which products help the most with fine lines, and even explained while she applied the makeup on mom so she would know how to do it at home. She helped us save money on brushes and gave her tips on which brushes to use for what. She was extremely helpful, and my mom left feeling encouraged. It was a great experience, and we will definitely return in the future.

    I live in and drive from Jacksonville to the St. Augustine store. Started as a new salon customer in May. Tori (Victoria) is the best! She is very polite, courteous, makes great and helpful suggestions! She corrected a terrible cut from a salon in Jacksonville. Tori always does a fantastic job on my hair! Totally trust her💯! Worth the drive everyime, and Im never disappointed. My 2 grand-daughters have been going there before me; 1 sees Tori and the other sees Chelsea who is always welcoming and has a great personality, too. Greater than 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

    I am never disappointed when I visit Ulta. The store can certainly be intimidating if you arent a make-up guru, but the girls are so helpful. Dont hesitate to ask someone for guidance. I have not been up-sold at all either. The options available make it very affordable to shop.

    Had my hair cut by Chelsea over the weekend and I cant believe how good she did. Better than any barber Ive had. She paid attention to detail and gave me a haircut that complements my face. She also gave me tips and tricks on how to use certain hair products and pointed me to the direction where I could find the product in the storeEXCELLENT SERVICE!!! 💯11 out of 10Thank you Chelsea 😁

    First time back in Ulta since covid reopening. Its a totally different shopping experience. No more testing or trying out a product. So I went with a few items I have purchased in the past. Glad to see hand sanitizers thruout the store. Associates were helpful.

    I came into Ulta today with my grandson, whom for the first time, wanted to acquire some items. It was a very sensitive issue for him, but your associate Sean, went out of his way to help and educate my grandson on his needs. Sean’s attentiveness, kindness, understanding and patience touched my heart!! I walked away from the two of them, so my grandson could talk to Sean about his needs independently.     I’m not really a make up kind of girl so I can give much insight for the rest of the store but the brow bar is amazing! It took me longer than it should have to go there because it’s more than twice the price of most local salons which is hard to rationalize, but it’s definitely a ‘you get what you pay for’ senecio. A lot of attention went into making them look better than ever. This is definitely my new go to spot.

    I came by to get my hair cut yesterday, and Autumn did such a phenomenal job! I’ve never loved a haircut more. I cut my hair really short a few years ago, and since I’ve been growing it out, I haven’t put any layers or anything in it. I told Autumn that I’d like round layers and long, sweeping bangs, and I said that I wasn’t sure what length would look the best. I trusted her to use her expertise and wow it looks amazing!     I love Ulta because they always have certain products that Target/ Walmart doesnt have, all in one place! Every time I go there the manager is there & shes really helpful & that makes a world of difference. I did deduct a star because they seem to run out of stock a lot on the products I like. Like anything from Shea moisture, & they dont carry as much as I wish they did, especially natural skin care items.

I said I would be there shortly.When I arrived, I asked where the product was located on the store.     Tori in the salon is AMAZING !! I instantly felt welcomed by her sweet and bubbly personality. I went in for a cut and told her I was also thinking about color and we end ended up booking a color appointment for that week !     Go to Ulta Salon in St Aug and see Lisa the Salon Manager. She is amazing ! I wanted to change my hair color completely which is not an easy task. She invited me for a complimentary consultation so we could talk about what I wanted and then we booked my appt. What hair stylists care enough to do that !? Lisa is a color master. She gave it fantastic depth, tones and highlights. The color came out better than I had hoped and the cut was perfect ! I am a raving and passionate fan of Lisas and Ulta Salon, St Augustine.

    I have had ups and downs with this store as far as customer service goes but things have turned around a bit since they’ve hired one gentleman named Skip there , he is always friendly and offering help. I have always been pretty self sufficient anyway ,however, it’s nice to get a warm feeling from people who work there even when you don’t need their help.

    Had an event coming up and wanted to smell better than Axe body spray. Didnt know they had a huge selection of mens fragrances with some pretty big designer names like Dolc, Armani, Lancome, Versace etc. Cindy came over pretty quickly and knew her stuff and actually pointed me to the right fragrance. Great selection for men in what I always thought was just a makeup store. Thanks!

    Oh my God I love this store Im not one to really wear makeup and honestly really have no clue what Im doing when it comes to wearing makeup so when I walked in here a woman greeted me but then I heard a mans voice and I went straight for him because if a man works any store like this you know he definitely has a feminine side to him and they tend to be the best makeup artist and that he was and it is his name is skip so if you ever go into this Ulta make sure you go and see skip he will give you the attention that you need and will not try to sell you anything you dont need he was able to find the perfect color and shade for my face and he was very knowledgeable and I even got a couple free samples which was great so make sure you go into this Ulta beauty supply store and go see skip youll be glad you did

    My family surprised me with a makeover during our family vacation....... totally out of my comfort zone!!But I must say...my experience with the Salon at Ulta was awesome!!! Celeste was the most wonderful stylist I have ever met!! Not only is she an artist, she knows her products, and what they can do. She made me feel 20 years younger!!! She even did my make-up (which I dont usually wear).When I returned to the condo....the ooohs and ahhhs were music to my ears!!! Thank you Celeste for a WONDERFUL job!!
