    I have been going to Wow Hair Salon for 6 years since moving to Florida. The salon has always accommodated my appointment needs and notified me in a timely fashion in those rare occasions when the salon needed to make a change. I have been to both Kristin and Kayla and both are professional colorists and stylists who have worked with me to achieve my desired outcome. The salon is a comfortable space and the receptionists at the front desk are friendly and helpful as well. I do highly recommend this salon.

    I’ve been going to WOW Hair Salon for over 3- years now and I have never been disappointed with my haircut. Kristin Howard, the owner, has always gone out of her way to help if I had to re-schedule an appointment and the thing I like the most is that she is a perfectionist when it comes to my haircut.If you are looking for either a man’s or woman’s haircut, my wife goes to Kristin as well, she is one of the best in the area.

    Amazing service, I usually get a tone and cut with Ashley and she always does an amazing job. The environment is so positive and I always look forward to getting my hair done with them, very friendly and good prices.

    Thumbs up to WOW Hair Salon! The staff is welcoming, professional, and skilled. My stylist, Jen, took the time to explain my options after someone from a different salon overprocessed my hair. She transformed my hair with color, gloss, and a great haircut. I am a loyal and grateful customer!

    Highly recommend this salon and specifically Ashley. I was super nervous finding a new stylist after moving to the area. I am highly allergic to several color lines. Ashley worked closely with me, tried several different lines and even did additional research on the best lines for people with sensitive skin. I’m always happy with my cut and color. I just can’t recommend her enough!

    I highly highly recommend Wow Hair in Palencia! The staff is super friendly and professional! The salon is always neat and clean. Jen, who does my hair is an artist the way she makes my hair look after she does her magic! If you are looking for a place to get your hair done come to Wow Hair in Palencia. You won’t be disappointed!

    I love Kristin and the Wow Hair Salon! Kristin provides me appointments that work with my after work needs, she does a great job styling and coloring my hair, and she helps me keep my appointments within my budget. We are so lucky to have Kristin and her Wow team in Palencia!

    LISTEN i went into the salon with dead lifeless hair & Ashley did an amazing job bringing it back to life ! She was so sweet & professional. She listened to exactly what I wanted & executed it perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend sitting in her chair you will not be disappointed. I will be seeing her again !

    Brand new to the area and chose this salon based on reviews. Love it. Kristen is doing a terrific job with my hair transformation. She really listened to my concerns and we designed a game plan together. My hair looks and feels great. The shop is clean, comfortable and the folks are friendly.

    The WOW! Salon in Palencia was exceptional 👌 They were very helpful on the phone and got me in at last minute...Kristen is a whiz with color and did a great cut! Her free consultation was very pleasant and she did EXACTLY what we talked about. What a warm welcoming and fun salon! So happy that its right here in my own neighborhood 🥰

    Prior to finding Carrie I was driving 140 miles round trip every six weeks to get my hair cut. I wear my hair really short and when I have a good hair cut my hair is so easy to take care of. Everything about WOW Hair is what youre looking for. Very clean, conveniently located and all the stylist are very nice and talented. I love this place.

    Kayla, a seasoned stylist at Wow Salon, is fantastic! Ive lived in Jacksonville for 15 years now and have went to several salons looking for someone who can cut and give me nice icy blonde highlights to my dirty blonde hair. I discovered Kayla through a friends recommendation over 2 years ago and have been going to her ever since (I actually followed her to this salon). Every time I leave her at Wow Salon, I feel younger and love the highlites in my hair! She asks questions about what you want, listens to you, and then gives you the style and cut that makes you feel like the best you!!! If you want the same quality and professionalism every time, visit Kayla at Wow Salon. Shes awesome!

    I have been going to WOW Hair Salon for several months now and I am so pleased with the work Kayla does. I am relatively new to Florida and before moving my hair dresser in NY told me not to move to Florida because no one knows how to do hair there. I hate to say it, but for a while I thought he was right. I tried the top rated salons in Ponte Vedra, Neptune Beach and St. Augustine. None of those salons could understand what I was looking for (and believe me - it wasnt like I was asking for miracles). Then I tried Kayla at WOW Hair Salon. She got my color perfectly. I have highlights and lowlights and she completely covers the gray. She does an excellent job cutting as well and the last visit was perfect. Shes also great at conversation!! I would highly recommend Kayla at Wow if you are looking for great results with your hair.

    With a last minute request, due to a special event tonight, my friend recommended this salon. I spoke to Christine who was ever so friendly and sweet on the phone and she was able to accommodate me at the very last minute today!Not only was my hairstyle affordable and fast, it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back to see Christine and I will not forget her wonderful hospitality at the salon.
