Had my arms waxed because my leg hair wasn’t quite long enough. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Super gentle, no pain. Was not adventurous enough for a Brazilian but maybe one day 😂My arms have never been so soft. I definitely want to come back to get my legs waxed when they’re ready. Great job and great customer service. If you are considering waxing, I highly recommend using Fresh Wax Center.

Ive been going to Karissa for about three to four years (about a year longer than Fresh Wax has been open). She is so fantastic, that I drive from Tampa to my appointments. She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. Everything is always very clean and super cute. 10/10 will recommend this business to everyone.

I had a great experience yesterday at the Fresh Wax Center. My first time getting waxed was 8 years ago at a different place, and boy, was it one of the most painful experiences Ive ever had (full brazilian). I have done sugaring occasionally over the years for my legs and underarms. I wanted to try regular waxing again for my bikini line and underarms. I was a bit nervous because I had never had that area waxed since that painful experience 8 years ago. Night and day difference. No- I didnt get a full brazilian this time, just the bikini line and in between the cheeks. It really did not hurt very much. No, its not the best feeling in the world but I have a pretty high tolerance for pain (I have sat for 3 hours at a time getting tattooed), and honestly, the worst part is over in about 5 minutes. Pain is about 4/10. Getting tattooed 7/10.Joy was so kind, understanding, and easy to talk with and I will definitely rebook with her the next time I go back. Such a positive experience, I highly recommend for anyone on the fence about waxing. I know many people prefer sugaring over waxing, but I honestly prefer regular waxing now after coming here!!

Everything about this waxing center is AMAZING. The service, the atmosphere, the staff. When you walk in the place is decorated SO beautifully and they have snacks and refreshments out for everyone, all citrus themed which makes me feel clean for some reason. Kerissa made me so comfortable, I felt like I had known her for years. She’s hilarious and she gets the job done very quick and efficiently. It was only my second time being waxed but it is a WORLD of a difference from my first wax. With fresh wax center I have not had a single ingrown hair or any problems whatsoever and it’s been almost 3 weeks! If you’re debating coming here, DO IT. You won’t regret it.

I had my first ever wax done today and it was great! The place is decorated super cute, it smells great, everything looks clean. Basically the atmosphere is perfect and very welcoming. Joy performed my services today and she did an amazing job at making me comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and the aftercare for me to follow. I can’t say enough about this place everything was perfect!

I had the most wonderful experience EVER at Fresh Wax Center! I saw Joy for my body wax which was awesome, she was friendly and knowledgeable about waxing! Then I was seen by Krystal for the best a lash lift and brow lamination. I was so happy with results! Krystal did her thang with my lashes and brows! I love it! Oh and most importantly facility was very fresh,clean and (Lemony 🍋) 😀. Very satisfied with all staff, services and products!
