They were short staffed because someone experienced an illness. The wait was longer than usual but understandable due to the circumstances. The staff were warm and welcoming and I am very pleased with my haircut. Unfortunately, one customer was not understanding of the circumstances and gave the staff a difficult time. Too bad the customer was not able to appreciate that staff were doing their best in a difficult situation.

Came in to get a major chop and left feeling beautiful and refreshed thanks to Alyssa. We cut almost 12 inches from my head and the whole experience was filled with laughter and excitement. I’m graduating nursing school soon and wanted to enter my last semester with a fresh start and she was the perfect one to do it. The length, layers, and curtain bangs are perfect and she took her time to make sure of it. Alyssa is the best!!!

I took my 12 year old daughter to Supercuts on Eiland Blvd. to have Alyssa cut her hair today. Honestly, I had tried to cut my daughter’s hair the night before and it was uneven to say the least. The two women that were working had a steady stream of clients & every individual client had their full attention! They asked the client & actually listened to what they had to say as far as the style & cut that each individual wanted. They took their time to cut & or style your hair & didnt try to rush you out the door or quickly chop your hair to get the next client in their chair. The stylist are up to date with continually taking classes for new & old styles & cuts alike.They were very friendly & all stylist welcomed you into their salon as soon as you entered. I took my niece for a haircut today and I was very impressed!!! The shop closes early on Sundays and even though they were very busy, they fit us in!!! Cece did a wonderful job on my nieces hair!!! In the rush and busy daily hustle it was very appreciated to experience such great customer service ♥️

What a wonderful experience, I was able to walk in with no wait. Cece was able to cut hair perfectly to my expectations, so much so, I brought my 2 grandsons back, again with no wait, and she and her co-worker were able to do an amazing job with 9 and 10 year old. Cutting the modern style haircut.We all definitely will be back!

Been here twice now, both times helped by Cece. She is quick, but not at all careless in her work, friendly, and has a very light touch which is amazing during the beard trim on the neck. I have gotten a more expensive beard trim done before, but she did it better. And I dont mean a little better, I mean if you need this done, book it with her! Surgeon hands, Im telling you. Both times I just got my hair buzzed down evenly all around as I like having it really short, she made sure to ask if I wanted longer on the top or anything, but I didnt. I just wanted to include that so everyone knows she will ask you before she does something to make sure its what you really want & that she has understood you correctly. Beyond this, theres certain details of a haircut that I honestly dont really think about, example: Where would you like your beard edged? I dont really know, so I just agreed with her recommendation and it turned out great & is what I wanted. Shes definitely someone who I can feel comfortable trusting her judgement to help me look my best! I would highly recommend her services if youre looking.

I have been going to Supercuts for a while, and everytime I have gone to have my hair done, it is always beautiful. I always have James do my hair. It is very hard sometimes to get time with him, because he is wonderful. The 1 thing that I do not like. You are not allowed to make an appointment ahead of time. You have to call every morning to see if James can see you that day. All the staff are very friendly, and very easy to talk to. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do.
