I was referred here by a coworker, and I’m so glad I got to meet Kiki! She’s so sweet and talented. I was getting married and struggling to find a good stylist, but Kiki squeezed me into her busy schedule and worked her magic. She made me look incredible on my wedding day, and I got so many compliments on my hair. Highly recommend her amazing work!

High end luxury service in a luxurious yet inviting environment. Hands down best salon I have seen in Jacksonville area. The service and experience Kiki brings to the industry is Top Notch and tailored to each client with a twist of perfection. I have some high maintenance hair and each time I see her she nails my “let’s try this” right on the head. You will not leave her chair disappointed. Absolutely beautiful salon and service!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon! I called them in a panic trying to find a way to fix my hair, which had been ruined by another salon, before I left on a trip to Europe in just a few days. Both Stephanie and Kiki went above and beyond trying to find a way to fix it.When I told Kiki about my situation and the limited time I had, she offered to stay late and have me come in to fix my hair for me. I definitely brought her a challenge and she completely conquered it! My confidence went up SO much after the cut I got at this salon. I will definitely be coming back here!Some before and after pictures of Kiki’s magic!

My first time coming here, had a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment, and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Made an appointment online and it was super easy, no hidden surcharge at all. Kiki did my haircut exactly what I asked for and style it beyond my expectations.

Five starts isn’t anywhere close to enough. I’ve known Kiki personally for five years so I had no doubt in my mind that she would do a phenomenal job with my haircut. But to my surprise she raised the bar even higher. She’s such a wonderful stylist, always makes people feel so welcomed and excited to get the ball rolling. She really listened to what I did and didn’t want, especially since I’ve had some questionable haircuts in the past. But now I have no intentions on going anywhere else. If anyone is looking for a new salon home this the one!

I decided to give 11i a try after passing by it so many times on my way to Target. So glad I did! The space is luxurious, yet relaxed. Kiki and her team really make you feel like the focus of your appointment. I asked for a dimensional caramel vibe and she really worked with me to achieve that, even seeing me a second time to make sure I was happy with the results. Thanks, 11i! 💕

I have been going to Kiki Rizzi for over 10 years on and off for blonde highlights. When I lived in other states, I was consciously trying to find someone who could “do my hair the way Kiki does.” I moved back to Jax and I’m so excited to see she has her own salon now at 11i.This time I did a full blonde balayage after not having my hair done for 7 months. I have never seen someone do color as well as Kiki - the blending is smooth and natural, and she has an amazing instinct for matching her client’s vision. She revamped my whole look and I’m super excited to be able to be a consistent client again.I will say honestly that the full balayage + medium hair cut + blowout was collectively a little expensive, but you’re paying for the high quality service you get. Not to mention she has a great personality so she’s fun to talk to! Highly, highly recommend Kiki or any stylist she recommends/approves of. :)

My hairstylist retired and I needed a new one for my “yearly” haircut. This adorable salon went in on San Jose and i was curious. I read reviews and figured Kiki sounds like a reputable stylist so I booked a consultation. She was super professional and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable immediately that I made the right choice. She was even able to cut and style my hair after the consult. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered. I absolutely love my hair cut. It’s the look I’ve been trying to obtain forever. I told my fifteen year old daughter I’ve found our new stylist and I may now be getting more than just a yearly haircut! Thanks Kiki!

This salon is amazing! It has the welcoming feel of a family business but with all the services and quality of a large salon. Everyone is extremely kind from the moment you walk in and the place has a super cool vibe. They also have a great online booking platform which is very convenient for busy people like me who decide to book appointments at 10 pm.I have gotten my hair done with Kiki twice now and Ill never be able to have a different stylist again. She takes her time to really listen to what you want and somehow gets it just right. She also makes great suggestions for products to help you achieve the look you want but never tries to upsell you on anything. I have had haircuts, toning treatments, and most recently a full balayage with her and she knocks it out of the park every time! She is incredibly sweet as well. I highly recommend her and 11i Salon Collective!

From drab to fab! I absolutely love Kiki and her amazing talent for transforming my dull hair back to life! I don’t even bring her in photos, like I used to do with other salons, because I know she’s going to knock it out of the park! I’m so happy I found her, she will be my hair stylist for life.

Kikis been my stylist for 5 years and counting, and I cant imagine trusting my hair to someone elses clippers. Shes not only a pros pro when it comes to hair, but Kiki is *always* in an upbeat mood, always listening, and truly cares what you look like when you leave. Very much recommend her for a nice, clean, stylish mens haircut.

Since my previous hair dresser’s lash business started really taking off, I was in dire need of a haircut and balayage to refresh my look overall and I had been putting off the service because of how daunting the process can be with finding a new hairdresser. Luckily, my coworker introduced me to this salon with EXTENDED HOURS and they were able to squeeze me in that very SAME WEEK in the afternoon which worked perfectly with my work schedule as a teacher! The ONLINE BOOKING process was very easy for me to navigate. & KIKI WAS AMAZING!!!! She was very friendly, a great conversationalist, made sure to listen to my concerns, and has GREAT TALENT OVERALL!!! Her and her fiancée made sure to make me very comfortable during my visit at this LOVELY SALON SPACE that feels luxurious yet inviting (the pictures do not do it justice). There was NO WAIT before being seen and most importantly, I am IN LOVE with the results of my haircut, balayage, gloss/toner treatment, and style!!! Kiki also introduced me to some awesome products that I ended up purchasing to help keep my hair color last longer. I will definitely be coming back here for my next service! The salon is SOOOOOO beautiful. The staff TOP NOTCH! I am a boudoir and wedding photographer. I actually work in the same building as this salon! My clients LOVE LOVE LOVE their experience with Stephanie and have nothing but praise when they come up to take photos. They love the salon and the staff. 11i is a must and I trust them with my clients and myself. 100% recommend this salon in jacksonville, fl. My clients look flawless and feel like queens.
