    I had an amazing experience with Aicha! She was very very quick ( 3.5 hours QUICK and i have thick hair a little below my shoulders) , communicative, doesn’t braid too tight and professional. Her shop was clean and welcoming, which made the entire process even better. I got medium knotless braids, and they turned out absolutely beautiful—I love them! I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment and visit again. Highly recommend!

    I’m currently in the chair as I write this review and I have to give it five stars for the simple fact that I got here at 9am and even though I did not start until 9:30am, I am literally just a few braids before I am done and it’s 11:27am. This is the fastest I think ANYONE has ever done my hair. Mind you I am getting medium knotless. Very good job. I wanted to be out before 1pm but looks like I will be done wayyyy before that. Thank you very much Fatima. I will be back!!

    I am SUPER happy with how my hair looks, Futima was VERY nice and professional! When I preferred my braids a certain way she was very graceful in her reply and we started over; which I greatly appreciate.I only give four stars due to the salon having a 0900 opening time, and no one was in the salon. Another possible client was parked next to me, and we chatted, as she was curious about me having an appointment or being a walk-in. My appointment was for 0930, but I did not get serviced until 1030. My stylist was very accountable for this and made sure to call me and reschedule for 1000 when she knew she’d be late but I did have to wait another 30min.If you plan to come as a walk-in or appointment make sure your schedule is clear as you may have to wait awhile as you do in ALL salons. If you are like me and have short hair you definitely want to come here. Make sure to ask for back little hair is left out as it will be tight; although not unbearable I may return to take out the hair in my nape area so it’s more comfortable.It is not unbearable pain at all!     I receive the best experience when working with Ms. Aicha she is accurate and fast. She is always reliable and available. She is one of the best braiders I ever met. Make sure u ask for Aicha but not sure about any other works.

    I couldn’t imagine going anywhere but here! She’s not a tight braider (#1), she listens to your desires, super nice, works fast, and prices are standard. I’ve been going, along with my daughter, and will happily continue.

    I arrived a little before my appointment but they stated on time at 10:30 AM. They were done at 2:30 PM. Two ladies worked on my hair at one time and separately. I drove from Brunswick, which is an hour away and I am not disappointed. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer!! I LOVE my small singles!!

    I was there with Paris, the review just posted. That isnt true and you knew it, you came in wanting your hair washed. You told her you didnt like your hair, she accommodated you twice by changing the hair. You had an attitude when you walked in the shop. As for me, I got my hair done, they were professionals. I have no complaints at all, for someone to have had a problem from the beginning of getting the hair done to the end of throwing the money on the counter, is ridiculous.

    Im so glad I didnt follow these reviews. My experience was AWESOME!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Aida. She was very professional and polite. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant!!! I would recommend this establishment to anyone!!!! Remember what you put out is what you get back!!! You present a negative vibe and thats what you will receive back!!!! Thanks Mrs. Aida!!!

    I ABSOLUTELY love her prompt service and reasonable prices. My 1st visit...She took me, immediately, after having an hair emergency and having to drive from the next county and my 2nd visit..I didnt have an appointment and she still serviced my son within 15 minutes....She has became the only person I will let do my hair...reminds me of the service, I use to recieve, when living in Atlanta.

    IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS !!!!So glad I didnt listen to the previous reviews about this shop. I made an appointment at the last minute but Aicha was able to squeeze me in for the next morning. I booked her for small plaits. I was a little discouraged when she said it will only be one person working on my head and to come at 10 because I knew I would be there all day.Aicha assured me I would be finish in time for work but still allowed me to come 30 minutes earlier. I lie to you not I WAS DONE IN NO TIME. Aicha braids extremely fast.! She is very professional and does quality work! I would strongly recommend Aichas shop to anyone looking to get their hair done.. Btw I love my hair

    First time visiting here ( 2nd shop Ive been to since moving here) and after reading the reviews I was very scared. However i still decided to try it out on my own ( cant base off others) the owner was very nice professional and even engaged in conversation with everyone in the shop. The mom who did my hair was amazing, she didnt braid too tight and was very gentle and omg sooo loving ( grandma) it was another older lady working as well and she was just as sweet and kind as well. The owner helped mom with my hair (I got small box braids) and after having ma braid my hair for so long I got comfortable lol than here comes the owner, having me second guess all my life choices lol she braids very tight and fast. But the end result i love it and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys again.
