    Thank God for Marissa! I was in town and my hair fell apart the night before, but she saved the day. A stylist who still takes the time to wash, massage, and scratch the scalp is truly golden. My hair is still getting compliments! You can check it out on my TikTok @kishaqueen1 and Instagram @mskishaqueen. Highly recommend her!

    Finally a upscale natural hair studio!Services with a smile. This team is very professional, punctual, and passionate about what they do and it shows.     Went it to see Carlos for a blowout. I knew my hair was damaged from a previous color. However Post Covid I needed a change! Showed him my inspiration and he brought my hair back to life. The service time was quick, the color vibrant, and most of all I loved the energy and aesthetics of the salon. I definitely will be returning soon.

    Love Bamboo, I just wish I had found it sooner!! The hair washes are amazing and I enjoy the conversation and atmosphere the salon provides. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a salon to maintain locs!

    I needed my locs re-twisted and I am beyond happy with Ms. Anita!!! Her and her husband were amazing!! I felt at home immediately and couldn’t understand why I haven’t been going before today!! I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment and my hair looks amazing not to mention it’s so soft!!!

    I had the best hair service ever going to this place, warm welcome, comfortable setting and fast service with a quality that cant be compared. I will definitely come back and anyone who wants the same should go there they are great people. They are worth everything I spent.

    Carlos and Anita know how to run a business and are the best at it, best barber in town and also they are the best stylists that I know, if you need your locs tightened up or your hair cut this is the place to be for your hairstyles.

    The salon is one of a kind! The aura of the shop is unmatched. It is very inviting and personable to each client. I was serviced by Zippy. Zippy is amazing! Her energy and spirit is so welcoming. This was my first time getting my locs retwisted by her, but I can honestly say this was the best loc experience Ive ever had!! (Ive been locd for three years) From start to finish, Zippy was so gentle and caring with my locs and very knowledgeable in her craft, teaching me tips and tricks throughout the appointment.

    Fantastic experience from start to finish. TJ, the shampoo guy, gave me the best shampooing Ive ever had, and Carlos very pleasant conversation made a lengthy endeavor go by very quickly. Very happy with my result, definitely making Bamboo my go-to dread salon. Thanks Carlos and TJ!

    The facility is conveniently located near all major thruways, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, hygienically sound and has a calming aroma. Staff are professional, knowledgeable and naturally poised conversationalists. Bamboo is a secret retreat where I always leave filled. Recommended to all in need.

    Ive been coming to Bamboo Hair Studio off and on for years but I always know where home is. Anita and Carlos (owners) are professional. You definitely wont be just sitting around for hours waiting to get your hair done. Lots of conversation and laughs.
