Nena is very knowledgeable at what she does. I have booked her for several services and each time she did a fantastic job! I was feeling overwhelmed about the shape I wanted my brows and she took her time in helping me choose. I am so glad that I invested in them, it’s much easier to get ready in the AM. Nena is a fabulous lash and brow artist. The lash extensions I got were beautiful and I have several people everyday tell me how nice they are. I also got my brows waxed and tinted there, they look so good I don’t even have to wear makeup. If you’re looking for a lash place in Jacksonville this is it!!! I have been going here consistently and the environment she creates is so comfortable and the services she offers are worth more than she charges.

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Nena earlier this year and I now feel so confident about them! Nena is nice, funny, and really cares that her clients are comfortable with the experience and outcome of her services. I’m excited to get my eyelashes done for the first time later this month!

Ive been going to nena for a long time and she is the absolute best at what she does compared to anyone in Jacksonville! Nena takes pride in her work and it shows. Not only is she extremely careful and delicate with my eyes, but the finished product is always PERFECT. Shes worth every penny Ive spent. And might i add, her services are a LUXURY service, if you cant afford her, then go get your eyelashes torn out by someone who doesnt know what theyre doing.

I loveeeddd my experience with her ... she’s very professional and she knows how to communicate as well .. i was in a accident 2 previous days before my appointment and i advised her that my neck was hurting and she offeredme a neck pillow .. which was nice because she made sure i was comfortable. I Still have my minks on and they are lasting longer then the other people i have went to .. i will definitely go back and see her as soon as i get time .. i recommend you go and see for your self
