THIS. WAS. AN EXPERIENCE! I was serviced by Fe’leecia. She is super professional, knowledgeable, sweet, gentle and thoughtful. The therapeutic brow cleansing along with the brow mapping, and brow massage with the essential oil.. had me feeling so relaxed. It felt so good! The shop is a whole vibe and the other beautiful ladies that work there were super cool. I like how there is water, light snacks and a comfortable seating area for clients. The temperature was perfect and the music was a whole vibe. Fe’leecia has a forever customer in me.

Piffany is great! I am always so satisfied with my brows after our appointments and I only let her touch my brows. If you’re hesitant about going to the semi-permanent brows, her tinting is a step in the right direction. Trust me, you’ll fall in love with them that you will want to go for the micro blading, micro shading or ombré eyebrows. She is very knowledgeable about what she does, which is very reassuring when choosing to make a semi-permanent decision.

I took a microblading and ombré training class with piffany and i cant say enough good things about her! she really dives in and goes into depth about everything she teaches and makes sure you are 100% informed and confident when you take your first client. what really stood out to me about piffany is the support from her both during AND after the class. once the class ends, she is still there to support and help guide you. if youre thinking of taking a training class for microblading and ombré brows, please choose piffany at brow down! you will not leave the class feeling anything other than confident and overjoyed to start your business. she has also since done my ombré brows, and they far exceeded any expectation. she is simply amazing!
