    I stopped at IKEA and dropped into great clips nearby. I signed in online and expected to wait 10 minutes. Instead, Maria took me right back and asked me how I like my hair cut. She recommended a clipper on sides and back for more even-cut. I’m over 50 and always had scissor cuts. Gave it a try and love it! Outstanding hair cut. Loved her positive attitude as well given this is a tough job on your feet all day. I will be back.

    Polite and courteous has been my experiences. I would say if you had one bad experience, may just be one person but others are there to help. Those that may have caused an issue may no longer be there

    The ladies do a great job. My mom lives in an assisted living facility close to here so I bring her every three weeks. They have her cut saved in the computer so they know what do every time.

    Everyone in the salon was pleasant! My stylist (Thors owner) did even better than what I asked aaand updated my notes for next time. Quick, sweet, and will be coming back!

    This is my 2nd time with Lisa, who was very detail-oriented and quite cheerful in cutting my hair for almost every 6 weeks. I would definitely recommend this location as the parking lot is very wide and the wait times are way shorter than the rest of the other Great Clips locations.

    After my usual location on Southside Blvd near Tinseltown closed, I am going to this location near Gate and Butler.Love using the APP to schedule my appointment with text message when to enter to start my hair cut.Zoey did a great job of listening to my concerns and following up with questions to make it a Great Clip.

    Great experience, I’ve read some bad reviews and understand that some people have bad days but maybe the customer should stop and think maybe the person they are slandering may have medical issues. I’m speaking of Zack I’ve been getting mine and my sons hair cuts with him for years and I do know that he has been working 12 hour days since they are short staffed. I also would like to say that a review I just read said he was drunk or high is absolutely rediculous as last time I was there I requested him and they said he had to leave early and go to the hospital due to his diabetes , this is a serious issue as If blood sugar is too high you can appear disoriented but people like to pick on people not knowing their issues. Well I give Zack and the greatclips that he works at 5 stars!

    Ive had my hair cut by a few of the ladies that work there and Ive been happy with every experience Ive had. One day I came in after work and was very thirsty and asked if they had water in the back and they didnt so the owner ran over to the gas station thats next door and grabbed me a water!

    Brand new facility, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Got exactly what I wanted with a shampoo and was surprised by how inexpensive it was. Im staying in a nearby hotel long term so Ill definitely be returning.

    I would recommend Great Clips he did very good on my wifes hair today right before our trip to Bahamas tomorrow on our cruise but thats the only place we go is Great Clips over Deerwood Park most the time
