    I walked out of the Supercuts right up the street because of rudeness and unprofessionalism and immediately went to the Great Clips website to check in. The check in was easy. I arrived to a welcoming greeting that immediately changed my mood from being upset about Supercuts to feeling enthused. Denise cut my hair and did an excellent job. She was personable and friendly. She told me it was the stores owner who welcomed me in. Great place with great energy and great people for sure. Will definitely be going back.

    This Great Clips team has been cutting my family’s hair for years. Service is prompt consistent and cordial. They get to know your name and keep you coming back with great service. The Cuts card is a nice added convenience.I love the way the caring staff helped calm my son with his first haircut.. If you want a great cut with people that care - THIS IS THE PLACE! :-)

    I have been coming to this Great Clips for 15 years and they always do a wonderful job with my hair. They make recommendations and they listen to what you want. All of the stylists are very good.

    I like going to this place, Have been for years. I agree with some of the comments. But in general I have a good experience. For example, person cutting the hair leaves to go to answer the phone, or some other things. This is annoying. Once is not bad but more than once it is. I am very flexible and understanding of that. At the end, my hair is done the way I want and the price is not bad...In general, people are friendly and try to accommodate you the best they can.. after all, they are humans not machines.....

    1/15/22 Ive been in Jacksonville for 2 weeks from Iowa. Went in to get my haircut by the manager...did not get his name. This is one of the best haircuts that I have received in a long time. If I come back I will diffently come back here to get my haircut again.

    I read a review that said the customer service was not so good, I had a great experience the last time I was there and the time before that and the time before that, I dont know what happened with that person but anybody can have a bad day. Yvette cut my hair she did a great job and she is very personable I would recommend her and this place.

    As always Pan did a great job. Very friendly was in & out no problem. Easy to work with to get cut your happy with thats why I keep going back. Its clean, spaced out & reasonable priced.
