    I’ve been to this salon twice now and both times I’ve left very happy! Today was my second visit and Ann did my nails. I showed her a picture and she did it! Very happy, very impressed! I think I have found my new favorite nail salon.The picture on the right is what I asked for and the one on the right is what I got. So happy!!!

    I came in for a pedicure. Lisa did my pedicure. She was very kind and sweet. She listened to my requests. She did an amazing job. I paid for an extra 15 mins of massage and it was heavenly. I feel so relaxed and refreshed after this experience. Thank you Lisa!!

    I normally only get my nails done twice a year for special events. But now I’m actually going to keep up with them! When I got my last full set from here, they lasted for over a month before I needed a fill-in and none of them broke and it wasn’t too thick on the nail, which I can’t stand! These pictures are my gel fill-in and I’m absolutely in love! I will always come back to get my nails done here.

    Im new to the area and Ive not done much more than empty a 26 u-haul. My nails needed a refresh for sure. I walked in and was immediately assisted, quickly offered a seat and walked out with a beautiful set of pink nails. Lan was welcoming and very personable. She was very detailed in making sure they were just right. I was very nervous about trying a new salon in a new city without any references from friends or family. I was quickly put at ease by Lan. Other staff joined in on our conversation and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend

    Great service and great atmosphere! Love the conversation an music as well. I always get exactly what I ask for when I come here. My favorite salon in Jacksonville.Update 02/09/24: This place is so amazing! My baby shower is in two days an I asked for something specific and they gave it to me for free! The atmosphere is always nice and warm and the music is still the best!

    Cindy did an amazing job!! I feel so relaxed and stress free after a busy work day. Shes very friendly and took her time and also gave me extra massage as well.     I brought my daughter here a couple of weeks ago for a French gel manicure and pedicure. Both turned out beautifully, but I took away one star because the lady who did her nails was rushing. The lady who did the pedicure was patient, attentive, kind, and remained in constant communication with me. She was awesome.

    I love this salon! Everyone is super friendly and they always honor my odd requests for nail designs. Katie did the ones in the picture of me holding my drink (I forgot to take a picture of them!) and Ann did the white ones. I always have the worst luck at nail salons but they’ve literally nailed it every time I’ve been. Highly recommend!

    I got a mani pedi done yesterday here for the first time and it was a great experience! They didn’t rush my pedicure and my dip nails look fantastic. I really wish they would open the tools right in front of you. Other places I’ve been to they autoclave their tools and open the bags in front of you so you know they are completely clean and sterile. Their massage chairs are great but they do need to be upgraded. There’s little to no padding in the seat so after 45 mins my butt hurt. And I get sciatica too when sitting on hard surfaces it triggers it. Near the end of the pedicure I was ready to get up out of the chair. Regardless, still a nice salon and great work.

    Ann Is very good like top tier, I’m normally stiff with my hands due to being zapped so many times with the drill but she is amazing and very cautious. Ivy is someone else I recommend she has a very good sense of humor and made me feel really comfortable, no acrylic though lol but she is a top tier toe polish queen. Such an amazing team there, highly recommend ❤️.

    I just recently moved to area and needed to find a new place to get my nails done, so gave this place a try. I was getting ready for a trip out of town and waited until last minute to get my toes done, (typical) but was able to get right in after work. I told Cindy I was prone to ingrowns and asked that she get the skin around nail good. She worked at it for a few minutes and really brought my feet back to life. I will see her again and glad I stopped in!!

    I’ve read reviews in this business and I was a little timid to go but I went for the first time tonight and I’m glad I did. Ann Nguyen did my service on soaking off my crylic and putting gel nail polish. She was very polite and actually have a conversation with you... I felt bad coming in 30 minutes to closing but I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable for taking up the employees time. The atmosphere was very nice and I loved the music they played for their customers, it was a mix of the 80’s & 90’s which I love personally. I think I found my new nail salon Thank You for your awesome customer service.

    Amazingly priced in my opinion. A little understaffed so I had a longer soak but was in no rush, nice light foot massage for $15/15min. Heated rocks was a nice touch

    Ann did my brows and nails today. Great customer service. I got exactly what I wanted. My nails look great, and my eyebrows have an arch now. I have a thin brows, and most technician would just clean them up, and thats it. Not Ann, she shaped them, and they look awesome.

    The one thing I look for in any salon is a homey feel. The gentleman who painted my nails and my three year olds nails was so sweet. He was patient with her and was so good at encouraging her to keep her nails under the fans while I was getting mine done. We found our mommy/daughter nail salon and I’m so excited!

    Had a great experience at Lavish Salon taking my MIL for pedicures. Not only did they do a good job but Cindy went above and beyond with the massage and everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. Whenever im back in Jax I will definitely revisit and mama dukes will be a regular.

    I have been going here for almost a year now and although I attend Uni in Orlando, I always stop by when visiting family for their hair services they provide. Prices are reasonable for a typical freshcut including a wash for $20 and so far I have no complaints. I usually go for Mrs. Nguyen who usually does my haircuts and she does a fantastic job I give 5 stars.

    I have been going to Lavish Nails for a long time now on the regular. Great service, super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Ann is by far the best, she always does my nails.     Katie did a fantabulous job of waxing me at Lavish Salon & Spa @ Oakleaf mall!! She was sweet, friendly and kind to me. (I have a LOW threshold of pain) and she did the best she could not to add more pain to me. You see viewers, to those that have not had a waxing procedure done on yall, ITS PAINFUL, from my perspective. The longer someone waits to do it, the more painful it is!!! Been there, done that, as the saying goes.My pedicurist was FANTASTIC!! I didnt get his name, but he wore glasses and did a TERRIFIC job. He was gentle with me during the entire treatment!!The $35 treatment is what I purchased. LESS EXPENSIVE than other salons, and, he didnt rush. He was easy breezy. Other parts of the treatment is a 🦵 and feet massage, with warm stones and a scrub to exfoliate the old skin on your legs and feet. Let me tell yall, my pedicure was well worth the $!! My pedicurist after he was finished with me & my sandals were on,he assisted me to a 🪑!!! What a gentleman!!!PLEASE check out Lavish Salon & Spa @ Oakleaf!!!!     I got a full set with gel polish while here. Everyone was very friendly. I didnt mind the nails I have at first, but when I got home I found quite a few errors. But service was really nice and I will probably return and try a different technician the next time.

    I came in to see Leslie for a dramatic change. I had long hair to my butt and I wanted a short little bob. I had not touched my hair in about 4 years due to an awful hair crisis. My hair melted off and I had to get a very short and horrid pixie. So of course I wanted someone I could really trust. I mean I’ve been working 4 years to get where I wanted to be. I decided it was time for a change, seeing as the super long hair isn’t convenient for my life style. She spent quite a few hours doing the color correction to get me exactly where I wanted to be. I came in looking like an overly exhausted hot mess mom, I walked out looking like a clean and polished ready to go mom. I couldn’t have chose someone better to trust with my hair.

    Leslie is the BEST hair stylist, especially if you have curly hair. From balayage to formal up-dos, she even has the perfect routine to bring curly hair back to life. Anything I need done to my hair, I go to her. Lavish does not disappoint, and I will NOT go to any one or anywhere else.

    I usually check out the reviews before trying a place out. I am honestly glad I gave this place a try even after reading the reviews. I went in today for a mani/pedi spa and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy (my nail tech was Bee). Very nice staff. My Mother in Law and Sister both got a 1 hr swedish massage and they were very pleased with the whole hour of relaxation! We will be back to Divine Salon & Spa!

    Welcomed by owner I’m assuming she was very nice ... it seemed like owner and a gentleman were training two ladies on pedicures ...
