I have very dark curly hair that I’ve been dying black for many years. Initially I was only interested in getting a color remover/ color correction because I’d like to lighten my hair. I’ve been to several different salons though they had wonderful staff I wasn’t able to find anyone that could really help me. Miss Megan at Level and Tone is like my little hair angel. At my consultation she came up a plan to achieve my goals and needless to say I’m super excited! I feel comfortable and confident about the process. She also asked me if I’d like to have my hair blown out, it’s something I’ve never asked my stylists to do because my hair just ends looking frizzy. Normally I just get a cut and leave the salon with wet hair. But that day she convinced me to give it a try and OMG the results were incredible - smooth silky straight hair that stayed beautiful for over a week. I love her styling so much that I’m going back weekly to get my hair styled by her. The results are unbelievable!! 🤩 if you are searching for new salon do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not be disappointed. The whole staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great environment they even offer cute little cocktails and they start your service with a little relaxation routine. It’s really fabulous and affordable. I’m not too keen on giving reviews unless I’ve had an exceptional experience somewhere, and at this salon I did! As you can tell from my short novel lol 😂. I feel really blessed I found this salon

I recently went to Level and Tone Salon and it was 10/10. I highly recommend this salon to anyone but especially the girl or boy that does not know what they want to do to their hair but make a change. Kaely was so helpful in telling me what would look best on my hair and I trust her with everything when it comes to what to do and to change my style up. Rachael, her assistant is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable.

Level and tone is the best place to come for a level up! I am so happy with my hair every time I leave! Kaely always has my color popping and extensions set perfectly. There is no one I trust more with my hair.There is so much hair talent in the salon and they are only growing. All the girls are friendly and the vibes are amazing. Not to mention they are great at making chocolate espressos.

I have been seeing Kaely, the owner of Level & Tone for years now, and Im so proud of her for taking this huge step!Ive never had a hairstylist that has cared so much not only about my hair and its health, but personally as well. My hair has never looked or felt better since seeing her. Knowing her, I know for a fact that her entire team shes brought with her to Level & Tone are the absolute bomb & will live up to her expectations.I recommend her and the entire salon to all my friends & family, and to everyone in Jacksonville/Northeast Florida!

I had an amazing experience at Level and Tone. The salon has a sleek, Japandi vibe, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The color came out beautifully, with perfect attention to detail and tone.I later decided to go for extensions and could not be happier. The quality is amazing and Kaely is a master at her craft.The products they used felt high-quality, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain each step of the process and offered personalized advice for maintaining my hair between visits. Kaely always exceeds my expectations, she is fantastic! She treats my hair with care and truly spends time with her clients being very informative on the best way to care for their hair. I have been a regular client of Kaely’s for years, and I just recently visited for a full highlight, glossing, and keratin treatment on my long, thick hair. They use all high-quality products and seriously always give me the best results, doing exactly what I had asked for and beyond. Kaely and the hairstylists at Level and Tone Salon are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They go to great lengths to make sure you have an amazing salon experience. Kaely has been my stylest for years now and I’ve always had such a positive experience. I’ve gotten extensions, went platinum to brunette and back to lived in blonde and I’ve never left disappointed. I absolutely love her new salon, Level and Tone, and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff makes the experience even better with coffee, massages, and just great vibes. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. If you’re looking for a new salon, I definitely recommend Level and Tone!

Update 🤩since my last review. My stylist/ hair 😇 -Megan knocked out of the park with what she was able to accomplish! Exceeded my expectations above and beyond what I even thought was possible. As I mentioned before I have very curly hair that I’ve been dying black for over a decade. I went to Level & Tone salon and I had a wonderful consultation with Megan. She came up with a game plan that made me feel super hopeful and confident that she could help me accomplish my goal to lighten my hair while trying to keep it healthy. We spent about 6-7 hrs in the 1st session and the result is so beautiful 😍! She was able get my hair to a very pretty brown color with caramel highlights (she’s a superstar🤩) and my hair is still healthy and shiny. She gave me a beautiful blow out. I feel so blessed that she has the talent and patience to work with a client like myself that has a difficult color correction/ color remover request. I’m going back in another 6 weeks and we will add some blonde highlights and I can’t wait. I’ve been to a few different salons and none of them have been able to help me. So, if you are searching for salon with a very talented team that will go above and beyond to meet your needs, stop by and see them I can’t praise them enough. You will walk out with AMAZING 🤩 hair!!!
