    Chanel Hernandez is an absolute hair goddess. I have been having my hair cut by her since she was still at Paul Mitchell and I have loved every single cut shes given me. Now that shes at Locksmyths the setting matches her talent. The salon is beautiful, relaxed, and honestly looks exactly how a salon I designed would look. Everyone is professional and extremely helpful. I brought my step- daughter here and she loved it too. I always look forward to my next appointment.

    My stylist was Stasia. I am such a picky person when it comes to my hair. Every strand has to be perfect. Im a store manager at anaitopart store, so I needed a stylish hairdo and a way to keep it in place as my day goes along. Stasia delivered! What an amazing experience. And I look great all day, even after changing my fourth battery in the Florida 🌞 sun. Ive found my stylist!

    Great customer service. All stylists were friendly and amazingly talented!! Took my daughter to have her hair styled for junior prom. So happy with the results!Senior Prom 2022 we returned a year later for the final prom of my daughters highschool career. Just as beautiful as last years hairstyle. Thanks to the artists at this establishment, keep up the amazing work!!

    I decided to go to this place soley based on the reviews. I absolutely loved how my hair came out. It was done by Stasia aka Stash. She did retouch on my blonde hair and tone. This has been the second time she has done it. The customer service is great. They offer drinks varying from water to alcoholic beverages. The store is very clean and stylish. I enjoyed that they sell art from local artists. I will continue to do my hair here.

    Honestly I’m never getting my hair cut anywhere else again. I had a fear of getting a cut due to past trauma, and I’m so happy I found this salon and Amber! Nice glass of wine, everyone was so nice and Amber in particular was a total sweetheart! And worked MAGIC on my hair. 10/10 would recommend and will def be back for all of my future hair needs.

    Life saving. My regular stylist canceled on me so she could travel for Mothers Day, leaving me with no one to do my hair. I was driving to Jax for my sons graduation, so I wanted to get my hair done and had made my appointments 2 months in advance. Stasis saved the da. She fit us in and got our cuts done in enough time for us to get to graduation. She did an excellent job. She was worth the 3 hour drive. Ill go back every time Im in town.

    Scott is incredible! He fixed a botched salon cut and color job and then a botched fix that I attempted. I couldnt be more thrilled with the result! Highly recommend!!

    I found myself in Jacksonville for an extended period of time helping my parents with some health issues. I am picky about who cuts my hair. My girl is 10 hours away and I was on week 18 without a hair cut. (I had missed 3-4 cuts at this point) Scott did an amazing job! I have had strangers stop me and tell me they love my hair! While I was nervous to try someone new, I was very pleased with what a fabulous cut and style Scott gave me.

    One of the best haircuts Ive had in a long time. Scott Wicker worked with the natural growth of my hair to make a great cut. Really fantastic job and nice conversation as well. The Salon is really well kept and it was easy to get an appointment booked. The price was also very reasonable for the high quality. Thanks again Scott!

    It is extremely hard to find a hairstylist that delivers the exact blonde you want, the exact cut, and also is someone you are excited to be around every 6 weeks. Chris is the epitome of everything I needed. He does an attentive consultation every time to see if I want to change anything up, and offers any service I would need in addition to my previous needs. Ive been coming to Chris many times for over a year and I love how welcoming and chic the salon is and my results are always consistent. Looks like Chris is stuck with me forever 😊

    From the moment that I entered Locks myth I felt welcomed. The receptionist was very nice and everything looks beautiful and clean inside. Ashtyn has been working with me to repair my hair, and I must say my hair has come sooo far since Ive been going to her! She does such a great job taking her time to ensure the quality of her work is just as wonderful as she is. I have an outgrowing pixie cut along with heat damage, and Ashtyns expertise has helped the transition become less painful and easier to manage. Super grateful to have her as my stylist!

    I’m very satisfied with my experience at this salon. The receptionist answered the phone right away and was able to get me a same day appointment. I waited about 5-10 minutes and was brought in. Stash was super friendly and helpful. I got my hair washed and massaged and the product smelled great too. I described the cut that I wanted and she did a wonderful job - exactly what I wanted. She took her time and asked me if I wanted any adjustments throughout the progress making sure it’s what I wanted. Overall great experience and would return.

    Locks Myth is by far one of the best salons, I can confirm. I was going in with high expectations for my hair after one appointment and they delivered! My hair looked absolutely amazing! And we talked about a plan to get my hair exactly where I wanted it WHILE keeping it healthy. After my second round, I am absolutely in LOVE with my hair. Going from dark brown to this perfect, natural blonde in two sessions was more than I could have asked for. Not only did they achieve my hair goals and make me feel so much better about myself, but they offered products to keep my hair looking like I did walking out of the salon. Overall, I will not be stepping in another salon because this one exceeded my expectations. If you are looking to have beautiful hair, this salon is definitely for you!!

    I took my daughter here and tonight we had the BEST color correction results from Kaila! She took her over processed pink hair to a GORGEOUS blonde!! I didn’t think it was possible in one appointment, but the results are stunning!! We always have great experiences at this salon and tonight was by far the best! Kaila was very professional and wanted to make sure we were happy. I am very impressed and can’t wait to make our next appointment!     I cannot praise Locks Myth Salon enough for my fabulous hair transformation experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by such a warm a friendly staff. My hair stylist Nicole was punctual and really listened to my hair concerns. It was my 30th birthday, and I was kind of in my feels about it, but she made me feel so beautiful. Nicole exceeded my expectations & then some. Even the salons owners were present during my appointment, and really showed that Locks Myth Salon wasn’t just a salon, but a family.     This is the most amazing salon in Jacksonville! Chris and Lindsey (owners) are two of the best hair stylists and smartest business people I know! Their salons atmosphere, great music and the glass of wine makes getting a hair cut/color fun. I have gone to Chris for over 10 years and I recommend him often. Everyone that has gone to him has loved him. You really should try this salon, you cant go wrong.

    I went to the the salon years ago on a friend’s recommendation to get a botched haircut fixed. I’ve never let anyone else touch my hair since! Even though Lindsey is my personal fave, every stylist is professional, personable, and talented. Can’t beat the fun vibe or awesome results!!

    Lindsay had been doing my hair for nearly a decade, and I wouldnt trust it to anyone else. The stylists here are as eclectic as the decor, with hearts of gold, and you can tell that they put lots of love into the business. Prices are posted up front and are comparable to most other salons, and their hours are convenient for those of us who cant get in during typical business hours.

    Kiki did an amazing transformation on my hair. She gave me a chic hair cut, color corrected my stubborn red hair, and gave me highlights and low lights. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. The have beautiful art on the wall thats nice to look at when getting your hair washed. Its was an expensive service but 100% worth it. You get what you pay for and Kiki master at her skill.

    This salon is what you’re looking for! I moved from NY and I was terrified to let anyone touch my blonde hair. I finally went to a stylist a friend recommended and they botched my color so horribly that my hair was orange. After checking reviews I called Locks Myth Salon and never looked back.The staff at the front are so patient and helpful and Lyndsey, an owner, is absolutely AHMAZING!! Lyndsey is the first stylist that has the same vision for my hair as I do. She is super talented and so nice. My husband gets his hair cut by Lyndsey as well and his curly locks have never looked better. If you’re like me and your hair is your “thing” then run, don’t walk to this salon!

    Lindsey is GREAT!! I just sit down in the chair and she does her magic. She knows what will look good and I’ve had to learn to just TRUST her... she will get it done and get it done right!Also, my appts have always been on time and they get me out on time. No more 3+ hours in the chair! Long hair color, highlight, cut and blow out in under 2 hours... no more wasting an afternoon on hair... unless you want to ;)

    Due to Covid I had not had a haircut since mid March (nearly six months). I called and they had an availability in 20 minutes! My stylist was Megan. She was phenomenal! My hair was washed, cut/layered, and dried in 45 minutes. I have long, wavy, tangle prone hair that she worked like a boss. I had 5ish inches cut off. It feels light and refreshing.

    Lindsey has been doing my hair for years. She is the best in Jacksonville. i am one of the toughest customers but every time i come in her and Chris always make me feel like family.     Awesome atmosphere, the place is very professional looking. The receptionists are attentive and greet you immediately as you walk in. They also offer you drinks while you wait, which was nice and unexpected.Ashtynn was my hair stylist and she did a fantastic job, I had no idea what to do with my hair that hadnt been cut in forever. Without hesitation he looked up several styles and came up with one that suited me.Started out only wanting a small trim, but with Ashtynns professionalism I was convinced I could trust her with more.     I have lived in Jacksonville for years and have been trying to find the correct stylist that could cut my thick curly hair. I have finally found her here at LocksMyth Salon with KiKi. She did an amazing job on my thick curly hair. I was ready for a change and she completed my vision. Will 100% recommend her and the entire staff at LocksMyth Salon. From the moment you walk in until you walk out you are treated with the upmost respect, feel and look amazing. Love this place. This is definitely my new salon.     I had a wonderful hair experience with stash! I highly recommend her.On a totally different note, I had my eyebrows waxed while I was there and now I have a horrible painful itchy rash all over my forehead and brows! I have had my eyebrows waxed like 100 times before in my life so it is probably just a sensitivity to the brand. I wouldnt consider myself having sensitive skin or anything but 🤷‍♀️ first time for everything. I just thought I would let people know that if you do have sensitive skin, maybe think twice before getting your eyebrows waxed here.But regardless, the salon is still great and I loved how my hair came out

    Found this place from a Google search for salons in Jax area. This one was very near to my hotel so it was a perfect location for my needs. I called to see add out availability and they told me to come on over. The place was very clean, had a good, fun atmosphere and the staff were all very friendly. Erin was my stylist and she did a terrific job. This is where Ill go from now on for my hair styling needs!

    I love this place!!!! Lindsey Varner ( CO owner) is a hair genius. She has been cutting my hair for 8 years Ive never left dissapointed. She and Chris (the other owner) really care about their clients and their staff. They invest in the whole salons continuous education and they have high standards for the staff. In the end they get great stylist that love what they do and that believe in hard work. More companies should be run like this. Top Notch peeps and sooo talented!!!!

    Locks Myth brought me in with the cute name, but Vannah made me want to come back! She was so sweet and did an AMAZING job. Im not from the area and she made me feel comfortable and confident and excited for my look! Looks like I am going to have to drive way too far for a haircut 😂 ohh and did I mention it was SUCH a good deal?! I was expecting triple the price for the quality!!     Im an extremely picky person when it comes to my hair, perfection is key, and I will accept nothing less! When I moved to Jacksonville three years ago I needed a new stylist because anyone I trusted lived almost a thousand miles away. My only resort to find a new stylist was to observe when I found someone with great hair and ask them who styled them. No kidding... on four separate random occasions I asked four different random people who did their hair and they said either Chris or Lindsey at Locksmyth in Tinsletown...so I booked my first appointment with Lindsey. I have been a loyal customer for three years and have since moved over two hundred miles away and still I am a faithful patron to this salon. I have had both Chris and Lindsey color and cut my hair and have never left less than completely satisfied with gorgeous hair. I always get rave reviews from family and friends no matter what cut or color. If you want a stylist for life I would recommend many of the talented artists at this salon! They are exclusively the best in Jax!

    L.A.💜- (aka the stylist Leigh Ann Hart) gave me the MOST gorgeous haircut Ive ever had in my life!! I had never previously been to Locks Myth, and hit the jackpot on my 1st visit!! I literally just showed her a celebrity picture, and she layered it exactly the same way!! How rare and special is that?? Im on Cloud 9 right now with this cut, and couldnt be more grateful to L.A. for making me feel this way- confident, beautiful, and extremely happy. Im in the middle of a hair revolution right now- phasing out the crispy fried blonde Ramen Noodle ends and letting my roots finally take over, so she was able to cut out a LOT of the damaged blonde without losing any length!! I will attach a pic of her artwork. The salon itself is trendy, clean (even the bathrooms), with pop music playing, and a vibrant purple ceiling!! Everyone is nice, mature & natural there (no fakey smiles), and they dont try to sell you products either, which was another 1st for me!! I am very happy to have found this awesome salon, and cant wait to be back many more times:)

    I came in and saw Ashtyn while I was in town for a month from Seattle area. I was in desperate need of a freshening up and she delivered perfectly. She was able to match the tone of my blonde (which is always hard when I see a new stylist.) she listened and I left very happy. I’ll be back in May for a month and WILL go in and see her again.
