    Sam is so sweet. I had my hair dyed brown by her in April and the color still looks amazing! I recently went back to her for a haircut and she did an incredible job. Not only is she a talented hair stylist, she’s also really sweet and treats you like family. The rest of the staff members are really nice and attentive too!

    I’ve been going to Sam for a few years now for cuts and highlights/hair color. Honestly she’s the only hairstylist I trust to work with my hair. She’s so kind and sweet, her personality is always bubbly. I definitely recommend her especially if you have asian hair, she has a long time experience so she is very knowledgeable about all hair types.

    Sam did an excellent job with my shampoo and haircut! She asked me exactly what I wanted, took her time, paid attention to detail, made sure I was satisfied and provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. Haircut was reasonably priced and the salon looked good on the inside. I will be coming back to Sam to get my haircut! :)

    Shout out to Ms. Sam, who is an experienced and very detail oriented. She took her time on my hair and my sisters hair as well. Took her an hour to cut each of our hair and she is very patient, listened well on our instructions on how we wanted the hair to look like.Although the appointment ran a bit late during to her other clients being overall picky, she was still able to take her time during my appointment. So that was a pleasant first time experience I had here. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Sam if you have thin and long asian hair like mine. Shes familiar with our hair textures so its much easier for her to cut and style or color for my type of hair.The interior is a bit outdated but if you could get pass that, the ladies here will take great care of you! They also offer beauty services such as permanent make up and eyelash extensions. Check them out if you are in the area!

    Did a walk-in to get my shoulder length blunt cut hair cut into something more interesting, and Roberto was incredibly nice; Ive had bad previous experiences at salons so Im always really nervous with new stylists, but he was so welcoming and friendly. He listened to the few directions I gave for what I was sure I didnt want, and I left the rest up to him and he certainly delivered. I love my new cut and I highly recommend the salon and Roberto specifically. Thank you for a great experience!

    Tatiana was incredible. She does remarkable job on gel nails. Very friendly. I think we talked the entire time I was there. Will definitely be going back.

    Got fit in last minute for lash extensions. This was my first time and I had an amazing woman, Flower, explain everything to me and helped me through the process. Was so relaxed I fell asleep and when I woke up she was done! She did 200 individual lashes from Novalash. By far a fun calming experience. If I lived here I’d be a permanent customer! She even does personal before and after of each client. I am extremely pleased with the results. Go see Flower for a 2-3 hour session to wake up with beautiful natural lashes!!

    First visit and Wow!! Alex is wonderful. I love my cut and style. Also had brows waxed by Christy she did a good job too. Very friendly, and relaxing experience. Definitely going back. Prices are great!!!

    Ive been coming here for over a year and a half now, and I have loved it every since my first visit. I am very picky when it comes to who I trust with touching my hair. I did start as a walk-in, and instantly felt at-home.Nonna is the one that always does my hair. She is awesome. My favorite part about her is the high-level of customer service that she provides. She will not let me leave if I am unhappy with my hair.This hair salon is located in a small strip mall on the corner. There is plenty of parking. The salon has open house as well, I am not too sure exactly what they are as I usually call ahead of time to schedule an appointment.Do not let the exterior of the salon fool you. All of the ladies inside are more than helpful, and have provided the best customer service that I have ever seen at a hair salon. Very diverse group of ladies working there, and I love it! :-)Not to mention, these ladies also do nails and provide waxing services. Awesome! I have recommended three ladies to Nonna so far, and all have been pleased. If you happen to stop by, ask for her!She also specializes in Permanent Japanese Straightening by Yoku. This is a $300 treatment that is worth every penny and will leave your hair beautiful and straight for endless days. This is highly recommended for women that hair curly or wavy hair that desire the straight-as-a-board hair look. Call and schedule your appointment with Nonna!

    I found this place by accident 14 years ago, and STILL go every time I come back to Jacksonville! Alexandra, the owner, is the ONLY stylist ever to be able to get all of the “brassy blonde” out of my hair! Her prices are reasonable, her work is on point, and everyone there is so nice!     I love this place! I moved to the north side of Jacksonville and still make the drive. Nonna is THE BEST. She does my eyebrows perfectly and always makes my hair look flawless. #1 hair salon is the best salon Ive ever been to.

    Flower has been doing my nails for seven years. She does an excellent job, uses quality, healthy products and my manicure lasts 2 weeks (longer than more expensive ones at Town Center salons).

    It Was my first time there today and I was pleasantly surprised. I called a little bit ahead of time and they told me to come in whenever I can and everybody was very friendly and welcoming. I have been going to a salon in Jacksonville Beach and was not happy with my results but I will definitely be returning to number one salon to see Sam in the future I highly recommend this place

    I love this Salon.... Alex, owner and operator is very professional and an artist with colors and cuts . Have been seeing her for over 15 years. Salon is open, airy and clean. Nona is another great stylist there..,,.. best mani pedi ever! Entire staff is upbeat.
