    Love this place. The stylist that does my hair also does my boyfriends hair. She is very polite and remembers us by name and conversations, even if its been a long time past. I think she is amazing as a stylist and also as a person. She made all my visits feel so relaxed and my hair always looked great. If your looking for a great visit to a hair place I recommend toya at the 103rd street smart styles.

    Update: Over a year ago I had a very bad experience but I decided to give it another shot being it was the first time thats ever happened. Today Lisa was my stylist and she is beyond amazing! Not only did she make it her priority to make sure I was comfortable, she also educated me on tips on taking care of my hair! She has revamped my experience and I will definitely be returning!

    Toya, Ashley, and Tommi as well as Auntie Lisa are practically like family. Being in their presence is like home away from an amazing resort. They make you want to come back and enjoy the good vibes even if you’re not getting your hair done. I love the ladies and I make it my business to stop in every chance I get. My next appointment is January 9, 2021. Bringing in the year with laughter, fun, and a new Smart Style!

    Star! This woman is incredible. She has a great personality, is very uplifting and positive, is a master of her craft and has GREAT taste in music.Star has cut my hair 3 times now and not once have I been disappointed in her ability to make me feel like Im a million dollars!10.99 for a haircut, Ill take that all day everyday for this professionalism and quality!!Star all day, have her cut your hair!

    Had a bad experience the first time. Spoke with the owner and after our conversation he asked me to return. I did return today. Had a different stylist. The atmosphere was 100% better. More relaxed. The stylist took time with me and addressed every issue and question I had. I will be returning. Awesome job!!!!!!

    I had a wedding to attend and didnt want to do anything to my hair. I made a appointment and Lisa and Toya was AWESOME!!! Toya was supposed to off but refused to leave Lisa with clients so she stepped in and shampooed my hair. Both ladies was a delight to meet and Lisa had my hair looking AMAZING!!! Thank you ladies!!!

    Tommy did an amazing job on my hair. I am absolutely in love with it. The cut and dye are perfect in every way. 10/10 recommended. She was able to get the perfect color for me.

    Update: I have spoken with the owner of the salon and they did research the issue very quick and it turns out the previous pricing was not correct the pricing this week was. My daughters hair was very beautiful and if were ever not able to get in with our regular study we will make this location a consideration as a back up.Original: My husband took my daughter today and had her hair washed and flat ironed. It has not been cut or altered since then. We did this in February and Mrs. Lulu only charged about $10. We tipped her $10 walked out paying $20 which is what we usually pay at hair cuttery. Today we were charged $49.50. Just to wash and straighten. No cut no color no anything else. My daughters hair is long and thick but its about the same length it was in February. We will be sticking to Hair Cuttery or FSCJ salon at this point.

    Kaytlyn & Latoya are just the most amazing people. They always make me & my family feel welcome. They are always so busy but no matter what they are attentive to the guest they are working with. Keep u the good work girls because your killing it!!

    Tommi did an AMAZING job on my hair I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she matched it PERFECTLY I would recommend having your hair done by her. Im SO IN LOVE with what she did Thank you so much Tommi ill definitely come see you again

    I get my hair cut their just the way I like it by a very nice gentleman call me D. Ive tried different people but he does it just the way I want it done !! Ive been going to SmartStyle for years now all the way from Stroudsburg PA. And now here in Florida !! I have natural hair style and color and bleach at times and have gotten very good results from this salon !! Other than getting my groceries done I can also get my hair done to !!

    Toya was great! Cut my hair just as I asked her to. And quickly. Shampooed my hair (for a small additional fee) after the cut to get all the little hairs out. Thanks! Great job!
