Let me tell you working here and renting a suite, Has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is amazing all over the place. The owners are all respectful and very helpful at any given time. They kept it tidy at all times. Great customer service. Not one issue the entire time of my stay to work there.

I rented with The Retreat for a little shy of a year and I absolutely loved my space. Management is very nice and accommodating. I’ve always felt safe in the building . I feel I would have stayed at The Retreat if the rent was more feasible, especially in today’s economy but hey, business is business. I would recommend this establishment for service providers.

I felt like this was a great place to work and my clients loved it. I left because of personal reasons. If I ever move back to Jax this is where I would do hair.

I have rented my studio at The Retreat for three months now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. My guests are in awe of the facility every time they come in for their appointments. There is so much thought and detail put into keeping the entire space clean and elevated. It truly is a retreat from your day to day life. The owner and his team offer so much support for our businesses to ensure our success. They help with things like social media strategies, checking in to see if there’s anything we need, and even washing, drying and folding our laundry twice a week. They’ve gone as far as surprising their tenants with special luncheons and are always there when we need them.

I have visited a few places that calls themself a spa retreat…but this one really makes you feel like you are at one. The facility ALWAYS gives me a warm and welcoming feeling when I walk through the door. I love, love, ❤️❤️💜💜 the decor!!! The warm colors, the sound of water falling in the distance, the cleanliness of the building throughout, and the staff always greets me with a friendly smile. I visit this establishment for skin care services with my esthetician.
