I do love lash lift of my own natural lashes, and Alena did it awesome 🤩, love them. Alena is really calm and charming, she makes you feel very relaxed(I even fall asleep). What is important to me, is sanitation, she is using only disposable product, which is amazing. In addition she provided small handmade present 🎁 oil for my lashes. So sweet and affordable, thank you Alena

Alena does such an impeccable job with eyelash extension. Shes amazing! My eyelashes last such a long time without needing a retouch and looking spectacular the whole time. Alena is amazing! She is so sweet and very welcoming. Her space is very clean and she is taking all precautions to stay safe. I’ve gotten my lashes done by her twice and I have LOVED them both times. They truly look so perfect! She takes her time to make sure she is giving you great lashes and a great experience. It’s a very relaxing environment and she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be a client for life. Love her and my lashes so much!!

I absolutely loveeee Alena! First of all, she is so sweet, welcoming and friendly. She makes sure her customers leave with a big happy smile. I have been coming to Alena for the past 7 months, and I can’t decide which lash style I love the most because I have walked out every time loving them. I get so much compliments on my lashes because it has so much volume and it’s so soft, it’s as soft as my own lashes. Forgot to mention how beautiful they make me feel. You don’t need makeup after getting your lashes done by Alena. She gives customers tips on how to maintain them etc. My lashes stay on for 6 weeks for sure. You will definitely spend couple of hours here but she does the job! If any lash lady says “it will take 1 & 1/2 for 3D lashes” please don’t waste your time there because those ladies will rush and damage your lashes. Alena knows exactly what will look good on you and will help you choose the best style that fits your face. The price is unbeatable. I have recommended many of my friends and they absolutely love her work. I just got mine done today, I’m in love with them. ❤️

Alena did an amazing job!I am extremely happy with the result, she did exactly what I asked for and my lashes are perfect.She did a thorough consultation about what I want and also analyzed my lashes to do the most accurate match regarding lenght and curl.She takes her time but its worth it, she is very precise and gentle with the application, you just take a beauty sleep and end up looking pretty. I’m super happy that I found Alena, especially since she is nearby so I can avoid the travel to the city.I’m more than satisfied with her work, she is taking her time for every little detail and the results look fabulous! She would understand specifically what I ask regarding style, length, volume etc, so my lashes always look gorgeous and I feel instantly beautiful.The quality is excellent and my lashes would last at least 2.5-3 weeks depending on maintenance, I even had a set on for almost 5 weeks.She is very attentive and detail oriented, PLUS friendly with her clients. A true professional!I recommend checking out her work and if you’re crazy about quality European style lashes, give her a go!

I had just moved to NY from California and was hesitant to find a new lash tech. I found Alena online because of her good ratings so I thought I would give it a try. I LOVE my lashes! They always look so natural and she is very well educated on which lashes best fit your eyes. Her prices are very affordable and definitely worth the outcome! I will not go to any other eyelash tech while I live in the state of NY :)

She really takes her time and makes sure that she can work with you on your schedule and appointment time. She loves getting to know her clients and is so passionate about what she does. She offers you water or if you want a break so your back can rest. She plays music and really makes sure that you leave with the style of lashes that you want. Thank you for my beautiful lashes! I tried two volumes: 1d and 2d, and 2d was my favourite. I did it several times here already and the result was always great! Lashes look realy natural, you dont feel them and it lasted more than 4 weeks! The process is very relaxing, and after Alyona explained me how to take care of lashes so they will stay longer. Its pretty easy and you dont waste your time on make up anymore. And when she takes them off before next extension my own lashes look totally fine. She knows all techniques and will help you to choose the one which you are dreaming about. And price is realy reasonable! Dont even waste your time on searching for anything else.

I’ve gone to a few different lash professionals in Jacksonville and she is by far the best I’ve found. The lashes look amazing and stay on very very well. I ride motorcycle often and do CrossFit and the lashes still look amazing after 3-4 weeks. I tried other places before her and the lashes would fall out in a few days. Highly recommend!

I just want to say, when you 1st arrive, the location I was timid especially with dropping my daughter off but let me tell you, the Service, Lashes, Time and BEAUTIFUL Results really impressed me to the fullest! Thank you so much Alena! My daughter looks so beautiful for her Allstar State Competition this weekend. She has lost barely any lash extensions unlike when we have spent a large amount of money and lost the extensions in a few days. I would highly HIGHLY recommend! Hands down, the best lash tech in Jax. I’ve been to other places but my lashes would fall out so fast. When I got them done here they lasted a MONTH and didn’t look bad. I’ve been going here ever since and I don’t regret it. Also the vibe is so chill, calming music in the back that makes you fall asleep & makes the time go by fast !
