I had an incredible experience at Coastal Health & Medical Spa! From the moment we walked in, Maria made us feel so welcome and ensured the entire process was smooth and easy. She was friendly, professional, and really set the tone for a great visit. Olivia, who performed my HydraFacial, was absolutely wonderful. She was not only skilled but also very attentive, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. My skin feels amazing, and I left the spa feeling completely refreshed! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch, relaxing experience!

I had my very first microneedling treatment at Coastal Health today with Olivia! She made the experience so enjoyable! As it was my first time, I was somewhat nervous and didn’t know what to expect. She talked me through everything step by step! I am super picky with who does my treatments, so I am happy to say that I will be returning for Olivia! I also absolutely loved the office - it is so beautiful and clean! What a great experience!

This med spa is incredible! The space is beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. Maria at the front desk is kind and welcoming and Olivia did an amazing job on my treatment. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I recently received some services from Coastal Heath and Medical Spa. I was so impressed by the quality of care and the facility itself. This medical spa is AMAZING and gorgeous. The staff is so friendly and answered any questions I had. I am so used to medical spas that try to peer pressure me into buying a package deals making the experience uncomfortable, and this was the complete opposite!! I choose to do both HydroFacial and Botox, which I will be getting only here from now on!

I am a 61-year-old female and couldnt be more grateful for Coastal Health & Medical Spa. I gained 20 pounds thru menopause while eating healthy and exercising regularly. I went to my gynecologist with my complaints and he recently recommended I see someone to help me with weight loss as the new meds on the market were making an enormous difference for many of his patients. I also consulted with my gastro doc and complained of the same issues and he also recommended I seek treatment with the new weight loss meds on the market. I met with my internal medicine doctor who felt like the 20 pounds were just fine and to continue my life as usual. This doctor was not concerned and would not help me. Thru word of mouth I heard about Coastal Health & Medical Spa and contacted them immediately. They were incredibly helpful and concerned with my health goals and were quick to schedule an appointment for me. I am happy to say my diet and exercise has continued and with the new meds I am down 10 lbs. I couldnt be happier with the results and will continue to have them manage my care.
