By far this clinic has been the best experience I’ve ever had . The moment I walked in I felt welcomed , the receptionist was very nice and attentive . My consultation with Tanieliz was amaizing , she actually took the time to recommend me two different types of Botox she explained the difference between them too. She was very attentive as well and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Doctor J was fantastic, very knowledgeable with the services he provides . I highly recommend him. I originally saw Dr J for the V lift lunch break facelift! I was NOT happy. I tolerate pain pretty well but this procedure was rough for me. I also didn’t get the results I wanted and I left an obnoxious review. I admit they did reach out to me several times before I left the review but I was mad so I didn’t return the call. I instead warned everyone to stay away. That was completely unnecessary and not fair. When they reached out again recently I told them I had a bad experience. They immediately offered to see me and make things right. I was skeptical but figured they should be aware of why I left that review. So long story short they had me (still a little grumpy) there yesterday. I explained how I felt and they were great! Very kind! Dr J offered to fix what I was still unhappy with. He offered free fillers and when I explained I didn’t want that drastic result. He had his professional injector give me an awesome facial! Using my blood, some Botox and hydration micro needled! Totally numbed for it. I felt nothing but relaxation! It is too soon to see the results but I already think it’s working and I’m very happy! Not many Doctors would go out of their way for someone that left such a bad 1st review. I believe the lady that did my facial is named Otti. (Spelled wrong I’m sure) she was fantastic! My opinion has totally changed and I actually would highly recommend Dr J. He is very professional, kind and talented.. If you’re looking for an anti aging Dr by all means go see Dr J!! Thank you to him and all the young ladies on staff!! Well done!!!!!

Superb first experience!! When I walked into the office I was immediately welcomed by a sweet woman at the desk, sadly I didnt get her name. She immediately spoke to me about my goals for the visit, gave me examples of what could be done, and so on. After doing the consultation, I was taken care of by Dianne who was so comforting and friendly!! It was my first time doing filler and she listened to me babble on about my concerns. Best experience ever! From the first phone call to the follow up. Excellent service and care. When I called they got me in quickly, the receptionist was clear and to the point. I understood what procedure I was having and exactly how much it would cost. No red tape, no overselling. The day of my procedure I arrived, no wait time whatsoever but, I could tell the office was busy with what looked like very happy patients. The Staff was friendly and extremely kind and completely explained my procedure from beginning to end. Then Dr. J came in and began the procedure, I was actually surprised because most offices I’d been too the nurse is usually doing the procedure and you’re lucky if you get to even meet the Doctor. He was amazing! His energy was great and his work was unbelievably beautiful! Also, I had little to no pain afterwards. I highly recommend Dr.J and his staff, I’ve been to many Cosmetic Practices and I have never had such a great experience with such wonderful results .
