I do not normally leave reviews for Doctors offices. However, Im extremely impressed with how well this office worked with me. My physician was Maria Kabushinskaya she was very informative during my visit explaining my acne problems and what treatment she has to offer me. I had some problems with my insurance and I spoke to Cadice in the Orlando front desk. She was so sweet, trying her best to help me. The same day I got a call back from the physician Maria. They are very time efficient, professional and definitely understanding and caring towards their patients. I will come to this office as long as Maria remains as my Physician. The operators that work for Mid-Florida dermatology have been somewhat rude in my experiences. They are not very friendly to talk to.At the Ashley park location though the nurses have been nice and Dr. Oscar Saffold has been nice. Even though sometimes if feels like Dr. Saffold is in a rush, and trying get to as many patients as possible. I was able to ask questions to him and nurse practitioner, but it felt like he was in a rush. I had an appointment at 8:45 am, I got there at 8:45 am and signed in. I wasnt called back to the doctor until 9:00 am.

My 2 boys went to see Dr. Guittirez for different problems! My 1 year old is very Active child and is into everything! I was reading prior reviews about docs not even being in room fir 2 minutes but honestly Dr. guittierez is quick and gets to the point! The nurse we had was named Darlene! She was Awesome and so patient with my child, even helped booked my children’s appointments! Thank you guys 😊

I love this place, never had any bad experience with the doctor and staff, their very polite and sees me on time for every appointment that I had so far, love my skin doc cause he’s very open and also straight forward .
