I have been going here for quite a few years and it is CONSTANTLY improving! There are always new, exciting services being offered. The prices are reasonable, the monthly plans are worth fitting into your budget. The owner, Dawn, is highly credentialed and excels at analyzing which approach to take depending on what your personal goals are. Surrounded by an amazing, highly knowledgeable staff, you’ll always feel welcome and deserving of “royal” treatment (who doesn’t enjoy being a princess??!!). I promise you will leave feeling AND looking 1000% better than when you came in. Practically, the hours are convenient, and you can bring your children (this is extremely rare!). They have them covered with toys, Netflix, and a comfy couch so you can enjoy that precious, rare, me time. TREAT YOURSELF!

I went to this place scared as heck. Id never had surgery before, and my first one was elective: liposuction. Like many of you out there, I gained more weight than I realized during COVID. Between 2019 and 2021, I gained about 70lbs over the two years. I was depressed. I never thought Id love my body again. My girlfriend suggested I check this place out. The staff is lovely, and they legitimately care about you. They screen you and make sure its safe to perform the surgery on you before youre approved. I had the surgery. Recovery wasnt bad. You feel bruised and swollen after, but youll feel completely fine in just a few weeks (max). Being fully honest, liposuction only takes away about 3-8ish pounds. It isnt like on TV where people get lipo and become shredded. Liposuction is a head start. Even though I didnt lose much weight, it was all from my abs and back, so results are noticeable as soon as the swelling goes down. The rest of the work is up to you. Between the surgery, diet, and exercise, I lost about 50 of the 70 pounds in about 6 months. The boost from the surgery reduced my body fat percentage even more, meaning you get abs even earlier than youd expect. I didnt regret getting the surgery for even a second. If you have the time, do it. The boost to my self esteem is priceless. I love my body, and I love enlighten. thank you for giving me my body back!*The first two are before and the second two are after. I went from wearing an XL to wearing a Small in the 6 months.

Edited to increase to 4 stars. I think the way the company responded to my review shows a real concern and care for their customers. I will give them another try one day in the future. (**I did not & will not accept the gift card offer**)I used to really like going here, especially to see Crystal- she’s the best!! BUT the practice charges a $500 minimum for using Care Credit AND a 10% fee??!?? Unfortunately, there are too many other places that offer the same services without the minimum purchase, surcharges and fees.

This place is amazing. The entire staff truly cares about you and makes you feel comfortable. Jenny, the front desk staff, Kristin, Dr. Miles, the anesthesiologist, the medical assistant were all wonderful. The massage therapist as well!Jenny is amazing and is very helpful and made booking my surgery so easy! She was very informative and made me feel at ease.She recommended a wonderful place for me to get my faja. You can tell Jenny loves what she does! The process was so easy . The staff followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. I love my results! Dr. Miles did an amazing job and I cant wait to go back ! Dr. Miles is very nice and made me feel comfortable.Im thankful I picked him. I was in no pain when I woke up from surgery. I was walking around the same day like it was a quick 1,2 procedure. I think its very smart also that they pads over the incisions so your not leaking everywhere. I love this place !

I have an excellent experience at Enlighten Body Medspa every time I go in. London is amazing. She is super sweet and caring and always goes the extra mile to make you feel like family. She will always follow up and try to get the best appointment times to work with my schedule and also takes the time to listen to my concerns. Maria and Monica are both fantastic as well and treatments are always a pleasure. The spa is very clean, which is also a huge plus in these trying times. I drive 30 minutes out of my way past many other spas just to come here because of the wonderful staff and service. They truly care about their clients and it shows. I highly recommend Enlighten Med Spa. You won’t be disappointed!

From the moment I set up my consultation, I knew this was the right place for me. They do not try to just take your money, they are truly there for you throughout the entire process, before and after. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive to your personal wants and needs. After I had my surgery they made sure to text and call to check on me. They Are completely upfront and honest about everything, even with the risk taking. They are very realistic and do their best to give you nothing less than amazing results. I highly recommend them. You will not regret it at all!! I had lipo 360 and a BBL. I am beyond satisfied with my results.

My experience at Enlighten Med Spa has always been pleasant. The first treatment I received was a PRP with microneedling, and the results were awesome. After having a consultation with Dawn about my skin goals, she suggested I did ClearLift to address my melasma and scars concerns. After just a few session, the improvement is considerably noticeable. The spa is clean and peaceful, and services are priced well. The reception is always friendly and attentive. I will continue to visit and recommend it to others.

Best hydro facial I have ever experienced. I got compliments for days that my face was glowing. It felt so clean and beautiful. I also love the skin calculator and how they set up a plan for you to improve and take years off of that age. Seriously the best spa. London, Jennie, Magic Hands Monica (the best masseuse EVER), Adamari, Gloria...they have such a great team working there. I want to start off by saying how appreciated I am with the staff London, Jenny, Adamaris and Dr.Miles. he is amazing, Minimal bruising and scaring. I had a surgery about a month ago now, did a Lipo 360 and BBL, and so far I am currently in love with my results, never thought i would look so good. The girls have been so attentive my whole journey and super sweet and helpful with all my concerns. I also want to take the time to say that Monica the massage therapist is great took my pain away every time i went in for a follow up. I love this place they make you feel right at home from day one.

It all started with a hydro facial, & now Ive found other state of the art procedures. Beauty starts from the inside, but keeping your skin & body needs up sure goes hand in hand. The lovely ladies have been there to guide me from the beginning. I have watched them all improve, too. Luckily they share their beauty secrets, & Im always listening.

I have to say they were very apologetic about what happened. The owner called and emailed me so did the office supervisor to apologize and offered me another appointment. They really showed me that they cared. London was very sweet when I talked to her. If I decide to have a procedure I will rate that but so far it’s 5/5 in customer service and resolving my issue. I’m back to being excited again.had my appointment today at 4:15pm. I was so excited. I drove all the way from Apopka. On the turnpike I experienced heavy rain, so heavy I wanted to stop the car until the rain cleared but I continued driving and called The Enlightened office to tell them that I was running 10 minutes late according to my GPS. Unfortunately I encountered more rain and traffic on central Florida Parkway, long story short I finally arrived at the parking lot of Enlightened 15 minutes behind but excited that one I made it and second safely. As i’m about to get out of the car, Enlightened called and said I had reschedule. I explained the reason for my delay and how far I had to drive she offered no solution but to reschedule. I wish she would’ve advised me to reschedule when I called to informed them that I was going to be late. I would’ve gladly reschedule and turn Around the drive was scary anyways. I am extremely disappointed on the customer service. I was referred and had high expectations.

Jenny is the RN that took care of explaining all about my BBL procedure & how it all works. She went to work feeling under the weather just to make sure I got my meds. I would also like to thank DR Miles for taking the time to sit with me and also making me feel safe in his hands. Gloria was the nurse in the room during my BBL she made sure I didn’t feel a thing. I moved to Florida from another state and started going to a Med spa in Doctor Phillips to follow up with my skincare, due to having battled acne, oily skin, and discoloration for so many years. However, I was very dissatisfied with that service and felt rather discouraged about my options for my skincare in this new area. It wasnt until I did some research online that I discovered Enlightened Skin and Body Medspa. The reviews were good so I decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment for a free consultation and from the beginning my experience was pleasant; the receptionist was very attentive. After my first appointment with the esthetician, I immediately noticed a change in my skin texture. After receiving several HydraFacials and RF Pixels my skin has improved significantly. I noticed a reduction in the redness and little to no breakouts; my skin feels so much smoother and its glowing, which is what I was looking to get. The plan was to get my acne under control so that my skin appears more balanced and even. This is a process and one has to be consistent with the treatments in order to see results. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with my results and experience, and would DEFINITELY recommend Enlighten Skin and MedSpa to anyone.

I just want to say dr robert miles is an artist !! I just had tumescent lipo and brazilian butt lift done three weeks ago and i have to say i havent felt this confident in my body since i was a teenager im now 29 years old and feel 21 he did an amazing job and gave me a beautiful hourglass shape with a beautiful round booty !! Not only was he a great at the procedure i was very nervous about the procedure he made me super comfortable answered all my questions and made sure i wasnt in any discomfort during the procedure he even told jokes , also i want to thank ms dawn and all her staff, they are all super sweet and were very attentive to all my needs i want to thank everyone at enlightned med spa for all of your services and for making me beautiful again !!! The front desk staff was very nice. I was surprised to have the doctor herself do my Botox. I am very happy with the results and will go back.
