I had a really amazing experience at Kiva Med Spa. I had heard a lot of good things but I came with zero expectations and upon arriving, Randy was extremely nice, offered me something to drink in both occasions, he was very hospitable. I found the location so convenient considering it has its own parking and you know in Downtown Orlando it is always a struggle to find parking. The inside of the property is beautiful, it has such a peaceful aura to it. They have music to relax you, Melissa is extremely kind, she makes sure you are relaxed, giving you a squishy ball to keep the nerves in check. I found the whole experience better than what I thought it would be. The results mainly, is what people want to know more about. Let me just tell you, it felt unreal to look at myself in the mirror and see what I wanted to see as far as my face. You don’t want people to mess it up. When you are going to get cosmetic work done, its not like a haircut where the hair grows right back, so coming here and being completely satisfied was a blessing. I will be returning back for future cosmetic procedures, this really is a good property to invest my money in.

I just visited Kiva Medspa in Orlando to have a cool peel laser treatment done with PRP and red light therapy and WOW! I was blown away by the level of service and care I received. Melissa walked me through the entire procedure and what to expect, Im a newbie to these sorts of treatments, so I was a bit nervous. Everything she explained upfront happened exactly as she described and I felt extremely comfortable. I am so excited to see the final results after 4-6 weeks. I will definitely be going back!

She talked to me about what I was hoping to achieve and gave me some great input about how to enhance subtle details I wouldn’t have even considered. KIVA is a perfect gem in the area with a welcoming aesthetic, great layout and just an overall wonderful experience. Both Jess and Kara were so great to work with...Kara was extremely welcoming and professional, and Jess was very knowledgable and walked me through the entire process. I picked up my first ZO products, as well, which are the perfect complement to the procedure. Skin is fresh, marionette lines are fading and theres definitely a glow that wasnt there before. Kiva is 5 stars across the board. Everyone is very welcoming and Melissa, the injector, is so knowledgeable and advises you on what you need, not what you want. I sometimes forget that injectors are nurses first. The last visit to see Melissa, my low blood sugar caused me to faint in her chair. She cared for me, in the office, until I felt well enough to drive home. Fainting is always scary, and Melissas bedside manner REMINDED me that she is a nurse first, and for that care she offered, as well as her methodical approach to her work, she is my only go to now for injectables. The whole staff is also really great especially Raylea, the sunshine youll see at the desk. 5 STARS

Please read on a lil lengthy but I wanted to cover everything.I’m from Cali and was looking at to either going back home and getting it done on one of my trips or stay local. Luckily I found Kiva Med Spa right in my back yard. The scheduling process was a breeze they also accommodated my work schedule to the day and time I needed. Location is easy to access with ample parking on site. Now on to my visit 😍 the ladies greeting me right when I walked in, offered me sparkling water and quickly was called to my room. The place definitely feels more like a spa rather then a doctors office. The ambience was relaxing and settled my nerves. The nurse that took me in to the room was so welcoming and we chatted while the numbing cream took affect. You also do get an injection of lidocaine so you don’t feel any pain at all. One of my main concerns was finding someone that actually numbs the entire sight Not just only with numbing cream. Nurse Jessica did my injections and she took a everything I wanted into account. She talked to me through the whole process while injecting which made me feel at ease. When I was done i was sooo happy . An instant boost in confidence💕 I cannot express enough my gratitude to the entire staff at Kiva med spa for going above and beyond for making me feel welcomed. I will definitely will be back ... The first time I visited was to have the PRP Microneedling treatment. It was my first time having this done, so I was nervous but Nurse Jessica is truly an expert in the field of Aesthetics and she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns with the process. The treatment went extremely smooth and the results have blown my mind. Several people have commented on how refreshed I look.The second time I visited KIVA was to try the IV therapy. I had been feeling tired and rundown so the staff recommended the KIVA kompetitor. First off, never in my life have I had such a smooth insertion of an IV and not a single mark in my arm after it was taken out. I found out Jessica was an ER nurse for 15 years so that made sense her iv skills were exceptional. During the iv I was extremely relaxed in the serene environment and super comfy couch. Since the iv I have been SO ENERGETIC I truly cannot believe it. I normally have the average aches and pains of life but since the iv I have felt amazing. I will absolutely be back and cannot say enough great things about KIVA.
