After following Luxe for years and NP Jamie, I finally booked my filler appointment and Jamie took such great care of me! She knew exactly what I was looking to do and the outcome I wanted for my lip filler. I felt extremely comfortable and felt like she really understood the look I was wanting to achieve. I let her do what she does best and am obsessed with how gorgeous my lips look. She is so kind and caring and has a very welcoming demeanor. I will definitely be back for my fillers and can’t wait to try some of their other services!

Aside from the amazing staff, I’ve had such amazing results since coming here. I’ve been getting monthly facials due to some random problems I’ve had with my skin, and the improvement has been great. Adelaide is so sweet, and does such a good job with each treatment she does. I’ve never felt afraid to ask questions and she tailor’s recommendations based off of what’s important to me and my skin goals. No doubt if you come here, you’ll get the best treatment. Anna was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so happy I went with her. So I already go here to see Jamie for cosmetic procedures and I have known Jamie for a few years already!I was going to a different Esthetician, but I feel like it was time for a change so I decided to try Adelaide and I’m so happy because now I feel like I have a med spa that meets my cosmetic and Skincare needs all in one spot! LOVE THAT! When I met Adelaide, I could tell that she really cares about your skin health. She’s not trying to sell you a service or particular skincare products she’s trying to do what’s best for your Skincare needs! For example, I was not doing chemical peels when she saw my face that is what she recommended and actually educated me on a skincare regimen with her like what I should do for appointments (procedures) & time frames. She also really takes her time and I can tell is a skin perfectionist which I love because I want to leave feeling like I actually had my face worked on not just “pampered” Also, I am not new to medical grade Skincare, but I did not know what she educated me about one skincare brand. Which shows that again she wants you to use the best products but also wants you to use the appropriate products not just putting you onto products because that’s what everyone uses. My previous Esthetician is a popular Esthetician here, And I hate to say this, but what a difference my first experience was with Adelaide compared to the few months I was going to my previous Esthetician has been! also, my previous esthetician also is an acne specialist, but she didn’t even educate me the way Adelaide did! And even just off my first visit I have noticed big changes in my skin so I am excited to continue with Adelaide. I just wanted to give a really honest review, but thank you girl for an amazing experience!

I scheduled an appointment for the IV Therapy.I showed up and the staff were amazing as they made me feel super welcome and greeted me with smiles. I have to say, I am not needle friendly but she had me hooked up before I knew it.I enjoyed chatting with the staff and also had some Me time while getting the IV Drip.After the IV drip was completed Jamie then gave me a B12 injection.The great part as soon as the drip started I could taste a fruity taste and truly started to feel much better within about 15 mins of the drip starting.Fast forward.. Its been 2 weeks post IV Drip and I feel amazing, and my energy level is back to where it should be. I also have not had that Cold like symptom or runny nose.My Experience was 5 Star and I would recommend this and the other services which they offer..Thank you Jamie and Manuel for a great experience and and amazing IV Therapy treatment

The staff was extremely sweet and friendly, open to any questions I had and were extremely patient with me. I always appreciate a team who is dedicated to making their clients feel safe, and also are amazing at their craft- Luxe did just that. I made an appointment with Jamie for my annual lip filler touch up. She is the SWEETEST most genuine person I’ve met. After only 2 visits I feel like I’ve known her forever! Not to mention the office is absolutely adorable & CLEAN (I noticed they even disinfect the chair etc after every client).I had lip filler migration in my top lip from a previous injector that Jamie dissolved with no problem without even affecting the actually shape/size of my lip.Jamie has gained a customer for life… ☺️

I’m 25, and wanted to start preventative treatment for wrinkles so I made an appointment for botox with Anna. Everyone was so kind when I came to my appointment. I’m a fellow RN so I can tell you guys have a great practice running! Everyone was so attentive, thorough, welcoming, and transparent. I was nervous because I’ve never had any cosmetic procedure done before and the process ending up being so smooth. Anna helped explain everything botox and what would be the most beneficial. She was super gentle, attentive and the process didn’t take long whatsoever! She answered all of my questions and helped me feel comfortable! I went to see Jamie because the corners of my mouth we’re turning down. Basically to turn my frown upside down.She did that with a little botox. I also decided to get filler in my lips and that really has adjusted the loss of fullness from aging as well as helping to lift the corners more. I am in my 50s.It does take time. The first few days I did have bruising and swelling so this is not instantaneous satisfaction but as you heal everything comes into place. At two weeks Jamie brings you back and tweaks anything that might need perfecting. You then will have a little bit more swelling but this time I had no bruising and swelling was minimal. Lips are sensitive and it is a little bit painful but they do everything they can to alleviate as much of that as they can. All in all I am very happy with the results. The facility is very clean and professional as well as the staff.What’s very important to me to know is that Jamie is an advance registered nurse practitioner – certified.When I was looking this up I was debating whether to go to a med spa or a doctors office. Until further research I did not realize that Med Spas are using a certified medical professional. This made me much more comfortable and so therefore I booked the appointment. Very happy that I did. I would highly recommend this facility.

I waited a while to do this review because I knew I wanted to get more work done but let me just start by saying, AMAZING..Everything is amazing. The staff, atmosphere, workers, everything outstanding. Jaime is the sweetest person I ever met and made me feel so comfortable when getting my lip filler done. She did two syringes on me and I am O B S E S S E D 💖. Very symmetrical and even as I asked her. I told her I wanted my top and bottom lip to be the same size as I always had a bigger bottom lip and didn’t quite like that. She evened my lips out perfectly and added some extra plumpness which I absolutely love. The process was very simple and she explained every step as she was going along which I appreciated. She numbed my lips with a cream first so by the time she injected I felt almost nothing.Before starting the procedure, a gentlemen in the front offered me champagne while I waited. I was in total shock! Never been offered a drink at any appointment Ive ever went to, especially champagne. The outside area to wait is also gorgeous and relaxing. This is probably the longest review I’ve ever done lol but I really love this place and I’ve recommended to all of my friends! Some already got procedures done and loved it just as much as I did! I trust Jaime with any future injections I will want to get done! Amazing, professional, neat, clean. I will be attaching some pictures with one syringe done and then after I got my second syringe done! If you’re thinking of coming here, DO IT. You will not regret it. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! This was my first time receiving lip filler. Initially I was nervous because I had a horrible keloid in my lip from a prior car accident. However, Jamie was extremely patient and careful. She not only filled my lips to perfection! But was also able to shrink the keloid that grew a home on the right side of my lip. My lips look so natural and they are even and beautiful. As soon as the swelling went down my confidence shot UP! All the way up! I have relocated since my first time working with Jamie and I will always fly to her for my upcoming appointments!Location: the location is in the heart of downtown Orlando. The inside is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! The COVID procedures were held up to perfect standards. The furniture and the balcony are just a wonderfully added plus! The balcony is open to all clients for whenever you need a quick get away. Ohh and don’t forget the complimentary mimosa you are offered prior to your service!Customer Service: Both Jamie and her husband truly coin the phrase “the customer comes first!” I was seen directly at the time of my scheduled appointment. My follow up was scheduled directly after the procedure. Jamie also checked in with me to check on the healing process. Which I am extremely grateful for because she did not have to do that. Also, there were no hidden fees regarding pricing!Everything! : This place is literally everything! Outstanding all the way around! I went to Jaime for Dysport and Lip fillers. I am fairly young but have inherited some deep “11” lines in between my eyebrows. I had previously went to a Doctor in the past who treated the lines with Botox which yielded no improvement and no further help was offered to me. I was offered sparkling water, sangrias, mimosas.... you have access to their relaxing lounge area and beautiful balcony before and after your appointment.But beyond the designer showroom lobby, the real gem at LUXE is Jamie Carmona. I got a crows feet treatment the first day and literally the next morning I woke up and couldnt believe how great it looked. I immediately booked another appointment for THE NEXT DAY LOL I came back for nonsurgical rhinoplasty and chin fillers. I havent felt this good about my appearance in so long. Jamie took the time to explain the different procedures offered and made sure I was making the right decisions for the outcome I was looking for.
