I am in Orlando for a couple of days for work. Was able to make a last-minute appointment to address a strained hamstring / calf issue. My therapist, Jasmine, was absolutely phenomenal! I have to admit that my expectations were low coming in. I expected a relaxing resort massage type experience. What I got instead was a thorough sports massage and stretch from a very well informed and educated professional. Jasmine focused on healing my injury, increasing blood flow, and enhancing my mobility. I was blown away by how diligently she focused on repairing the damage I had done to myself and advising me on how to reduce future trauma. I am extremely impressed with the quality of care I received & have already booked a 2nd appointment to continue my treatment and recovery.

She targeted all of the pain and tension I had in my neck and shoulders as the focus and the rest of my body with nice firm pressure the entire time and it was everything I needed. She’s magic. Sooooo, I think I am in love. From the staff, the management, as well as the impeccable service. Had a slight hiccup cutting my first visit yesterday short, but the manager I forgot her name (Isabella?) quickly responded and kept me updated in real time and to top it off she included my first session complementary. I am a sucker for superb customer service.Then, I get one of the best and deepest massages I have probably ever had courtesy of Libia. She took my serratus anterior, infraspinatus, trap, & etc. tension knots to moon 🚀!! I looked and carried myself different just from the first 30 min session. (Truly felt like an hour). She actually knows what she is doing. The really deep massages are not for the weakhearted, but I am familiar to the pain associated with soo much scar tissue buildup from my past.I had an hour session today and you could visually see the difference in my back! I havent seen it like that in years!I look forward to building myself back up and I am completely sold on Libia and this location. Beatrice is amazing. I had A extremely bad case of tennis elbow, and Beatrice suggested cupping. Told me it would take around three sessions and it should be very close to healed. After my 3rd session I now have full movement in my elbow with no pain. I would suggest anyone with any nagging injury to book a cupping session with Beatrice today!!!! You won’t regret it.

In Florida for a mini vacation and decided to try getting a massage while were out here. Through online they had to availability, so I decided to call just to check and sure enough they did. From the time of booking over the phone until the massage, everyone was professional and very attentive to my needs and requests based on the treatment I chose. The masseur, Brandon was hands down amazing with his hands and technique. I didnt even realize it was already 60mins when he woke me up at the end of my massage. I felt so relieved and rejuvenated, my body felt great all over. Definitely worth every cent and I will be scheduling another when Im in town again. Five stars all around!!!

Libia is just the best…she breaks every knot in my back and drains all excess water from my body after i went there for the first time i saw a huge change on my face. Brandon was so helpful in addressing my sore back and suggested the cupping enhancement. Each cup had a different pressure to release the toxins from my back and help my lymphatic system flow better. Brandon was in sync with the background music that during the crescendo, I felt the knot release from my back. It was a unique experience that left my back looking like an octopus hugged me. I had no pain and look forward to having it done again soon. Brandon is the reason Im keeping my membership and Im so grateful he shares his God-given talent.

Buy a recent appointment a couple of months ago I was running late and the attendant at the front desk asked me to sign a updated consent form but I explained I was running late and would sign it on my way out but the attendant blocked me from going in and demanded I sign right then and there. Very unprofessional way for such a pleasant environment to treat me. If not for Carla being my favorite masseuse, I would take my business elsewhere.

Well if it’s not broke don’t fix it! Brandon is the best in my opinion. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, even though I did and tried multiple other people but he supersedes them every time. He makes it relaxing and you can tell he is passionate about his work and you can also tell the ones who are not, just there to collect a check and go home. That’s why I’m sticking with him! He’s a great guy!

Libia is the only reason I re-signed my contract with Massage Envy Dr. Phillips. In particular, Petr has been providing excellent focused therapy for a very painful shoulder problem.I saw some other comments about the staff not being helpful or having a bad attitude. Im really surprised by this. Ive been a member for several years and have NEVER seen a bad attitude. Elizette who goes by Eli, is amazing! She is so attentive and kind! She focuses on the problematic areas and knows exactly what she is doing. Had a 90 min massage yesterday with Manuel-Ray (Manny) and in his true fashion, my massage was AMAZING! Manny is always very accommodating with specific areas and pressure requests. He is very knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, so he uses the info you give about pain and he finds the particular areas where your pain could stem from. This location is amazing. I use several massage therapists for different things. Shoulder has pain then I use Katie. She has years of sports therapy experience and knows how to adjust and massage out certain pulled muscles. If my back has some issues and need a good deep massage then Nelea is my go to. Super deep, strong massages then works out any knots or tightness. If I need a smooth massage that puts me to sleep on the table and leaves me relaxed, and recharged for the next day then Jennifer is my choice. All the therapists at this lo action are amazing. I just picked 3 for this review.

In 2018 After my first appointment with Nelia I knew I found the right massage therapist for me. I bought a membership and booked in advance with her for several months. I got lucky that day because she had a cancellation. She’s booked at least a month in advance. Since then I’ve booked with many of the other girls and they’ve all been very good. The others are Flory, Ely and Amy, they all book about a month in advance as well so get on their book and let them rub all your tensions away.Nelia is my favorite massage therapist here. Her technique is flow & firm every time. No surprises roll the dice chances on her. She’s awesome.
