I had an excision biopsy procedure and was VERY anxious. Staff brought me snacks, water and a cold compress to help calm me down and put me at ease. The surgeon walked me through the procedure and followed up with me afterward. Amazing staff who truly care about their patients and the care they receive!

The scheduling process on line prior to my arrival was simple and sweet. The staff greeting me handled all the check-in professionaly. I was not sure what to expect when I visited your mobile office. I was pleasantly surprised by how professionally and efficiently my appointment was handled. I highly recommend this service to busy people like me, who need to see a dermatologist but are to busy to schedule an appointment 2 or 3 months out.

Having never had a dermatological exam ever and living in FL for nearly 17 years I decided it was past due. Going to the mobile OnSpot facility was so convenient and the staff was amazingly helpful. It turned out the exam found a questionable mole the PA sent for biopsy. Within a week I was contacted that I needed surgery and I was scheduled within another week and on a Saturday which helped with my work schedule.The Orlando facility was clean and welcoming. The staff friendly and caring. The Dr took the time to explain the mole he was exciting was a severely abnormal mole which would most likely developed into a melanoma if left alone. The entire procedure took only 10 minutes and I experienced no pain but have 5 exterior stitches which will dissolve on their own. I also received TWO follow up calls the following Monday asking if I was feeling okay.I recommend OnSpot Dermatology to anyone who may be reluctant to get a potentially life saving exam!

We brought my 91yr old mom to her appt. She’s not able to climb onto the exam chair which means that the staff most exam her from her wheel chair. They are so patient and kind. Procedure to have it removed was scheduled and preformed.Office was run very smoothly, from check-in to the time I left.
