I have visited this office twice with my husband. In my experience, the doctor is very good, knowledgeable in his work. I like how he explains things, and he is very kind. We were referred by our dentist, and the experience has been very positive. The staff, in general, is friendly, but if you ask many questions, they dont always have the best attitude. The wait times are reasonable; we have always been attended to at the scheduled time.

I visited Oral Facial Surgical Arts yesterday. I arrived a few minutes late, I was still seen. I filled out paperwork and suppliced my identification and insurance information. The process was smooth. I did not wait long to see the doctor. Everyone there were very professional and the office was very clean. I was addressed by my name. They were courteous and friendly. I will have a follow with them again soon. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I was pleased with the service i received. The location was a bit far from where I live.It was worth the the Visiting. Thank you Joan Edinboro.

This was my first dental surgery at 55 and I have to say my experience was top notch. The doctor made me feel in good hands and team was great. I had two wisdom extractions which can make anyone nervous. I felt no pain during the hour procedure and only had to take half of my pain meds the next day as discomfort was very minimal. So relax, and get your teeth fixed.

Recently got my wisdom tooth removed (all 4), but even do I was scared about the entire process, including the healing I went to the Oral Facial website and found a video that recorded an experience from a patient that went through the same procedure.After watching the procedure and how smooth it seems to be for that patient, I was relieve the day of my appointment. I feel good and this is my 3rd day after surgery (Insane! I know!) Ive been following the detailed instructions I got from the office, and I can say this has been a way better experience than the one I anticipate.Thanks to the staff, since the moment I got there I felt cared. And also special thanks to Dr. Achong and the nurses who helped and did such a great job with me, truly appreciate it and highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars!!!

I was so nervous in getting this oral surgery but the atmosphere, staff, and doctor made me feel calm. I had so many questions to ask Dr. Sharaf-Eldeen before my procedure. He took time to listen to all my concerns. He was so attentive and explained in detail the procedure and how its performed. He calmed my anxiety and during the procedure, I felt at ease and trusted him. Dr. Sharaf-Eldeen along with his staff made sure I was comfortable. He spoke to me during the surgery ensuring I was doing ok and I felt calm. He is an excellent oral surgeon and I am happy he performed the surgery in me. Excellent doctor.Yesterday, Dr. Latham completed the final phase of my implants. I just want to thank him and the staff for their professionalism and humor. An amazing team and Im so happy I was referred to this team to do my sinus lift, bone graft, and implants. The work so hard and ate so pleasant. Thumps up for Dr. Latham and team.

Had a tooth that had broken off, needed it pulled & an implant post installed before my dentist could proceed. I was very impressed by this practice, very clean, patients were not made to wait long in waiting room. Doctor was concerned and was able to work me into his schedule that day so I didn’t have to make another trip. The work was efficient, painless, well done and well sutured. I did not even bleed.I hope that he will be available to do the rest of the procedure as I have confidence he will do an excellent job.I had to drive 45 minutes to this office as my local oral surgeons were not available until October, waiting 3 months for a tooth to be extracted was not realistic. So glad my dentist referred me to this practitioner

The employees are so professional and courteous. In my first visit the doctor will discuss my implant work plan so clearly and professional. My next appointment was to implant a bone graffiti and all personnel was caring so good on my safety and the medical costs were explained in a detailed and excellent way. My experience in the procedure with Dr Sharaf was excellent and his assistants are so professionals and considerate with my condition. After looking previous places for my implant, finally I find the good ones.

My husband John Zurenko was so amazed on his experienced yesterday with Dr. Ehsan Sharaf-Eldeen. He had his wisdom tooth and the tooth beside it pulled out at the same time and he said Dr. Ehsan Sharaf-Eldeen did a great job, very professional and painless surgery. No pain even jaw pain at all. Very satisfied and I would highly recommend Dr. Ehsan Sharaf-Eldeen. Very nice and friendly staff too. First time ever a surgeon nurse called in an hour after the surgery to check hows my husband doing after surgery, it makes us feel they care about their patient. Went here because they were the only oral surgeon that didn’t have a 2 month wait and it was honestly the best decision I’ve ever made! Dr.Latham pulled 2 wisdom teeth, one of which was infected and nasty. I am 18 weeks pregnant and so I couldn’t be put under and he was so very patient with me and kind. He took his time with getting me numb and went out of his way to make it as easy for me as possible. I was stressed and upset because of the discomfort and being awake and he never once made me feel bad about it, gave me as many breaks as I wanted. The staff there all came in periodically on my breaks to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. The front desk staff have always been extremely nice and helpful. I would make this drive to see him from any location, I highly recommend, I’ve never had an oral surgeon as nice and patient as he was.

Great experience! I went and got all four wisdom teeth pulled. The doctors were amazing and very nice throughout the entire process. The procedure took about 45 minutes but felt like 5. It took about a week to recover but it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The drugs they gave really helped and the post procedure directions made for a smooth recovery. So if your getting your wisdom teeth pulled trust me this is the place to go!

Absolutely best of the best, had 3 wisdom teeth extracted, Dr. Ehsan performed the surgery. He gave me a detailed explanation of the procedure and the post recovery process. His team used the “IV twilight”, you won’t remember much of anything, next thing you know it’s all over, seemed like everything took less than 5 minutes. After you wake up, you are numbed up and don’t feel anything. My personal experience regarding pain well I had absolutely none, just a slight soreness, other than that this place is very top notch and highly recommended.

Beautiful new facility. State of the art equipment. The receptionist was pleasant. The surgeon and his assistant appeared to know what they are doing. I came here to have my wisdom teeth removed and the staff and the doctor were amazing they all made me feel so comfortable and not nervous at all. The doctor was able to remove all 4 wisdom teeth in one session of 45 mins ( which is different with everybody) but , my teeth were completely grown out at the top so that was easy to remove . The surgery was smooth and easy and I have an amazing recovery no infection , no nothing im good and i thank the doctor and staff .

I had a real journey with dentist and endodontist around a first molar and eventually ended up having to have my tooth pulled. I googled places all over Central Florida that took my insurance and when I saw the credentials of the doctors at this facility, I scheduled my consultation, and based on that, my extraction. The office staff were professional, pleasant and the office was managed well and very clean, with Covid protections in place everywhere. Dr. Achong was by far the best professional of any kind I have run into in a long time and I would highly recommend him! I great sense of humor too....always appreciated when undergoing something like this.

All payment and insurance info was explained thoroughly. Great visit.

This office was great! My 12 year old daughter had brackets put on but needed iv sedation to have 4 teeth pulled before we could proceed with the wire for her braces. I was very confused yesterday when I came in and had my surgery. It had been awhile and I was not sure what was the next step and they were not sure either, I never was told how to protect my mouth after no extra gauze was give and not mouth care after. I did get my letter I believe was being sent to the dentist. But I was not sure if they were sending it or I was to give it. I tried to call but no answer just a machine talking also I was not sure if I needed a antibiotic as given every time before , I love this oral surgeon and the staff I guess I was just a little confused form my other visits were much more informative. They are really the best it must have been an off day.

Dr. Latham is the best oral surgeon. I’ve been a patient of his for a couple years due to my very unique case. He’s a great communicator and listener. I felt comfortable in his care whenever I had an appointment with him. His assistant, I think her name is Maria (wears glasses), is super nice as well and provided me with a pleasant experience multiple times. It was often very difficult to get through on the phone to schedule an appointment, but overall I’m very pleased with the doctor and his medical staff.

Over the past nine months, I have had extensive restorative dental work done by Dr. Ron Achong over the past 9 months. I knew I liked him from the initial visit and appreciated his calm manner, knowledge and confidence in his skills. He explained the various options, and when I made suggestions (which had not been invalidated by other dentists), he immediately explained why my suggestion was a bad one. One thing I have learned over 50 plus years in the working world is that when a person in sales mode (even a dentist in an initial visit) should push back to the client and do not you do not want that person/product. Dr. Ron pushed back, he was right; I immediately signed up and we were on the way to a very good out come. The four upper implants went faster than any of any friends results from their implants. The two lower ones were always going to take longer, and did. So I say to everyone, have an oral surgeon in whom you have trust and confidence and that is Dr. Ron.

They made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome, explained everything that I asked a question about, and it wasn’t that expensive (with insurance)! Dr. Achong was amazing. The day of the surgery, I was so nervous but they got me in and hooked up to the IV right away. It all took around an hour, I don’t even remember falling asleep. If you’re nervous about getting this done, don’t be! It’s not scary! Everyone was super nice, helpful, and so great at their job. Highly recommend going!

When I was about 18-20 a lot of my friends got their wisdom teeth out. They pretty much all had bad experiences and horror stories. Over a decade later I finally had a wisdom tooth infection painful enough that I scheduled an appointment. Ironically, on the day of the extraction my tooth felt fine. But, I still had a total of 4 that needed to be removed.It went really well. I needed more time to recover than if I had done the surgery when I was younger. I came to this office to get my wisdom teeth removed because of all the great reviews. In the consultation Dr. Achong informed me that my case was very difficult as my bottom teeth grew horizontally and were along a nerve. He told me that I had a higher chance of losing feeling in my lip. Of course after hearing that I was very scared. Yet, I had trust in him and his skills as a oral surgeon and decided to still go through with the surgery. The surgery went very smoothly. The nurses were so kind and caring and from what I remember one nurse even fixed my hair after the surgery. The surgery was very quick as well I think it took exactly an hour or less. I had minor swelling & pain and only suffered numbness for about 5 days. After 5 days my lips and cheeks felt normal. Overall, a great experience and would recommend this office to anyone.

Hi , my name is Jessica I went to this office yesterday and with an appointment my husband made the SAME day. It was amazing how they were able not only to get me in the same morning but also remove 2 of my wisdom teeth on the same visit. I told her I had completed the online form, so she talked with the ladies in the reception room, and finally found my on-line completed form, so she came out with the papers that still needed for me to sign some signatures -- very nice and helpful lady, especially since my signature hand always shakes (essential tremor).When I was finally called to the x-ray room, the lady was very nice and helpful. The x-ray was well done, and the man who was the doctor checked the x-ray and concluded that my wisdom (?) tooth was broken and needed removal. Then he finished, I was ushered out, but I decided that I would like to have the tooth removed also yesterday, so they agreed to do it. A lady was very nice and helpful took care of the financial and other steps, and had me wait in the reception room.Finally I was called to the surgery room where the nurse and surgeon removed the tooth. Pain yes, but they did a wonderful job removing my tooth. I am VERY pleased with the people and procedure.Thank you! Im eating normally today. I would recommend Oral Facial Surgical Arts to anyone! At the start I was very nervous since it was the first time I had surgery in my life, but everything happened really quickly and I didnt have any bad experiences. Once they sat me down and got me hooked to the IV, it only took about 20 seconds for me to fall asleep. Once I was awake and on a wheelchair, I wanted to ask my mom why we were leaving so soon cause I thought they hadnt removed my wisdom teeth yet. In total, removing my 4 wisdom teeth only took about 20 minutes and once I was home I was feeling great. I also started going to school 3 days after and everything has been fine. I really recommend this place if you plan on getting your wisdom teeth removed. Theyre great! I made a consultation for my brother, Johnathon (21 years old) to have his Wisdom Teeth removed. Unfortunately, he didnt get them done when he was younger due to financial difficulties at the time. The process was smooth and Dr. Achong is a very knowledgeable doctor. He expressed to my family that he loves studying and is a forever student if you will. We were impressed and without hesitation booked the surgery. My brother was anxious but excited to get them removed as they were starting to impact his teeth alignment (previously had braces) and nerves. In roughly 1 hr, he was done. The assistant/nurse stated everything went well and was very thorough providing after care instructions. My brother felt a little bit of pain on the first day and took his pain meds. But on the second day, he was back to being his goofy self and reported no pain. One week later, we were back for a follow up, quick x-ray and double check everything was healing well (5 min). My experience wasnt bad. Everyone is afraid to get their wisdom teeth removed. I went in, they gave me my anesthesia, and within a couple minutes I was out. I woke up a little groggy and slightly disoriented, but otherwise my procedure went smoothly as well as my recovery. Im no stranger to dental work, and overall I would say my experience as a whole went very well.

I had a wisdom tooth removed one week ago and it couldnt have been a smoother process. From the consultation through the follow-up the staff was attentive, friendly and professional. I never sat in the waiting room for more than a few minutes and spoke with the Doctor shortly after coming in for each visit. Thats absolutely not something I can say for most doctors offices.While I was nervous going in for the actual surgery, both Dr. Achong and his staff were extremely helpful in easing my nerves. Less than 5 minutes after arriving I was already sedated. I was sent home with detailed instructions for a successful recovery and recovered perfectly - no dry socket! I am now completely off of pain medication just one week later.I would definitely recommend Dr. Achong for any oral surgery. I could not believe it. Dr Achong and his assistant Karina are the best oral surgical staff I have met. Awesome smiles and careful encouragement during the procedure.Usually I relax and get ready for the dentist to fight with taking out my tooth. They could never get the root either. I have had multiple dentist jointly and/or taking turns to extract my tooth. Eventually the tooth is sawed and leaving the root in.Today my tooth was out in a few minutes with some pressure. I was experiencing a horrible pain from an impacted wisdom tooth that was beginning to erupt, I called around and was only able to get an appointment 2 weeks from the date I had called. I called Oral Facial Surgical Arts in Clermont and they were able to get me in for an evaluation that same day and scheduled my surgery for the following week. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and experienced VERY minimal pain the first day. The following day, I had absolutely no pain (didnt even have to take my pain medication) I went back for my follow up and everything was healing the right way! I had never had oral surgery of any kind. Not even so much as a cavity. I was really nervous about getting my broken wisdom tooth removed, especially since all my friends and co-workers kept reminding me of everything that could go wrong. I was having a hard time finding an oral surgeon that was close to my job. I called multiple offices and was greeted with attitude and condescending remarks when I inquired about cost and possible payment plans. When I called Dr. Achongs office the staff was so kind and very understanding to my inquiries. They worked with me financially and were nothing but supportive and compassionate towards my situation. I had to get 6 teeth extracted so that I could get braces put on the following month and they were able to give me an appointment within 2 weeks. For my consultation, I had the best dental assistant anyone can ask for and Dr. Achong was very confident in being able to extract my teeth with minor to no complications.On my extraction day, my mom came with me and the front staff and the (amazing) dental assistant were very patient answering my mom’s never-ending questions for recovery. The whole procedure took less than hour (and I had 6 teeth pulled with 2 impacted wisdom teeth) and I did not feel a thing. My extractions have since healed and I got an excellent mark for my follow-up appt.I can guarantee you will love this doctor…and if going to an oral surgeon intimidates you the staff will definitely make you feel right at home.

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Dr. Achong is a true dental professional with a heart! You dont find too many dentists who are experts in their field but who at the same time actually care for their patients nowadays. I had an extraction done, and an implant put in to replace the missing tooth. The entire process was very smooth. I saw Dr. Achong at every visit. He was courteous ,informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The nurses and staff were just as helpful and friendly. I had an great experience here. The doctor and staff were very nice and professional. I had the wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth extracted and I opted out of getting anesthesia. I did choose to have nitrous used (laughing gas) and was warned that it would not do much except give me a sort light headed, airy feeling but I still decided to go forth with the nitrous due to be afraid of going under anesthesia. I must say I was afraid of the experience, knowing that I would hear everything that was going on. But honestly, after the procedure was done I felt great. During the procedure the doctor frequently asked me how I was doing, making sure I was okay which was the one thing that really eased my mind. I am so glad I chose this facility and will be returning when I get my right wisdom teeth taken out.

I am a person that has extreme anxiety about the dentist or any other kind of doctor. I had a decaying tooth for months and was so scared i let it get worse. After using google to find Oral Facial Surgical Arts and reading reviews I had a good feeling about this place. From my first x-ray visit they did such a good job at reassuring i was going to be ok. I would show up crying and they automatically empathized with me and continued to reassure me that i was going to be ok. Because of my anxiety and horrible past dentist experience i opted to be sedated to get my tooth removed. They obliged with no push back. The day of my procedure i was just as scared and nervous. But all of the assistants and Doctore went out of their way of making me feel comfortable. In all the procedure was super quick and i didn’t feel a thing. First let me say the consultation was an awesome experience. Front office staff are very professional and friendly and the wait was not long at all. When the Dr. Anchong entered the room he was smiling and friendly. What bed side manner! He assurred me the procedure would be relatively easy for him to do. I liked him almost immediately and I felt confident in his abilities. So I scheduled the oral surgery and was able to get an appointment for the following week. When I arrived, front office staff treated me well and explained everything thing to me carefully. Within the hour I was being picked up to go home-surgery was over! I didn’t have much pain but there was some. Advil helped a lot but I didn’t need the hard pain killers that were prescribed. The next day I returned to school. Done! I had my oral surgery performed by Dr. Achong at the Clermont location. He and his staff were very accommodating. He was able to skillfully remove SIX teeth (I had two extra) without complication even though they were situated very inconveniently. The mild pain that followed in the days after was to be expected and subsides as long as post-surgery directions are followed and care is taken. It was well worth never having to worry about my wisdom teeth again and if I did have to do it again, I know where I would go!
