    Dr. Arthur and her team are incredible! The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. I recently had two bumps removed from my face, and they handled the procedure with such care and precision. The results were fantastic, and I couldnā€™t be happier.     This is an incredible group of practitioners all working together. They are highly knowledgeable and treat everyone like family or good friends. Whether youre there for a routine checkup or a spa treatment, they provide excellent service with wonderful personalities. Additionally, they have some of the most caring medical staff I have ever had the pleasure of receiving services from.

    Kind and welcoming receptionist. The office space is well distributed and clean. The complimentary coffee and tea are a great addition. The doctors and nurses are very kind and patient. They listened to all of my concerns, considered and validated my 10 year old daughterā€™s concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain to both of us what was going on in a way we were able to understand.

    With ongoing medical conditions that affect my skin, Ive trusted Sand Lake Dermatology ever since moving to Florida over ten years ago. Everyone on the staff is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, polite, friendly and efficient. Whether Im there for a diagnosis, a Mohs surgery, or a quick followup after treatment, I always feel at ease. As a bonus, scheduling is easy and both the waiting room and exam rooms have pleasant decors.

    My visit was awesome, the front desk checked my wife and I right away. They coordinated our appointments so we could go the same time. They brought me in right away. Dr Arthur and her assistant were very personal and put me at ease. The exam was thorough and complete. I highly recommend them!

    I love this office and have never had a bad experience. Jesse Holland is the absolute best for injections! She does an amazing job and results look natural. Raine is amazing for laser work as well! They always have your best interest in mind

    Office staff are warm, friendly, professional and well trained. They make you feel comfortable in a normally anxious environment. Dr Arthur is smart, with outstanding credentials. She has the ability to never make you feel that any question you have is trivial.     Sandlake Dermatology is such an amazing place! The doctors are phenomenal and personal, I never felt rushed like am at a car wash, the staff are caring and friendly. My 4-months before and after pics are undeniable remarkable, no acne, dark spots are faded, my glow is back! Am always excited to go there especially for my facial, Becca rocks!

    My very favorite PA recently moved to this office. Itā€™s a bit of a drive for me but I would travel much further for this level of care. Laurie Fashakin is my go to for any cosmetic and dermatological needs. She is honest, careful, conservative, she listens to my concerns, wants and needs, and she always delivers the best service and care. Iā€™d follow her anywhere. The Sand Lake Dermatology staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. The office is updated and clean. I canā€™t recommend this dermatology practice or my provider, Laurie, highly enough.

    Professional, caring and clean, an incredible practice. I have used them for years for medical skin checks and have recently used Jesse for fillers. Wow. She is so sweet and caring.     I have been a patient here for a little over 5 years now. At first I was seeing Gina, and she was great. I saw her for about 8-10 months before my appointment got changed to Jessie Holland. This was the best thing that had ever happened as Iā€™ve been seeing Dr. Jessie ever since! She is so amazing! Sheā€™s extremely relatable, always has a great and friendly attitude, and she addresses/resolves problems right away. Due to my skin condition I am a returning patient. I am loyal to Dr. Jessie and I recommend her to all of my friends that inquire about my dermatology experience. Aside from the doctors, the assistants, PAā€™s, and receptionists are all so nice & friendly. I never had a bad experience with Sandlake Dermatology.

    I have been here twice and am very impressed with how pleasant, efficient and punctual the front office seems to run. I see Dawn, who is awesome. She does such a thorough exam, is happy to answer questions and explains everything so clearly. She readily gives you as much time and attention you need. She even helped me research pricing for a drug!!! What Dr does that? I highly recommend this practice

    This team is great. From gentle text reminders to smiling faces when checking in to the wonderful folks at check out (who gladly look to see if you have any credit to use!) Of course the medical team is top notchā€¦..how are they able to identify and record every little dot on your skin!?Kind. Courteous. Professional. What more could I want!?!ā€¦and when I treat myself to a facial, aside from glowing when I leave, the products they recommend are fantastic.Thanks team. I landed in the right place!

    As a new patient I didnā€™t think I would get in for months they got me in two weeks with the best PA I believe her name is Tracy. The most thorough exam I have had in years . I had an area skin cancer in the past and she addressed all those concerns as well as cosmetic things that bothered me . She is skilled knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner . I am so glad I switched and then I got a lovely bag at the checkout window . The check in and out process seem less and employee look happy to be there !

    My husband and I have been seen by Sandlake Dermatologyā€™s Physician Assistant, Ms. Lauren, for years. She asks questions and listens to her patients. Ms. Lauren impresses with her superior medical expertise, her knowledge about her patientsā€™ history and her uniquely kind approach to caring for her patients. Sandlake Dermatologyā€™s office staff is also very friendly and always helpful from scheduling to billing questions.

    This was my third visit in about six years. The staff is highly skilled. Every aspect of my visit was carefully explained to me and the coordination between team members is exemplary. Strangely, the process of removing a squamous cell carcinoma was comfortable and removed all concerns. I have not experienced a better medical environment.

    First time at this practice, as a previous patient of an excellent provider, Laurie Fashakin. I was willing to make the drive and it was worth it. Everyone was very welcoming and professional from the front desk to checkout. Definitely glad I made the change from a larger practice where you are just a number.

    It is a beautiful office, waiting room and surgical area. All areas clean and decorated well. They offered coffee and tea. The staff are all very friendly. My first encounter was with Lauren. She is great. Very friendly and professional. She gave eye contact and you can tell she really cares for you. The RNs and Medical Assistants, check-in receptionist and check-out receptionist are all very friendly. My second encounter was Dr. Mailer. She is great. She was friendly and professional. They all distract you with conversations when performing procedures. Dr. Mailer was also very connected to me as a patient. She could tell when I needed a break from the surgeries. They always check to see how you are after each procedure. Great location, safe location and building. I would recommend them.

    Doctor Allison Arthur was the only doctor who could help me with a rare immune disorder she was absolutely informative and truly cares to help you with that being said I was miserable for almost 1year and she cured me with in 2 months truly amazing I am very Grateful for Doctor Allison and her very helpful and friendly staff

    The staff at Sand lake dermatology have always been amazing. Every single person there. I go every 10 days for light therapy for my skin condition and was having an issue with a cyst. While I was there for light therapy they worked to get me in that morning to have my cyst evaluated asap. They take wonderful care of their patients and I am eternally grateful for this office!

    Anyone looking for an Awesome dermatology group, then you need to visit Sandlake Dermatology Center . You will not regret the visit, you feel so WELCOMED from the moment you arrived to departure.     Miss Rebecca gave me a Diamond Glow Facial and she was fantastic. So knowledgeable and calming. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and products being used. My face feels amazing. The facility is beautiful and the front desk staff was quick and courteous. I highly recommend.

    First time at SLDC and it was a great experience! The front desk employees were kind and friendly, and I was seen at my appointment time. Deja and Laurie were helpful and knowledgeable.     This place is AMAZING. Ive had Botox done by Aaliyah Ali and she is fantastic, Jessie also does my Botox and also my fillers and shes exceptional. She takes her time and will never, ever, overdo anything. Nobody here will. Theyre all about the natural, you but better look. All the nurses are kind and caring and I really cant say a single negative thing about the place. If I had to nitpick, Id like it if they would offer specials on their injectables once in a while instead of just the products. But thats it! If you want to look refreshed, this is the place. Dont go anywhere else!

    Phenomenal experience from the calls to set up first appointment, to arrival and the wonderful receptionist, all the way through to the appointment and exiting the office. I saw Lauren McConeghy and she is wonderful. Listens to your concerns, is extremely knowledgeable, and develops an all around plan of action. I have not been to a dermatologist in quite a while, and I felt comfortable and at ease. When leaving I purchased a few products - they allow you to try them out prior to making a decision and Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Super excited to continue my skincare journey with Lauren and SLDC. Office is immaculate as well, great aesthetic and very clean.

    It does not get any better than this. Dr Arthur and her team of PAS, ARNPs and Estheticians are the best in the field. I go for skin cancer checks and for cosmetic treatments such as botox and laser. They are state-of-the-art. The office staff is so efficient and polite which also makes for a pleasant experience. From the moment you walk in the front desk will greet you with a smile.The office is always neat and clean and they always see you on time. Jenny the nurse is so friendly and very attentive. Dawn the nurse practitioner is very gentle and soft-spoken she make sure to explain everything and answer all your questions patiently. Stacey at the checkout desk Is very friendly and patient. She make sure to find a date that will fit your busy calendar. Sand Lake Dermatology knows how to hand pick the care team in the business of patient care.     Sand Lake Dermatology is very competent and professional and I would recommend to anyone. I have had a history of skin cancer biopsies over the past twenty years and I feel Sand Lake is much better than the other two practices I have used. Gina is who treats me and she is very observant and puts me at ease by explaining things every step of the way. From the reception desk through the nurses and check out clerks all have treated me politely and with a warm smile. You would make a big mistake if you didnā€™t give them a try.

    Sand Lake Dermatology is the best of the best. Recently, I developed a strange very itchy rash. Immediately, nurses Stephanie and Ruth made sure my wonderful PA, Gina, knew the details and saw photo. Gina identified it, sent an Rx to my pharmacy, and within a day it started to improve.     Was referred to Sand Lake Dermatology by my Winter Park Dermatologist, could not have been happier with the full experience! From scheduling to front desk greeters and blown away by how kind and talented the staff was overall. My procedure was to remove a melanoma and Dr Mailler was outstanding. Easy to talk with and fully described what needed to be done. Always felt at ease and comfortable with she and her staff. Highly recommend, itā€™s only been a couple of days but already see the great work she did on a rather large area, so happy with the full procedure and outcome.

    Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the best dermatology center right here in Central Florida! Iā€™ve been going to this place for years and everyone is so nice. The ladies up front checking patients in are so kind. You immediately get greeted as you walk in the building. Today I was seen by Lauren, and she is very knowledgeable and so very kind. She takes her time with you and addresses any of your concerns you may have. Judy was the one to check me out after my appointment and she greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I needed any products to purchase to take home. The staff here really goes above and beyond for their patients. Will be back soon for my next appointment. 10/10

    Dr. Laura was excellent at draining and removing a cyst from my lower back that had been there for over 20 years. It had become inflamed for the first time ever and so I wasnt sure what the circumstances were and Dr. Laura quickly assessed the situation and came up with a remedy for me. Thanks to this professional team which included assistance from Debra, I knew I was where I needed to be and everything was going to be just fine.     The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The nurse who helped me was kind and went out of her way to find the pharmacy closest to me. Dr. Arthur was brilliant. With her busy schedule she was on time. She had studied my case from the referring doctor. She gave me protocols to follow with a follow up visit giving me time to ease into a treatment regime.     Its fairly easy to schedule an appointment convenient for me. They always get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time, yet spend ample time with me to answer all questions. Ive never felt rushed on any appointment. The parking is plentiful and free. It is very close to entrance door for added safety and convenience in case of bad rain storm.

    I visited for the first time in June 2024. Was scheduled very quickly and the booking system and pre appointment process was flawless.Maija was very welcoming and efficient checking me in.     I am so pleased with my experience at Sand Lake Dermatology. I was getting horrible acne all over my face and a lot of it was cystic acne. Dawn ended up taking me as a patient and easily identified the driving factor of my acne to be hormonal. She put me on a medication and topical cream and in a matter of six months my acne is essentially gone including most acne scars. Itā€™s truly night and day. My skin tone is even, the texture of my skin is smooth, and it looks glowing and healthy. Iā€™m no longer embarrassed to show my face in public. Thank you!

    The BEST place to come for your skincare needs! Seriously. I donā€™t stress much about medical things, but I started getting nervous about a Mohs surgery I needed on my nose.     My wife has Alzheimerā€™s and she had a spot that was concerning her. We met with Jenna and she determined a biopsy was needed. She patiently explained everything she was going to do until my wife understood. Alzheimerā€™s patients, at least at my wifeā€™s stage, can understand but it has to be presented slowly and sometimes repeatedly. Jenna was very good at doing this and my wife felt very comfortable with her. She left a happy camper knowing her health was being attended to.

    As a first time patient I had a good experience! I really loved the doctor I saw. She took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable and was really nice. The only reason I didnā€™t rate a full 5 star is because the nurse I had was very rude, sarcastic and didnā€™t seem to care at all. As a cancer survivor Iā€™ve had a lot of medical trauma and get nervous about any doctors appointment. So to have that kind of treatment from her sucked.     I was very nervous about having MOHS surgery on my nose and was referred to SandLake Dermatology since my dermatology office doesnā€™t do this.From the moment I called to make the appointment I knew I was in good hands. Coffee, tea and water are available and you are encouraged to bring some snacks as with MOHS you could be there for several hours while tissue is examined. Nice restrooms are just down the hall.     This is a Dermatology medical practice which mixes in a lot of beauty-esthetic products and procedures which I donā€™t use or need.     Lauren is amazing! I had a consultation with her and she took her time to listen to what i wanted accomplished. She was personable and friendly. She made a recommendation to achieve what i wanted and after the treatment i was so blown away at the results. She really takes her time and does such an amazing job. I also told her i was going to Chicago for a wedding and she recommended a couple places to visit. She was just so pleasant to talk to and i would 100% recommend her.

    Dr Mailler was wonderful as were all of the nurses I met throughout my time there. This was the first time I have had this procedure done and didnā€™t know what to expect but it all turned out great.     This practice was recommended to me after 2 months of having a horrible rash that ultimately put me in the hospital for a week. The previous dermatologist a saw was terrible. But, PA Lauren and the owner Dr. Allyson at Sand Lake were so compassionate and really spend time trying to get to the root of the problem. Im happy to say, that with their help, Im now 95% better, and I will always go to this office as long as I live on the area. They are wonderful.

    My whole family has been coming here for years. They get existing patients in fast. Overall, we are satisfied, but I do NOT like the check-in process. The male receptionist asked, Do you still live on ******* street? If you live locally, you know where that road is. And if you dont, its a unique enough name, you can find it. Why not just announce where someone can find me or my kids? Oh wait, he did. (And actually, I have an injunction order, so if the person Im supposed to be protected from is within earshot- my home is no longer secure and Im fudged.) Thats a security risk for all patients!

    This place is phenomenal! From the most friendly staff Iā€™ve ever met, to the doctorā€™s who are so helpful and knowledgeable. Iā€™ve never experienced such amazing care from any doctorā€™s office, like this one. Dr. Allison Arthur is so fantastic! She truly listens to your concerns, and helps you make the best decisions for you, not her. Heather makes you feel comfortable, and gives you the best advice. The check out girls, have bent over backwards to make sure that I can get an appointment on my only day off, even though they were completely booked. You wonā€™t be disappointed when choosing them!

    This is one of the best dermatology offices weve visited. It is especially exceptional with pediatric patients. We needed a dermatologist for our infant son and this practice was so warm and welcoming with very caring doctors and nurses for a child of that age. Despite being a literal baby they had examined his issues thoroughly and are tracking it with images for progress. Cant recommend them enough, especially if you are looking for your little ones.

    I had a great experience with the staff at SLD, I couldnā€™t have asked for a better attending nurse! First of all I hate getting a IV in my hand and Sigh (sp) was greats I barely felt a stick she answered any question I had and always had a smile. All the staff and drs were great. I hope I never have to go back but if I do I want the same crew!

    In every visit I have to Sand Lake Dermatology, I continue to be so very impressed by such a caring group of professionals that one can find.     Very professional and awesome people work here. I felt very comfortable and calm for it being my first time. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. And the wait was minimal plus they were very cautious and aware of practicing social distancing and make things easy for the rest of the other patients as well as providing hand sanitizer everywhere you turn. Definitely very happy I got referred here by my Physician
