    I had an appointment with Melissa for a chemical peel and it was amazing! I first walked in and loved the calming atmosphere and decor. We talked the whole session and she was very fun to talk to and I was very comfortable doing the whole process.     I came across this place last year & haven’t looked elsewhere since discovering!! I am always very pleased with my services when I come here. The client service, the cleanliness, the calmness is always amazing. Both Melissa and Ana have given me facials and I love upgrading the hydra facials because my face always looks amazing once I leave. I feel rejuvenated. I have learned so much about proper skin care and daily routine for my face and I am looking forward to my next service!!! Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself.

    I have been seeing Melissa for quite some time now. She is the only esthetician that I’ve trusted with my face. I have had years of battling hormonal acne and skin issues. My skin looks so healthy after continuous treatment and products she’s recommended. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate towards her clients. I have seen drastic results from where I started with her till now. She creates a treatment plan according to what your skin needs. I highly recommend her and I’m thankful for her passion for skin health. She’s truly phenomenal at what she does.

Coincidental story I moved in my home, five years ago, always passed by never paid attention One day I realize that I’m very concerned about my skin. I wanted to get Michael needling done and I had a whole bunch of skin tags. Stopped in for a consultation. A wonderful, warm welcome very clean made me feel very comfortable. I had three sessions so far of micro needling. two sessions of skin tag removal. Melissa is very gentle with me always tells me what to expect and I’m so excited and I can’t wait for my chemical peel.     This is a beautiful spa! Very clean and the owner is a fantastic trainer if you’re an esthetician looking for continued education. The dermaplaning class was a one on one training and I received a take home kit to use for my own clients. Overall great experience and would recommend!

    My husband and I had a signature hydro med spa facial two weeks ago: good experience. Melissa was very nice and professional. It lasted about 30mins, wish it was longer. Felt quick but she walked me through each procedure and my face felt clean. Con: My husband and I were not seen at the same time, he had to wait for his facial after mine, that was not made clear when I booked the facials. I also booked a Wood Therapy massage which was also a great first experience. There was tension in the area of work (the good kind) and also some bruising that lasted 4 days. I would return but its a little far from my home in Central Orlando, otherwise would recommend for anyone in the area.

    Today I had a facial followed by microneedling. Melissa did an amazing job. She communicates the process before beginning and allows you to ask questions. Shes patient and is really concerned about your skin. This my second appointment with her and I will continue coming. Shes gentle throughout the process and always checks to make sure youre comfortable. The best part is she sends post treatment texts to ensure you receive the best results!     Beautiful and clean location. The esthetician and owner Melissa was very sweet and informative. I was running 30 min late due to car troubles and she was patient and kind to still accommodated me. Upon arrival she applied the numbing cream for 15 min and we chatted while it was doing its magic. Once the numbing cream was was removed she applied the serum and started the microneedling session. I felt no pain, she was quick and knew what she was doing. I didn’t leave the office super red as i am usually used to but that’s ok because I’m from New York and over there during the weather there isn’t as sunny as in Florida. I healed within a day and I’m already looking forward to our next session!

    The customer experience is everything from the orders and merchandise, all the way to all the services offered.
