Ms. Kathy is absolutely amazing. She never fusses about my wanting designs or helping me figure out what would look fun and which colors compliment each other the best. Very friendly. She is my preferred nail tech, she makes the acrylic thicker so they dont break when handling boxes at work, and the nails stay on for a good month without any fill-ins. When she isnt available I go to Quy. His attention to detail and holiday designs are amazing. The pedicures are relaxing, they take care of ingrown toenails. I havent gone anywhere else for nails since I gave them a chance 1.5 yrs ago.

Ms. Kathy and her team are phenomenal! I was referred to this salon by a coworker about 2 months ago and havent regretted it since! Ms. Kathy got me started with a new set which I was able to utilize in my engagement photos, they were clean, crisp, and held up wonderfully! This past weekend I went back and completely changed the shape and style of my nails as well as got an eye brow wax. Not only are the prices more than reasonable, but Ive never had to wait, the salon is always clean and the staff is always fantastic!

I’ve been here a few times over the years. I got a fill and a pedicure a couple weeks ago. The fill was good nail tech did good work but he wasn’t talkative. The lady who did my pedicure nicked the skin around my toe which was very painful for a while but over all good. Tonight I got another fill. I think her name was Melanie. Very sweet and very good at her job. Also everyone works quickly which I’m a big fan of.

I have always had the best experiences at Artistic Nails. Kathy, the manager, is very sweet and competent as well as all the other nail techs who work there. They’re all very professional and kind. The updated/redecorated salon is bright and clean. They all want every client to leave happy and satisfied. They will redo anything if it is not absolutely perfect bc they are proud of their work and want all of their clients to be very happy with their services!! The place is huge so there is hardly ever a wait for a chair or an employee and if there is a wait- it is minimal. Best salon in town!!

4🌟 at first because there are a couple of small things that other salons offer (like a glass of wine, etc) that I didnt see here. However, their customer service in handling an issue I had was phenomenal! I was treated with respect, and though my problem couldnt be resolved at that time, the manager called me the next day and all was resolved immediately. I was so impressed with the professionalism and grace in which I was treated.

Idk how to leave a second review but they slated AGAIN got a different set with a different tech and it’s perfect the guy (Som i believe) was so sweet and gentle and worked quickly. Pls come herei LOVED!!!! Hands down best experience with getting my nails done. So kind and talented. I felt so comfortable like i wasn’t being judged at all and the tech was making nice conversation with me but still let me relax. The client beside me got the most beautiful pink set with crystals and it was to die for; every tech in there is so talented! I got the dip powder with some lime work designs and it was about $65 with tip. Highly reccomend :)))

If you want great customer service I highly recommend Artistic nails. Check out my girl Lilly, Jenny, Kathy, and my fav guy Quy! My favs in the shop! I love them so much. Lilly even hip to the lingo. She call me and my sister “Stink”, when she finish a set she says “ate that right on up” lol they are so sweet, so talented and soooo cool. Kathy really give the “rich aunty” vibes. She’s also on point with her hair, lipstick, eyebrows and nails. Don’t play with them. They just renovated the salon so they have way more pedicure chairs!! Ohhh and then pedicures, what’s 4+4? Oh, ATE DOWNNNN. They feel so gooodddd.

Enjoyed my experience at Artistic Nails. Can’t remember the young lady’s nail that did my pedicure but I would rate it 5-6/10 at best. It overall felt very rushed. I then got a full set done by ‘Son’. 10/10! He was quick and truthfully exceeded my expectations. I showed him a picture and he recreated perfection! 100% would recommend him for nails.. pedicure I’d pass on getting again though.

Jenny (sorry if this isn’t how you spell it) did a fantastic job on my nails. She was patient when it came to soaking off my nails from a previous salon that butchered them. Not only did she take her time, but she made sure my shape and polish were CRISP. The price was also VERY affordable for a full gel set!

They took me about 45 minutes before close knowing I was coming in for a full set of pink and whites with a set needing to be removed. The gentleman who took me, had the option to tell me to, Come back tomorrow, its too late... Instead, he did my nails with a smile on his face. He stayed until my Nails were done RIGHT. He talked cars with my husband and I and was a pleasure to interact with. He was the last employee there. But, made it clear that he was happy to have my business. His work was flawless and his attitude was wonderful. The salon is clean and I would go back again and again! Thank you!!!!

But overall they got really good staff really good with painting nails the lady that did my nails went to go get another color because the one looked yellow. And I really enjoyed going to this place for my nails 💗!!

I was on vacation when I got my nails done. I am obsessed with them! At first it took a while for them to see me. But whenever I finally got to my nail technician and he was so nice. I wasn’t sure what color I wanted at first so he helped me pick a color that I liked in after me still not liking any of the colors he said don’t worry I’m not in any rush I want to take my time on your nails. He made sure i liked my nails and took them time to help me when most nail salons wouldn’t.
