    I always receive great service at HyVy Nail Spa. Upon arrival at the salon, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the ambiance was calm and elegant. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable.My nail technician Vy, was very friendly & professional. I received a gel manicure with Christmas designs. Overall, my experience was excellent. From the ambiance to the staff expertise, I couldn’t have asked for a better manicure. I highly recommend this Spa.

    Long wait, well worth it! I’ve had 3 manicures here now, 2 standard gel polishes, and most recently a French manicure with the plastic white tip extensions. The gel polishes were fine.. but I’m here to talk about my French.The French manicure I got this week from Maddie is possibly the best French I’ve ever gotten, and that has been my usual go-to style for about 10 years. Every white tip was uniform in length, perfectly aligned on my finger (even though I’ve been told my “fingers are crooked” by other nail technicians), and mostly importantly, the layer of gel over the nail was very thin and weightless, and appeared to come naturally from the cuticle. This is exactly what I was looking for.I’ve gotten many bad Frenches over the years with maybe a 1/4 or 1/3 inch of gel piled on top of each nail, which is heavy and unnatural looking. Will be back and will be requesting the same technician by name.

    I have been very nervous about where to go to get my nails done since moving to Pensacola. There are so many places to choose from. My friend, Maria referred me to Lucy at HyVy and I could not be more pleased!!!!! Lucy did an amazing job creating the nail that I wanted and she is SO SWEET and was so patient with all my questions. I highly recommend her and HyVy!!!

    Went for the first time to this very nice and clean salon. Vivy did my nails and an absolute perfect job, she listened to my requests ( shape of nail, thickness of nail polish..) and really cares to give her clients a beautiful result.     Great service and friendly staff! I went here with my wife and a Filipina named Kat took very good care of us. My wife loves her nails. My wife gets her nails done about every 2 weeks, and this is the first place in Pensacola that actually did a fantastic job! We highly suggest you book with Kat before she gets too busy! Also, the pedicures are amazing!

    I came with my bridal party of 7. Everyone got mani pedis and LOVED their services. The owner (I didn’t catch her name) did my acrylics and she SLAYED them. Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to treat themselves!

    This is my third visit so Hyvy nails is doing something right! Kenny and Raymond have both done my manicures and pedicures and they are both great. The shop is very clean and from what I have seen all nail equipment is taken from a sterile package. The pedicure tub is wrapped with a disposable liner before each use even thing clean them after each use. I like that they take cleanliness and client safety seriously.I have read other reviews about having to wait long and that has not been my experience; however I do make an appointment and I walk right in and I’m seated immediately. So, I recommend using the “Book” option and there should be no reason to wait.

    I have been using HyVy Nail Spa for the past 6 months and I highly recommend them. The shop is bright and clean, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Vy does my nails, and is wonderful! She is great at making suggestions on nail designs, but also on how to care for your hands. All the people who work there are very good. Pedicures, manicures, acrylic or gel nails, they do a great job on everything.

    Overall it was a good experience.I liked that they opened up new tools when I started my pedicure. I know that should seem like the standard but this is the first place I have been to in Pensacola that does that.The quality of the job could be better. As you can see in the pictures I included, my right index finger has a very small hole on the French tip and some of the tips aren’t colored in fully when you view them from the side. I think it’s something they would have fixed if I mentioned.Two things that could be positive or negative factors are time it took and talking involved. I had an appointment for French tip gel manicure and pedicure at 1100 and I was done with both and the payment by 1212. This was a positive factor for me since I have school and work too. But I know some people go to nail salon for “me time” and this may come off bit short for them. Another factor is the amount of talking involved. The place was overall quiet and my nail technician kept talking to bare minimum. She even gestured for certain things instead of speaking. This was also positive factor for me because I’m an introvert but I can see how this isn’t enjoyable for people who like small talks.

    I had Maddie for a pedicure today and it was so good!! I had an awful experience at another place and was waiting to find a place that I love and will be coming back to. This is definitely the place! Maddie had such a nice aura and was definitely detail oriented even for a pedi. Thanks so much☺️

    I totally recommend doing your nails with Kenny. He does a very clean job and he is very patient with picky clients like me. I have been in 3 different Vietnamese nail salons and I can tell you that this in particular is very clean and quiet . I had a manicure and dip powder number 09 which I loved it.     I recently moved to Florida from Alabama and decided to start getting my nails done as a way to treat myself. My husband found HyVy nails based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. I have had Vy and today, Lucy. They have been amazing, detailed, great customer service and always leave happy! Lucy did an amazing job on my nails and feet today. I told her what I wanted and even made it better. Highly recommend HyVy nails and will go back again!

    Vy is so talented and really takes care of her customers! I asked for a design I saw on instagram and she executed flawlessly. Her attention to details is par none and she really takes her time, checking to be sure you like what you see along the way. The spa itself is so beautiful and relaxing.     My wife and her friend had their nails done here for the first time today. They did not have appointments, but walked in at 9am and were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and able to quickly be offered a drink and a chair at the nail tables. My wife got her dip nails done by a guy named Anh and my wife’s friend had a gel manicure from a woman whose name they did not know. Both of these nail techs did an amazing job. My wife and her friend were very happy with the quality work done, no waiting time, and the kind staff. (The photo is my wife’s dip manicure.)

    I didnt catch the name of the gentleman who did my nails, but he did a fantastic job! I asked for short acrylic french tips and he gave me exactly what I asked. Also the pedicure was lovely. The shop was clean and well decorated. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be coming back.

    I’ve been seeing Vy for over a year now. I couldn’t be more excited that she has her own spa! When you walk into Vy’s shop, you are greeted by modern, clean decor, & Vy with her friendly, warm attitude. She’s amazing at making you feel pampered! And her manicures are perfection!     My sisters and I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and we got seated right away. All 3 ladies that were doing our nails listened well to what we wanted.     I went there as it was recommended from my sister and I love this nail salon. The have an excellent environment, I love my nail tech techniques (my nails last up to a month).     I usually just pop in a nail salon wherever I am at the time. So I’ve been to several different ones throughout the years in the Pensacola area. This is the first nail salon that has made an impression. They take their time with you here. I don’t feel like part of an assembly line or rushed when I’m here. I usually stick with the same polish color for a while. I enjoyed my first visit so much I decided to just drive a little further passing other nail places that I would have normally stopped at just for convenience. So my second visit here as soon I walked in she said: “Hi! You’re color 117, here is your polish color.” Very nice and very personable. The place is very clean and inviting. My girl gives a great pedicure, taking her time to remove every little imperfection. It’s nice find a place that stands out and you enjoy enough to become a regular. Oh! And I have to mention the chairs. They are the best pedicure chairs I have sat in. HyVy has just been a great experience and a place I look forward to visiting regularly.

    Overall excellent experience with nice facilities, efficient work, nice options for pedicures and manicures. My only complaint is that I called and asked for an ombré dip manicure and booked an appointment for that, but when i arrived they said they could only do dip for acrylic. I can’t have acrylic nails for work (medical) but was able to find a color I liked.

    I’m actually Ken’s wife, but HyVy Nail Spa is fabulous! I had a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax today and Lucy was fabulous! She is fast, but very efficient! The nail spa is very relaxing and the staff are super friendly! This was my fourth visit and will continue to go here in the future!

    Vivy is the BEST!!! I have been to countless nail salons in Pensacola and after meeting her I do not trust my nails with anyone else. Her talent is unmatched. Pretty much everyone I know goes to her and for good reason. Not only is she a master at her craft, but she’s also a wonderful person which makes the whole experience even better.     The service at HyVy was grat. We HyVy was great. Me and my wife were able to get quick service on a walk-in. I got a pedicure and it was sensational. My feet have never felt better. My nail tech was very nice and efficient. The shop is very clean and has lots of mani/ pedi stations and pleasant music. Super enjoyable experience and we will be coming back soon.
