I’ve always loved this place for my mani/pedi! My nail tech Kathy does my nails perfect every time, every shape I’ve got, she’s done excellent and she goes the extra mile for me and I love her for that! She isn’t too rough on messaging the legs when I get my pedi, always makes sure I’m comfortable and my water is perfect. She could almost put me to sleep. Never been rough, never grew a fungus under any nails. The other employees even when they’re walking around they still will acknowledge clients and give a hello or how are you! Pricing is reasonable!

I went into Lux Nail Bar when I had a break at work after my nail broke. Its extremely uncomfortable for me when I have only one or two nails missing so I always end up ripping them off subconsciously. So it was nice when they said they could get me in right away. I also had them filled not even 2 weeks ago at another place and though the girl was very nice, she didnt assure that any of the acrylic that was popping up was removed and smoothed before filling so you could see the yellow and distorted lines in the middle of my nail. Andrew, my tech, explained that he would do his best to fix and seal them because lifting of the nail can lead to bacteria and mold if water gets in. He took his time to drill off the parts that needed to be fixed and filled them in. He was understanding that I didnt have time to get a new set and that I would have to do it next time. He worked with me to figure out how to hide the lines that he couldnt completely fix under the acrylic and did an absolutely amazing job on the French tip. He saved my nails! And I work in an environment where my appearance does mean something, so I was so very happy to leave with this set. I will definitely be coming back.

Came in for a dip set and tips on two of my nails. Kenny did an excellent job. I only took off a star because the shape was a bit wonky on some of the nails but the dip and polish looked excellent. If I lived in Pensacola, I would definitely be coming back. The photo I added is about 10 days after getting my nails done and they’ve held up well after multiple house of daily swimming in both pool and ocean.

I go to Kathy at Luxury Nail Bar and she is awesome! I go every couple of weeks for my nails and a pedicure. She is so sweet, talented, and accommodating. She is good with nail designs. The rest of the staff is very pleasant and the place is clean. I love Kathy, she is the best!❤️

MIKE HAS BEEN DOING MY NAILS SONCE 17And I now 30. I refuse to go to anyone else or any other nail spa because Mike and his entire staff is absolutely amazing. They truly take time to care about your request and take the time to do them perfect. Mike is an absolute perfectionist speedy, creative and DOES THE BEST SHAPE of any style nail!!!! I will never use another nail place besides this one and I highly recommend them for anyone in the future that once high-quality nails

I stopped by this evening for an impromptu manicure and pedicure. I did have to wait for quite a bit, but I can’t really complain about that because I didn’t have an appointment. My nail tech did a great job, and even though they were visibly busy, he was meticulous and never made me feel rushed. I would advise that if you don’t want to wait to make an appointment, because even on a week night, they were slammed. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely try them again.

I walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately.Ivy did an incredible job... I sprang for the lavender volcano pedicure ($65) thinking it would be just a LITTLE bit nicer. What an incredible experience! Definitely worth the upgrade.I think she massaged my legs and feet something like three separate times. Included a paraffin foot mask & Hot stone massage as well.Meticulous cuticle and nail Care, great polish job.I also received a nice manicure. Nothing fancy--just wanted my natural nails cleaned up and buffed to a shine--she did a great job.The salon is clean, quiet and plays lovely classical piano music. Truly RELAXING. And no horrible acrylic smell like in many nail salons. Staff is efficient, friendly and upbeat.Im visiting the area from out of town, but if I get back to Pensacola I plan on coming back.

My sister is a stroke survivor with limited communication. The lady helping us did a wonderful job. She was so patient, kind, understanding, and gentle with my sisters sensitive/thin nails. She was able to communicate through drawing and phone images to find exactly what my sister wanted. She did a very complicated design, and was so polite throughout the entire process. My sister felt relaxed, safe, and comfortable - and she usually has high anxiety. I will always recommend this location. ❤️❤️❤️Will update with a photo once the design is dry.

I absolutely love this salon!!! i’ve been all around pensacola trying to find a great salon that i have no problem with the people poking me or cutting my cuticles and i’ve finally found the right spot! , every time i come to luxury nails i luckily get this guy name mike and he is the bomb!!! at doing my nails he never fails me. everyone is so nice and the salon is very nice , i will definitely be coming back here. mike is good at his job and he’s very quick at doing it , he definitely makes sure i’m satisfied with his work 10/10 recommend.

I was so lucky to find this salon and mike when I moved here! I usually have to go through a few nail artists before I find one that I love, but I found mike right away! He is so amazing, friendly and an exceptional artist. He always goes over my nails multiple times to find even the smallest imperfections and fix them because he wants only the best for his clients. He is fabulous!

The staff here is wonderful, I’ve never had a problem with customer service here and I’ve been going for 6 months now. I started off with the nail specialist Kim there doing my nails and she was very good, but something happened that she was having an allergic reaction to something being used so then I started going to Mike or his brother Kenny and both guys are awesome, they do a good job with nails.Ivy is the nail specialist that does my feet and she’s awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. I’m sure the experience would be as I’ve had. Great!

Wendy did my classic pressure with OPI Cajun Shrimp. This Luxury Nail Bar carries OPI products unlike most other nail salons. I was offered soda, wine, or water. I chose water ( got to stay hydrated) needless to say. This place is a Pensacola gem. Please support this business.

I took the time to book an appointment online but when I arrived the gentleman at the front disregarded everything I said and sat me at the wrong station. He seemed rushed and disinterested. The nail tech appeared upset at first because I wasnt getting the service she thought, but when I explained to her what service I needed, she was really good about getting me taken care of.
