I’be never been 100% satisfied with my nails but I can say that my experience today was more than 110%! Fast seating, clean environment, friendly people, top notch quality and pricing. I will definitely be going back anytime I get my nails done and sending everyone that way!!

I love coming here. They always do a fantastic job! I’m not from here and I’ve been to several different nail salons down here but Diva is the only one I keep coming back to. They are so friendly and accommodating. I always get a pedicure but I have gotten my nails done several times, I have gotten my eyebrows done a couple times, I even got my lashes done this past time. Everything they do, they do great and the prices are the best I’ve seen around Pensacola. I get soooooo many compliments and I always tell them. Diva nails is where you need to go, hands down!!! They’ve got new scrubs and lotion packs that they do if you get a deluxe pedicure and they smell so good and leave your skin feeling so fresh afterwards

I can’t say enough good things about the nail artists at Diva nails. I was feeling really down today.. and also needing a new nail tech. The one I had been going to destroyed my nails .. and wouldn’t listen to what I wanted.Ben… Bryan and Wendy all were So kind , and did top notch work with my nails. I got new set ( extensions) .. With color .. designs and gems .. then pedi with color. I’m beyond happy .. I will be a monthly client from now on. It turned my whole day around. Thank you :)

Leo did my pedicure twice. First Deluxe and the second time, VIP. I can 100% vouch for an exceptional experience from beginning to end. He has literally mastered his craft! His personality (meticulous, caring, gentle, soothing) combined with his 10/10 skill is a winning combination. His massages are the best, he certainly handles you with care and consideration. He is certainly one of a kind and I definitely aspire to replicate such great service in my own field of medicine. Someone raise this mans pay! 👏 ❤️

Great service, nice clean. Wendy did my nails and she was great. I never get bling. But she did it perfectly. I found my Pensacola nails shop. Leo is my personal pedicure magician. I work on the beach severing for 10-12 hours a day my VIP pedi is worth it once a month.

Had an amazing pedicure there. Leo thoroughly massaged my feet and legs with the diva package. I got French tips and love it. My girls also got their nails done and they looked great. They even put a flower on my little ones toes and she loved it.

Ben is the best nail tech ever!! He did my nails when I lived in Texas. I recently moved to Florida, so I am thrilled to be able to continue having him apply my acrylic nails. My nails are always perfect and look very natural. He is quick and extremely gentle too. The salon is clean and beautiful. It is such a pleasure having my nails done here, and I am so grateful to have Ben and his sweet wife to keep my hands and feet looking so pretty.

I got my nails (dip) done yesterday by a gentleman. I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing glasses. I really appreciate how much time he took to perfect my nails and make them look natural. Horrible photo but this place really makes sure to glue the nail on. Most places dab the glue and carelessly place the nail on, causing it to fall off within days. I feel confident that these will last 3-4 weeks with no issue at all. Shape and color also looks amazing! Will definitely return. (Ignore my cuticles I bite them)

I had a terrible idea to go to another salon for my first time getting my nails done (ever in my life) and paid the price. My normally healthy natural nails were DESTROYED and painful as a result. I lived with the struggle of the pain from tissue thin nails that would fold over the bed backwards if I so much as scratched an itch gently for about a month. I couldnt take it anymore. I came to Diva Nails at the recommendation of someone I talked to with beautifully done nails. I was nervous beyond belief to have someone mess with my nails again. Ben was great and helped me calm right down. He was empathetic about the previous experience and took extra care not to make the already tender part of my fingers hurt more. He got me fixed right up and I couldnt be happier. I have nails again and they are beautiful. I absolutely love the work and I have my confidence restored in the manicure process. I will NOT be going to another nail salon again. They have my trust and business. I cant thank you enough, Ben. I have the function of my fingers without the fear of the pain now.

Best pedi Ive ever had. His name was Lee and I wont ever go anywhere else again as long as hes here. Nails Ive gotten done here twice and they are average not bad but nothing phenomenal. But when I say that pedi Gave me life! Its hard to find someone that will pay attention to really cleaning them out and getting any ingrowns out. Great massage and pressure point therapy. Just wonderful. If you get pedis for the therapy I highly recommend Lee!

We both had a pedicure and eye brow waxing, and I also had a fill in of my acrylic nails. We definitely had a 5 star experience! The staff were all very sweet and accommodating. They were busy but even so everyone was cared for in a timely matter and asked would they like a beverage. Our services were wonderful, my nails may be my favorite I have ever had! I am a big customer service girly. I have been to many different nail salons around the Pensacola area & have struggled to find a place that didn’t make me feel like I was a hassle when I walked in the door. Every single person in Diva Nails was super friendly and they knew almost every customer who walked in by name (though this was my first time there). I’m sure being a nail tech gets exhausting, but I was grateful to receive service with a smile and some light conversation. Will absolutely be going back.Ps this is a good place for those of us who have a bit of social anxiety. I even heard them encouraging the lady next to me to speak up if her nails weren’t exactly the way she wanted them :)

Have been coming here for almost a year and have NEVER had a bad experience. Ben and Wendy and Michael are all top notch and do anything they can to make their customers happy. The horrible one star just posted is unfounded. I was there, she came in and said another shop messed her nails up and Ben told her he’d have to remove the crooked nails to fix them. She didn’t want to pay for that and got mad and started verbally assaulting Ben. He asked her to leave. 100% recommend Diva Nails for everyone!!! They are rockstars! They have been open for about a month and it is the place to go if you want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and quality work. I visited and got my nails, feet and eyelashes done. The price was very reasonable even with a 15% discount. I plan to make Diva Nails a one stop permanent place to go to get pampered. Very satisfied customer!!!!!
