Absolutely amazing. before getting my nails done here i went somewhere else that did a horrible job for my wedding nails, when i called asking if bellagio could fix it they were SO sweet and understanding and had me come right in. they did exactly what i wanted and treated me so kindly. my nails were exactly what i wanted! they even sent me home with a flower ❤️

I had an amazing experience at Bellagio. I came in for a manicure and pedicure for my wife, mom and me, and the staff made us feel right at home from the start. They were friendly, professional, and really paid attention to detail.The atmosphere was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. My nails look fantastic – way better than I expected! I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Bellagio to all my friends!

My first visit to the salon was great. I called for an appointment and got on the books within an hour (even on a busy Saturday).My tech was Ivy and I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did just that. She was also flexible if I wanted to make any slight changes (shape, colors) before finishing the nails. Really happy with them!

I absolutely love this place! I went in for my nails and toes for my wedding and got exactly what I could dream of. I showed a photo of what I wanted and Mike put all his effort into making it match perfectly. I don’t have a single complaint at all. Ive always enjoyed my trips to Bellagio. I usually get my peds there and occasionally acrylics. The tech that did these was great! He listened to what I wanted and Im really happy with the shape and thickness/thinness of these nails. They dont feel bulky at all, there is no build up of acrylic under the nails, they feel great.

I took my daughter with me to get our nails done and we both had a great experience. I came in without an appointment and they had us both in a chair within 10 minutes. My daughter wanted a pedicure and I got a full set with glow in the dark powder as well as a pedicure. All the staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter was so relaxed she actually fell asleep. I cannot remember the name of the lady who did the pedicures but Mike did my nails. I love them and they glow so bright! Even though our services ended up running past closing time, I did not feel rushed. They made my daughter comfortable while she took a nap as I was still getting my nails done. Amazing service! This nail salon was very clean and sterile unlike a lot of nail salons around town. Tony and Emily were amazing! All the workers were super friendly and very understanding to meet your needs. This spa offers complimentary drinks and alcohol (alcohol is limited to one glass) for all the customers. The spa prices are more on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. In my opinion, the quality of work matches the prices. Highly recommend!

My man Ronny can do some amazing nail art work. The other day I went in with a toe nail that had cracked at the base and he glued it, put gel over it and said come back in two week it’ll be fine by then. Every time he does my nails he is careful, considerate and funny.The salon is beautiful and they really love their customers.My only suggestion is that they offer more shellac color options.

I reside in Atlanta and I was in town visiting. I heard this place was nice. I went. Although my nails were pretty, the place is overly priced. I got SNS pink and white ombré with coffin shape (which I’ve already had) and I had to get a fake nail on one nail. SNS is $40 for one color, $10 was added because I got ombré, $5 was added for the fake nail and then another $5 was added because I got coffin shaped (but my nails were already that shape)!! That was $60! In Atlanta the same style is $35. Idk if I’d go back cause they are expensive!

He takes the time to shape each nail until they are perfect and will always make sure you’re leaving happy with how the color/shape/design turned out. I wanted to give a huge thanks to Sue & Tony. My daughter gets her nails done every once in awhile & I hated it because they would come off in a few days. Never would last more then a week. Tony did hers, he spent a lot of time and assured me they would stay and let me tell you I dont know what magic he did but he worked it because all 10 nails are still on its over 2 weeks now!! Also Sue did nine & Ive been to a few salons trying to get what I wanted & shes the first to actually do it so I was very pleased! We go again for our 2nd visit Su day & Im praying its just as good!

Best nail salon experience Ive ever had. I was in Pensacola for vacation and called Bellagio last minute for a gel manicure. I was so grateful they were able to get me right in. I was greeted immediately by a sweet girl at the front and offered a complimentary drink of choice. Tiffany was my nail tech, and she was fantastic. I specifically requested to not have my nails sanded down before applying the gel, and she honored my request without judgement. As part of the manicure, Tiffany had me place my hands in these heating pads with the cuticle softener--so relaxing. Id never had that done before; every other place Ive been to had me put my fingertips in a bowl of warm water, which is fine. It was just a pleasant surprise to have that as part of the basic gel manicure package. I appreciate that the staff was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank yall so much for a wonderful experience.

This was my first time coming to Bellagio. I was previously going to another establishment and was unsatisfied with the work (Im not much for confrontation). I walked in the front door and was greeted quickly, when questioned on what I was looking for I was able to show them my previous nails, explain my dislikes, and from there they said there was no problem..My nail technician was Linda, she made the proper corrections to my nails and gave me a clean, classic French Manicure. She was amazing and I will be returning to her as a regular. Thank you for knowing exactly what I meant and giving me that.I have no doubt that the other staff are just as amazing. The place itself is as beautiful as the photos. Clean and fresh. The pricing in my opinion fits the service provided. I have not one complaint. I defiantly will be recommending to friends. :DBelow: Before- Nails were heavy, thick all around, and very much square box shaped. I did like the mood polish & sparkles. But overall unsatisfied. After- well speaks for itself.

Best nail experience Ive had hands down! I went 2 weeks ago to a different salon to get my nails done. They really messed them up! I came in tonight to see what could be done to fix it and they did a fantastic job! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! It was very spacious and super clean and organized. I’ve been here multiple times now, never with an appt, and each time they have gotten me right in and I’m done within no time at all. The staff is great and I always leave super happy with my nails. As a dog groomer my hands are constantly in water so I tend to have trouble with my nails not lasting. I’ve seen multiple techs here and my nails are always still stuck at 2 weeks with hardly any lifting. Salon is well kept and clean, as are tools. Highly recommend!

I had my first ever visit to this place today. Usually, I’d paint my own nails but I’m currently pregnant and don’t feel like sitting on my bathroom floor just to have cute toes. I thought maybe I’d be sitting around for a while, but the wait wasn’t long at all. I got the Aphrodite pedicure with gel and it was worth every penny.

Im vacationing here in Pensacola and needed an acrylic fill. Im quite apprehensive about new nail salons because Ive been to quite a few and most do not know how to do sharp stiletto nails. But I came here because they had so many good reviews, and boy did they live up to them. The place was beautiful and luxurious looking, and it was the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to. They all wore gloves and even had the nail drill pieces sitting in sanitizer. They were all very friendly and welcoming. Mike did my nails, and he was awesome. Very nice and conversational, and said hed do anything I wanted, just to let him know. I told him how sharp I wanted them, and he did exactly that. I didnt have to ask him even once to make them sharper (when usually I have to repeat myself and ask nail techs SEVERAL times to make then sharper). Im very pleased with how my nails came out, and I wish this salon was in PA where I live because I would definitely keep coming back. Thank you Mike for making this experience so pleasant and relaxing!

This place is AMAZING! The staff are always so friendly and attentive. I drive an hour just to get my nails and toes done. I love all the pedicure options you can choose from, and they have an expansive collection of the SNS dip nail colors. Im not sure why people think they are over priced...Ive been to many nail salons and they charge less than most others. The experience, quality, relaxing environment, and clean atmosphere are well worth the money I spend. I HIGHLY recommend!

Extremely clean so that made it worth the little bit extra I paid. They have those great massaging chairs huge (real) glasses of wine and unfortunately they were all wearing these weird uniform shirts that kinda took the ambiance down a notch but it was still nice they were in uniform. Mike did my nails he really got my nails the perfect thickness I got the ombre powder it was really light and subtle. I also got a pedicure the bamboo stick massaging was great. Two complaints I have is they charge 25 extra for gel on a pedicure even with one of their signature pedicures which start at $39. And lastly they charged 7 to take off my gel polish since I didnt get gel (got a French manicure). But Im going to be returning they were well staffed clean actively sanitizing equipment after use. And the facility is large and clean with tins of wine.

Not only do you come in and feel like royalty but you also get your choice of soda or wine and the environment is so relaxing. My girlfriend and I went here for pedicures and I ended up getting my nails filled as well. The tech who did my girlfriend’s feet did an amazing job. He really made her feet look great. I have been to three shops in Pensacola so far to get my nails done and this establishment did the best job by far. I wasn’t satisfied with the first color I picked and the tech helped me find a new color and made sure I was completely happy. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. I will be going back.

Love this new nail spa! The place is so nice and clean, the staff is very personable and friendly and they offer great services! I love that they are always open. The pedicure chairs are amazing and its so sanitary how they use a liner every time. I always get the ibd nails...so pretty (thanks tony)! Lots of colors to choose from for nails. They offer a room for private parties/groups. I plan on bringing my wedding party here :-) Thank yall so much!!! Oh and cant forget the drinks they offer while getting your stuff done!

Ive been here twice; once by myself and once with my two girls. Both experiences were fantastic. Drinks are provided and the selection of services available are very nice. I was very impressed with the accommodations for my 5 year old. They provided a booster cushion to make her more comfortable in the chair and her nail technician was great at interacting with her and painted beautiful flowers on her big toes. It was a very relaxing experience for me as well. The price was very reasonable.

Went in today for the first time and I absolutely loved the service and how my nails turned out! I’ve gone to quite a few different salons here in Pensacola and this was by far the best! I told Mike I wanted black matte coffin tipped acrylics and he did not disappoint. I will definitely be back anytime I need my nails done!

Extremely nice salon. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The guy did a great job on my nails. And the young lady did a great job on my eyebrows. The chairs were nice. They have this great wooden pole they massage your legs with. Amazing. Will def be back.

I got a gel manicure on a Friday at 1130 am, it wasnt as busy as I thought it would be. The receptionist helped me as soon as I walked through the door. It is a very organized and clean establishment. My gel manicure with french tip was around 44 dollars, 39 for gel mani, plus 5 for french tip design. It is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I also got a complimentary glass of wine. Overall, I had a great experience, thank you Amy for doing a great job on my nails. I will be returning with my girl friends.

Absolutely AMAZING nail salon. Literally the best one I’ve ever been to and I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years. I did a complicated full set of acrylic gel nails and my nail tech Mike was so professional and did a perfect job. So sad I am only on vacation here in Pensacola and visiting, we have nothing like this back home in the mountains of North Carolina. Please go!

My technician, Davis, did a wonderful job with the gel color and massages. They did my pedicure and manicure in the massage chair so I could stay seated through the entire visit. Everything is very clean, and they take hygiene very seriously, asking all guests to wash their hands when they enter and taking temperatures at the door. Very relaxing experience!

Went there for the second time a few days ago and I got the SNS Pink and White and they turned out beautifully! I like the process much better than the process for acrylic; seems more gentle. The service was excellent as it was the first time I went and got a pedicure. Will definitely recommend the experience to anyone who needs a little pampering!

This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to in Pensacola. It does not smell of chemicals, and the staff is professional and friendly. I have been going to John for about a year now and Ive had the best nails of my life. I get acrylic nails and they look natural, and they always last! I usually go every 3 weeks for a fill in. The only nail salon Ill go to! I highly recommend going and seeing John for your nails.

Went on for the first time today to get an eyebrow wax. Great experience. The salon had zero chemical smell, and its a beautiful location. Tony did a great job with the eyebrow wax, and convinced me to stay and get a SRS manicure, which holds up like gel, but is completely organic. I absolutely love it. Beautiful! Ill never go back to gel manicures, but I will go back to Bellagio. :)

I love this place! I go once every 2 weeks. They’re always very friendly. They’re helpful and polite, even when I’m being somewhat indecisive at times. To me it’s not that expensive for what you get. It’s $60 for IBD gel nails. I do tend to change it up a bit and get them filed differently, glittery sometimes, mood changing, etc. so it might end up being a little more. I’m completely fine with it though, because they always look amazing!! See you in the morning! Lol

Absolutely love this place! I just moved to Pensacola a year ago and have visited many nail salons in the area. Most of them close early or wont take a walk in after 5 if they are open later. Bellagio is amazing, I walked in at 6 and they immediately took care of me. I didnt have to wait, I love their sign in checklist that makes it easy to tell them what you want. It is very clean and organized. Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

I have been having my nails done here since they opened. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I was using a gel product when I first started coming and Tony convinced me to try IBD nail builder. It is a great product and they apply it flawlessly. I had never heard of a product they use SNS I had always had acrylics and was not happy with the gel manicure I had tried at another salon. Ive only been going here for a few months. I typically always love my nails when Im done. I was not happy the last time I went there ( I should have said something immeditately) . The guy who did my nails clearly was not as skilled as some of the others at the SNS dip. He filed them too thin and all my nails were brittle and half of them broke in a week. Im not too happy that I paid $40 for nails that lasted a week (when I typically went a month with no problems) and I now have to spend more time growing my natural nails out again since most broke at the tip of my finger and one below the tip which is now superglued so it wont bleed!!!! I love the atmosphere and plan to return eventually. Im also not too thrilled that they would not remove the dip and reshape what nails I do have at no charge. I spent good money for what are now fragile nails that look terrible and was not compensated in any way. I get they have a three day policy but something should be done for mediocre work for their pricing. Instead, I was told I could pay $12 for a manicure. I will just make sure to go back to Ronnie who has always done a wonderful job! Never will I let anyone else there touch my nails! One bad experience wont keep me away. Plus, they serve alcohol!

After using different nail salons, about 4 years ago, I finally found the best in Pensacola at Bellagio!! They are so friendly, professional, and skilled in nail care and most importantly safe and clean!! I trust every tech there but I use Van for everything due to how well my nails look every time!! And with the Covid issue, I definitely feel safe with the guidelines they have in place!! I recommend Bellagio to anyone looking for the best nail salon anywhere!!

Love, Love, Love Bellagio Nails and Day Spa! Ive known Tony and his family for over 10 years. I have a great experience each time I go. Tony is always looking for innovative new techniques to increase the relaxation factor...and cleanliness for the customer is his highest priority. The spa is beautiful and I feel very pampered. The chairs are amazing...love the choice of beverages (even wine)! I encourage everyone to go there at least once. Im sure you will become a repeat customer. In town for business. Wanted to get a pedi & gel mani. David was the gentleman who helped me. Very nice & professional. Clean and quiet ambiance. I’m very picky and skeptical about going ANYWHERE to get my nails done. Glad I read reviews, and gave them a try. They are a tad bit pricey. So if your looking to spend less than 50$ this is not the place. Thanks for the good experience. If I’m ever in town again, and need nail service I will definitely return to you guys!

This is my go-to nail salon in Pensacola, FL. It was my first time trying SNS nail dip powder and certainly not my last. Im usually a gel manicure person, but my experience with SNS here was amazing! Ive been here three times for SNS and each time Ive had a different nail tech. I have not had an experience where I was unsatisfied with the way my nail shape turned out. I go for the square round look and each nail tech has done a great job! I highly recommend this place for big parties. Plenty of pedicure stations and they even have beverages. Its a fancy nail salon and the prices arent that outrageous. The service is very friendly. The weekend is busy - so if youre not into the long waits try checking out this place out on weekday evenings. My go-to times are right after work.

First time ever going here, and I have nothing but great things to say! I came to get a relaxing pedi for my birthday and thats exactly what I got and more. I had previously gone to another nail spa and received horrible service that I left before I even got in a chair. Everyone who works at Bellagio was extremely nice and helpful. The staff is always great, the salon is cleaner than any other one I have been to, and it doesnt have that awful chemical smell that other shops do. This is a wonderful place to get your nails done! Myk did a WONDERFUL job on my IBD nails... I will post a picture on their site. But they look amazing, and feel so strong while being thin, and they look like real nails. Everyone is so friendly and they listen to exactly what you want. I was a walk-in, on Sept 9th, after getting a massage. They got me in right away. Everyone greeted me. The environment was welcoming and very friendly. They were amazing and fast. They serve me drinks and coffee, while being sever, they have a wide selection of service. They have multiple choices for sns (powder), gel and polish, even glow in the dark. I was satisfied with the service and price and will be going back. FYI, Im from Dpahne, Alabama and I would make the drive for their professionalism. Tony was amazing and great! I like my nails short and partially coffin/round, a more natural look and thin. I love my nails and have gotten multiple complements pertaining my nails as well.
