    Excellent service! I had my first pedicure at M Spa Nail and I had a great service, it was super relaxing both the feet massage and massage chair. Donny gave me the best foot massage. I liked the service so much that I came back on the next day to get a full set done . I’m a very perfectionist person so I never leave reviews, but this place I can tell you that the shape, finish, and thickness of the nails are to perfection. Thanks Donny for the pedicure and Wendy for the beautiful set ❤️❤️❤️

    I have been coming to Pensacola for the last three years and this place never disappoints with my manicure. I love the luxury spa pedicure with the hot stones. My favorite. This shop is Very clean, with friendly staff and quick service. Thanks Wendy for a wonderful experience.

    Wendy did a fill on my acrylics and they came out very nice. She was able to match the color as well as correct the mistakes that were made at the previous salon, and was awesome about doing my nails exactly the way I like them. The only downside I saw when I and other patrons walked in was that the nail tech that happened to be up front were very apathetic (i.e. didnt look up from their phone to greet the customer). However, Wendy and others were the opposite: very attentive, joyful, and actually made conversation with me. Overall, the atmosphere here is nice, Wendy did awesome work, and the pricing is fair. Ill definitely be coming back! 💅

    This was my first time here and it will NOT be the last. Wendy was a joy to be around!! Her bubbly personality alone was 5 stars!! Several customers came in while I was there and she knew them by name. Her work was just as wonderful as the experience in her salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! The Deluxe Spa Pedicure was AMAZING and she did a beautiful job on my nails! I will definitely be back! M Spa & Nail has a new customer for sure.

    My feet were so bad I needed this today. Im a mom of 3 and never have time to do anything for myself and today I had a moment. I decided to stop by the closest nail salon by my house and I am so glad I did. They were so pleasant and they even gave me a glass of wine. I feel so much more confident in myself now that my feet are beautiful! All thanks to them! I will be back! I have made a promise to myself to get my feet done once a month and this is where Ill be going.

    I love this nail salon! New to town and have been trying out different ones and this is the best I’ve come by as far as quality, time of appointments/ walk in’s and personalities of staff. Wendy did my nails and was very gentle yet fast and they came out lovely.

    I’ve just moved states and this location is near me. Made an appt online the night before and got right in. Didn’t have to wait when I arrived, and Hannah did such an amazing job on my pedicure! The foot/leg massage was heavenly; and at my request she put an acrylic nail on to replace a natural nail that fell off due to an injury. It was a GREAT experience and I’ve found my new nail place! This place is clean, efficient, and the workers are all friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks!

    The only nail salon I will go to in Pensacola! My mani pedis last me so long and the staff is so kind and funny always. Love the complimentary drink while I get my service done. Wendy and the rest of the team always go above and beyond.

    Very great service, hands on and they listen to what you want. Wendy the manager has great energy...cant remember her sister in law name but she did an amazing job on my pedicure and she was patient and polite. Definitely will be going back.

    Great experience. All the ladies are so nice and fun. Both my pedicure tech Lynn and nail tech Tamy did an excellent job. Tamy did a design on my ring fingers and it’s so pretty. I have tried several Nail Salons but now I don’t have to keep trying other salons I have finally found an excellent and fun salon. Highly recommend.

    I love the pampering I get at M Nail Spa! I highly recommend the elite pedicure with gel polish from Tammy. Wendy is my go-to gal for my nails; she does either Gel X or Hybrid gel for me. One photo shows the hybrid gel with a twist on a French manicure! One shows some bourgeoisie gel art over dip powder!

    Loved it! Had a bad gel x manicure just great 12 days ago and one of them actually started pulling up today from the bottom. I called M Spa and she told me to come on in. One lady removed the gel x nails while another gave me a pedicure (divine). They switched me over to nail tips and put a dip and gel manicure over them. They look so much more natural and feel so much better than the gel crud I got at the last place. Great pricing too. My new nail place.

    I always love coming here but this last experience was overwhelming!! Ive never been able to have the nails I want due to my wide nail beds but when I tell you Ms.DannyG made that fake nail out of acrylic so I could have a full thumb nail and made them feel so natural I was in love 😍😍😍 official new nail tech and the best thing to happen to the shop!! Designs are beautiful and worth the time she takes!!

    I was on the hunt for a New Salon, After spending almost 250 ( tip included) at a Nail salon half way across town. Now, I can be a very taxing customer with how long I take to pick a color or design or sticker. Especially, when I feel as if the atmosphere is unwelcoming. I called ahead to M Spa & Nails and was greeted quickly and professionally. First had the classic spa pedi, French tip gel with Ms. Tina. At an amazing price of $60! Ms. Tina was very attentive to my sore spots and was able to help with some ingrown toe prevention. I had begun my appt requesting a dip soak off and reset, then noticed they use Tap Poly Gel/acrylic nail service, and immediately changed up my original ideas. But no matter how indecisive or hesitant I was, Ms. Wendy made sure to keep it fun and conversational. Helping me to create this very fun set of Soft Almond shape, Kiss The Bride color, Tap Poly Gel and Rose Gold Chrome flares!!Mani Total was $75, not including tip.Pedi was $55!Soaked off my nails for $10!Total I spent, with tip, was $190!$60 cheaper than my last Salon! Definitely one of my new Favorite Salons in Pensacola.-Ande

    I received the best wax of my life. I have thick coarse 4c hair down there lol and she got it all. Most places leave so much hair for behind but I was clean and very very smooth!UPDATE!I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS NAIL SHOP EXCLUSIVELY FOR TWO YEARS NOW! The quality of my nails and the atmosphere of this place is unmatched! Between Wendy, Helen, and Lee I get the most phenomenal nails I’ve ever gotten before.     I am new to the Pensacola area. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was in need of a new nail technician, so I researched some places near my apartment and found this nail salon. Due to the high ratings as well as the incredible reviews, I decided to give this place a try. Tina was my nail tech. for the day and I absolutely loved her! The kind of service I received was a pedicure. I told her in advance I wanted a design and she gave me a beautiful, fun, and creative design on my toe nails. I was more than pleased. She was welcoming, professional, and genuine. I can tell she loves her job. After having a bad morning, I came to this place sad, but I left this place feeling beautiful and uplifted.The owner, Wendy was very professional and kind too. I liked how she came over to me and clarified the kind of service I wanted for the day. She also checked in periodically to see whether or not I liked the service I was receiving from Tina. This was impressive. It made me feel as though she cared whether I liked my nails or not. I really appreciate her concern.As far as the place, it’s nice and small. The nail salon is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere.Overall, I recommend this place to people who love professionals giving them the service they are looking for.

    I moved here from Chicago and my nail guy was an absolutely magical artist. I struggled to find someone who would even attempt to do fun designs. Then I happened to find Wendy. She said she would love to try to see if she could do fun designs. She is awesome! No one can compare to Tommy in Chicago, but Wendy does a fantastic job. She is also very kind and really funny. Definitely my new nail place!

    Got a super deluxe pedicure and my eyebrow wax. Tami (I hope thats how you spell her name) was super awesome! She took her time and really paid attention to detail and my eye brows look amazing. The prices are on par with other places but the service is way superior. Plus wine if you want a glass.Second visit was just as good as the first. Honestly if you want a GREAT pedicure go there!

    I just had the BEST pedicure!! I was a walk in at a busy time and still got service right away. The chairs, the atmosphere, and the music were all nice. The prices were reasonable and I even got some wine. I didnt catch her name, she may not of even spoke English. It was a wonderful quiet time. I 100% will come back.

    I walked in and was immediately welcomed. Everything was clean. There are massage chairs with water jets for the feet.The ladies here were really nice from beginning to end. At one point there were 4 ladies helping me. I felt like a queen getting ready for the ball. The thing I like the most is they were patient and took their time giving me a French manicure, pedicure which came with a arm, leg, foot and hand massage. I had damage to my nail bed and they were careful with my nails when they found out. I also got my eye brows arched. Everything done to perfection. Best french manicure that Ive had here. The eye brows were an immediate positive change. They made sure throughout the process that I liked the service I was recieving. One of the ladies even translated what they were saying which was a nice touch. I came in weighed down from the week. I left so relaxed I went home and slept for hours. Definitely my go to shop. Some of the best service Ive received here in Pensacola.

    I love this place! My best friend and I go here for our nail dates to feel pampered and look fabulous. Wendy has an eye for style and you will not be disappointed color or quality of their nails. I have never broken or chipped their acrylic nails, even with light yard work. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend them!

    I love this place! The first time I got a pedicure, I had the only male ive seen in there and I loved him. Ive always felt rushed at other places like theyre just trying to be done but he took his time and and it felt so nice to just sit back and relax.     I absolutely loved it here. It smelt nice, it was very pretty, and the staff is all respectful and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I came in and I was seen quickly (I did have an appointment but still, they were quick to see people). My nail tech and I had a great conversation and it was just an amazing experience. $35 for my gel manicure, fine by me because it was nice and I know itll last a while. Ill definitely go again for prom and anything in between.

    My neighbor and I go every six weeks. My friend is an elderly diabetic who is very considered about her toes being cut. Every one there is very gentle with her, never an injury and we have been going almost a year. Tim does my pedicure and be is great. Really do love this place.
