This was hands down the BEST experience I have had at a nail salon. I was a walk in today and Ben was my nail tech and he was wonderful. I had a picture off of google that I asked if he could do and Ben recreated it beautifully for me! Throughout the whole experience he was always checking to make sure I liked what he was doing. He was very gentle with my hands and I appreciate that so much! I’m definitely going back again! I LOVE how my nails turned out!

I visited this salon for the first time today with my sister and we had a wonderful experience. Lana and Ben were our main stylists and they both did a great job with the acrylic sets we requested. They listened to our ideas and gave us both gorgeous unique acrylic full sets. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and comfortable and everything was tidy and clean. We will definitely be back!

This is the best nail salon in Pensacola. I always get treated like family and they are very friendly and professional. Lana makes my eyebrows look fantastic. Ben does amazing acrylic nails. Tina is my go to. She’s amazing. If you’re looking for a regular salon to get your nails done and etc- this should be your go to place. Love them and their work!!!!

They did an amazing job I’m only here for the holidays and was just looking for a decent priced quality nail salon and I found them and they are impeccable. Ben did my nails and he was very thorough along with asking if he was hurting me or not. I would definitely come back. There shop is also very nice along with they gave me a complimentary t-shirt and they wernt expensive this set only cost $85.

This is the best manicure I have had in such a long time. Not only was their attention to detail above and beyond but Ben asked me at every step of the way if I was happy. He encouraged feedback at every point. Not only that, but I live states away and what I noticed was every person that walked in they knew their first name and would greet them as if they were family. They remembered me from two years ago. They routinely take care of my grandma and make sure she is safe. They always hold her chair when she’s going to sit and carry her stuff. This family truly cares. I will go out of my way to stop by when I’m in town. And I’m so happy with the manicure.

BEST PLACE IN PENSACOLA!I decided to go here as my usual nail place was closed on Sundays. I was greeted by Ben, who also did my nails. He did a PHENOMENAL job, and was the gentlest with removing my old acrylics. I’ve had others that were quite rough, and my nails are quite sensitive, so this meant a lot to me.I even got to see how him and another associate handled a unruly customer. Ben was so kind and gentle to this “Karen”, and sent her on her way, somewhat satisfied.Still doing my nails, he made sure to excuse himself and physically greet everyone that came in! It was also the fastest (just under one hour) and Ben offered me water. Throughout it all, him and his staff were friendly and Ben was hilarious! My new regular nail place for sure!!In the wise words of Ben, “Pink Powder #1!”

Fabulous! Oh my. Where do I begin? I was greeted very friendly & warmly, asked what I wanted for my pedicure ,manicure explaining the differences. I don’t recall the name of what I chose, but the parrafin or hot rock massage option included with it swayed me & it was wonderful! ( I chose hot rock foot massage) Ben was the gentleman who greeted me, & Tina did both my pedicure & manicure/gel polish. They both were very friendly, warm & welcoming. Tina did an outstanding job on my mani/pedi. She did not hurt me or cause me to flinch even once! This has only happened at one other place in my life! ( Amy Ingram @ Bloom Spa in Gulf Breeze… She is amazing & 5 stars also!)Very gentle yet thorough. The studio is immaculate, spacious, relaxing. A glass of complementary champagne was delightful while soaking my toes & enjoying the comfy massage chair.I was very impressed, very comfortable & received excellent service there. Tina also gave me a wonderful neck & shoulder massage…. ahhhhhhh! I will absolutely be back again. I should have taken a photo of the main area, next time. They also offer waxing & lash services for those interested.

This was my first time here and I loved it!!Lana and Ben are SO welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. They offered me a beverage and made sure I was well taken care of. The attention to detail and time that was taken to make sure my nails were exactly perfect was beyond wonderful.Very clean and beautiful building as well!I was very content with the pricing. It was $60 for my dip nails (since I got so many different colors) and $5 for my removal of my last set.Parking is easy and accessible.Call ahead to make an appointment, but if you forget like me, they were very helpful to get me in on the same day, at a later time. :3

Every tech in there does a great job! The salon is managed very well and they have a lot of experience! I tried other salons closer to my side of town and I regretted it. Best nail salon experience that I have ever had! My husband and I came in as walk ins, I wanted a full set and he wanted a pedicure. We were immediately checked in and seated. Ben, who is also the owner, did my nails. I showed him a reference picture and he did an amazing job. We talked about my negative experiences in most places that just try to rush you in and out, which have left my nails damaged and sensitive. He checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable and liked my nails. We chatted the whole time and it was like sitting down with a friend. My husband enjoyed his experience too. He and his daughters and his sister designed and opened this beautiful shop just over a year ago, you can see the love and attention to detail poured into this place. Cleanest, friendliest nail salon I have ever been to!!!! They even did their entire flower wall by hand 💖

I brought my 2 year old daughter with me and I was skeptical of the experience at first but they really helped me with her. They also had snacks/drinks for her and would open them when I couldn’t. It’s a blessing when someone can help my kid when I can’t in that moment. LV did my pedicure and was phenomenal. Ben did my nails and was great with my little girl and his wife was also a huge help and did great with the design on my nails. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience visiting Meraki Nail Studio. This was the first time I’ve had my toe nails trimmed and feet massaged. The young lady who trimmed my nails also applied a moisturizer on my feet and up my calves. The chair I sat in provided a great full body massage. I will be returning to Meraki Nail Studio when my toe nails need trimming again.

First and foremost by word of mouth I was recommended to com here. When you first walk in you get the feeling of calmness and serenity. Ben greeted me and was so kind and professional. He did an absolute amazing job resurrecting my nails. He took his time and his works shows for it. The owner Lana was amazing as well. They gave me a tour of their facility. They have separate pedicure lounges if you have a bridal party or want to get group pedicures. This nail studio doesn’t smell like your typical nail salon. The layout of this place was amazing. You’re not right up on someone when you are getting your services done. Thank you so much for an amazing job today Ben. I will definitely be back and tell all my friends and family to come to this nail studio.

We are visiting from out of state and I wanted to spend some quality time with my daughter. Looking up for nearby salons for mani/pedi - I found a few but the google images just didn’t sell me until I came across Meraki. I appreciated being able to schedule appointments online for the two of us, and the salon photos didn’t disappoint. Pensacola is about at 50 min drive from where we are staying, and on my drive to the appointment I received a call from the salon confirming our appointments and services requested. When we walked in we were greeted by the staff, the facility was very clean and bright. The very first thing I noticed was there was no over powering chemical odor that I am used to with the salons at home. We chose our colors and they got started. Lana completed my manicure and Ben completed my pedicure. Both of them provided stellar service. All of the employees were friendly and had great customer service skills. They used techniques that I was completely unfamiliar with in removing the old no chip polish, which seemed much quicker and more effective than what I experienced in Illinois. They listened to what I wanted, my problems with gel/ no chip and had alternative solutions. They also offered suggestions for other areas of concerns. I am thrilled that we chose Meraki for our visit today. We only get down this way once or twice a year, but I hope to make this a regular visit.

Ben did an amazing job on my nails. I don’t like thick nails and when I told him what I wanted, he went above my expectations. Chris did an awesome job on my pedicure. This was my first visit here but I will definitely be returning. They are moving down just a couple of suites in the same plaza but with a new name, Merkari. However, it will still be the same nail artists once they get moved. If you haven’t been in to give them an opportunity to earn your business, I highly recommend you do!

Where to even start .. the environment is very clean and beautiful and the whole staff was extremely sweet and ready to cater to you from the moment you walked in Lana, ben and Tina are extremely warm and made sure from beginning to the end I was happy Lana and Ben checking in every step of the way I went in for the volcanic gel pedicure with a full set and it did not disappoint every product felt and smelled amazing and Tina did such and amazing job with the pedicure making sure everything was how I wanted it . I decided to go somewhere that I hadnt been before because this salon was closed that day and let me just say I HATED my nails and I was trying to chew them off they were chunky, different lengths and the color was not what I had asked for, so I decided to come to the salon I know and love to get them fixed/ redone and they did not disappoint! Needless to say I will never be going anywhere else to get my nails done again. I absolutely cant say anything bad or negative about this salon they are kind, friendly, clean and relaxing! When you walk in you are met with nice relaxing piano/ spa music and their entire staff is fabulous! Ben pays extra attention to detail and Lana does fabulous eyebrows and their pedicures are a must, I honestly dont think I have walked out of a salon as happy as I have been with this one. I have been a repeat customer here since they have opened and they never disappoint if you want quality and friendly service this is the place to go!

He got every little cuticle imperfection and did my nails look perfect. He told me to speak up if I didn’t like something and he would be sure that I was happy.Lana was nice and introduced herself as the owner.My bill was $105 for pedicure with regular polish and dip nail with extensions and he didn’t charge me for the thin white line. So I was a little shocked that it cost that much and he didn’t even charge me the full amount. I was expecting to pay around $80-90 cause that’s what I pay at home in Jax for a basic pedicure and my dip with extensions. However, I will say that I was going to tip them handsomely because it was a good experience but I feel like the tip was already included with the inflated price so I only tipped $5 lolHowever, I will come back and get the same thing again. Very nice. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful and very clean salon. I was able to book a pedicure appt on line, and was fortunate to have Ben do my nails. He did a great job and did not rush. They have large screen TVs set to view different counties from a drone. I watched Dubai which was fascinating and made the time enjoyable. And the massage chairs are the best! Here, he literally told the man doing my toes to slow down and take his name and not rush things. That was amazing. This is my new go to place! Clean, smells good, gave me water and champagne! I have been looking for good nail salon in Pensacola but was scared because of a couple of bad experiences. I had seen the store open and a few reviews so I thought I’d try Meraki Nail Studio. I had originally scheduled the appointment for 5pm but called and spoke to the receptionist and asked if I could get an earlier and she got me in at 4pm. Which was perfect actually. Customer service was a 10. From the girl answering the phone and being very pleasant to probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had in my life. The pedicure area is secluded from the nail area. My feet were a hot mess. I have spots of eczema on the top of my feet so I did the deluxe pedicure, which with gel polish came to $80. I also ended up getting my eyebrows waxed. Which hasn’t been done for a very long time and was needed desperately!!!!Lana is the owner and I had the privilege to have her do my nails and my wax. There was several other ladies who had other nail techs and were very pleased with their work and everyone’s feet looked great walking out. I honestly haven’t had an experience like this in a nail salon, and a very long time. It’s clean!! It’s crisp and it’s relaxing. Everyone is laughing and joking with the customers and making sure you get what you pay for and that you’re happy with what you get.I highly highly recommend Meraki and Lana!!They have a loyalty program too!! Get there ASAP. You will be happy. I’m super picky and haven’t had a pedicure in a long time because of bad experiences. I’ll be back.

Today was my 1st time at this salon. I have to say the inside is absolutely beautiful and clean…Lana greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water!! I Got a full set pink & white by Ben…he’s a master at nails!! Made sure i was happy & did a fantastic job!! Very nice & professional!! This salon deserves a 10!! Highly recommend this amazing salon!! I am late doing this but Mrs Nikki is the bumb she did my pedicure and she was very professional as well as nice go see her and Mr Ben the owner was awesome as well he did my nails his wife is an amazing woman I love the over all experience and I will be returning this is my new home. The place is clean and beautiful inside the offer wine, drinks, and water, you have to be grown for the wine but give them a call I got in and out they are open Monday through Sunday which is another plus.

If I could go above 5 stars I would. Lana and the rest of her staff always takes such good care of me when I have my manicure/pedicure with eyebrow waxing. By far the best treatment I have ever received at any salon thus far! My nails usually last 3-4 weeks before I have to go back!

This is the place to be! Friendly, beautiful set up, efficient with way better equipment Ive seen, and most of all super freaking talented. The place is also unbelievable in its conveniences. The colors are all laid out for you, ALL of them. You dont have to pick a color off of a used and abused wheel of colors on a hook. There are massage chairs of course and they have outlets next to all for charging phones etc. They are so pleasant and the owner Lana is extremely nice and makes sure all of her customers are treated well and with top notch service! Im a newb with gel and it had been a hot minute since my last mani pedi and they were super patient with me!

Best Nail Salon in Pensacola. I will always go to Meraki Nail salon from now on, the ladies who work there are so talented and kind and my nails look the best they ever have. Eaman gives a strong and relaxing pedicure and Lana does the most beautiful nails.

This place is amazing. When I walked in it smelled so good. Ben did my nails and I get oval which some don’t get right, but he was on point! He definitely hooked me up with my design. They are so kind and easy to talk to. Lana did my gel pedi and had the same great energy. I 10/10 recommend !

This place is amazing. I went in for a manicure/pedicure. I ended up switching colors after my toes were done, and Christopher (who gave an AWESOME pedicure) took the time to add a layer in the changed color so they would still match. Ben is phenomenal at dip nails, took his time, and gave me the best looking manicure I have ever gotten. His wife Lana said something that made me choose this as my new favorite nail salon - There are a lot of nail salons in Pensacola, but we actually care about you and your nails, and want you to walk out every time feeling beautiful. All the staff here are incredibly professional, kind, and do AMAZING work.

Me and my boyfriend had Christopher and Lana and they were absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back! We called and got an appointment and when we got there they were already set up for our pedicures. They made sure we were relaxed and enjoying our services the entire time. Lana and Christopher are amazing! My husband and I went in this morning as walk-ins and they took us right in even though they prefer appointments and did not disappoint. Everyone was warm and friendly, we felt like family!The shop was nice with a bright and invigorating interior and all brand new massage chairs that were out of this world!Thank you! I moved here 5 months ago and have been using a different business. I was not happy with the service but for whatever reason continued to go. Today I decided I had to find someone else. I am so happy I did!!!!!! Everyone at Nails and Spa For U was so nice and so professional. Just so anxious to make sure you were happy with their work. Lana the owner is so nice and looks out for all her customers. Christopher gave me a great pedicure and gell polish. Ben did a fantastic job with my fill and gell polish. He was so meticulous about cleaning up my cuticles. My feet and nails have not looked this professional and polished since I moved here. Price is right. A few dollars more than I was paying but worth every penny. I just want to show everyone I run into my nails and toes. Beautiful shop and very nice professional staff. You will not go anywhere else after you have been to Nails and Spa For U.

Absolutely one of the best nail shops Ive been to hands down. As soon as I walked in everyone was super kind and courteous. Ben was my nail tech and he was literally the best. Completely listened to everything I wanted but I left with something completely different because he promised to make me happy and man did he! Ive never been somewhere that actually personally called me by name!! They even offered me drinks and snacks! Definitely one quality place and let me tell you the prices are amazing too. Under $50 for a full set of beautiful gel nails! So many colors and styles to choose from. They also look like they have some amazing pedicures and Ill definitely be getting one when I go in for my fill!!
